Staff are amazingly professional, they all individually take their time to listen and accommodated me to the needs and exercises to further help me in the healing process of my recovery. On a scale of 1 thru 10 and 1 being the lowest they surpass they're level of professional expertise. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. A huge thank you to all 😊😇

Michael Straino at NovaCare was phenomenal with my son after his hand surgery. He was thorough, personable, caring and answered all our questions. He took his time and really focused on making sure my son's therapy would be successful.

Results! Listens to your concerns. Explains the process and answers your questions. Is careful in seeing that you do the therapy correctly. NOTHING BUT PRAISE.

I’ve been to this facility four or five times throughout the years for different injuries. The staff is excellent Sean, & Amy are the best, Nicole is awesome. The only issue is why are we still wearing a mask? It doesn’t make sense, outside of that the facility is great.

I had a left knee revision in October, and started PT at Novacare in November. Lois was awesome, as were the aides. I am no stranger to PT, and my multiple experiences at NovaCare have always been good. Having multiple orthopedic and medical problems can make me a challenge. Lois and the staff were knowledgeable, caring and listened. Reasonable goals were set, and I have been so encouraged. The atmosphere was pleasant and while PT isn't exactly fun, I made significant progress and enjoyed the banter. The environment was inviting and you could tell good things happened there. I even quit smoking. Well, okay I never REALLY smoked, but this place is so positive that it would make me quit if I DID smoke. I am confident that I can continue rehab on my own, and make a full recovery. My family is so pleased that I've done so well, and I want to be clear on this: A LOT of people prayed me through this - and I believe NovaCare's commitment to the patients was a significant part of answering those prayers. Thank you for helping me get back in my groove!

My husband had a total knee replacement in February. Kelly took the initial phone call from him and handled insurance and appointments immediately. Had answers the same day regarding the insurance. His therapist,Amy, has been amazing. He has come a long way in just a couple of weeks. I would recommend Novacare to everyone I know..
