My pediatrician told me to take my child here for an X-ray, that they would fax the scrip over and to go over asap. I did exactly what my Dr said and went right over. We get here and sign in then we were called up to the desk by a very RUDE receptionist. She’s bugging out that we don’t have a script and why would we come if we didn’t have a script. I tried to explain that my doctor told us to go right over and that they would fax over the script, as I turned to ask my husband a question about our insurance she interrupted me and got really nasty. I brought my child there for help and she was just rude to the point my child asked why she was being mean.. The issue was we made it to the building before the script was faxed over and the receptionist was rude, nasty and NOT helpful at all. She should probably not work with the public. All the bad reviews about this place seem to be about the front desk staff… I will never return to this building!

The tech who handled my pet scan was wonderful. I am very claustrophobic so I had a prescription with me to make sure I was calm during the procedure. I would ask her how many more minutes and she would respond immediately. She was very kind her name was Nichol.I would definitely go back there, easy to get to.

AMI in Vineland is a pleasure to go to! I go there for all of my x-rays. The staff is very friendly and warm and kind. The office is spotless and you are in and out pretty quickly. Don't hesitate to go! Place is very nice.

Great experience. Wait wasn't long. Nurses very attentive. As the building was unduly cold, I was offered a blanket.

If I could give another 5stars I would!! The care that I received for my breast biopsy procedure was the "BEST". R.N.Joann made me feel so comfortable. She was patience and kind and took great lengths to make sure that I was comfortable before, during and after my procedure. Dr. Bhimani is the best imaging specialist! She also showed care and patience before, during and after my procedure also.Thank you all for giving me great care during my visit. Words can't explain my gratefulness ! I HIGHLY recommend this facility! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The appointment was a total of 40 min. Which was great considering it was a walk in. Everyone was very festive.It was Halloween but I assure you nothing scary about this appointment. It was a chest X Ray 3 views. The staff was excellent I will certainly recommend it to anyone that needs any type of imaging ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👊👊👏

If anyone needs an xray or some other type of service this is the place. You won’t be disappointed. Clean friendly and professional atmosphere. The staff is always wonderful, professional, and respectful. Appointment on the spot or reasonable schedule. The waiting period is also reasonable to no wait. The facility was exceptionally clean and organized, at the location on E. Chestnut. Under the stress of trying to get studies done, the staff made me feel at ease.

I waited in line while one girl interviewed an elderly man. 25 minutes in line. They take my paper work and ask me to sit down. Now 35 minutes have past and they tell me I can't get injection because the tech has left. 2 weeks you wait for an appointment, fast, drink the caulk and now go home. Last two times the test took two weeks to reach my doctor. Why go here so many better options.

I had an appointment today 11/20/23. I arrived there at 7:30 a.m. to fill out my papers. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. I was there for an MRI. I was taking back to the background to change my clothes for my MRI. I was back there for at least 20 minutes waiting and then the girl came back and said well, we need some information in reference to your last brain surgery and I told her I didn't have the date. I waited for another 20- 25 minutes. I went out to the reception area and asked if the papers had been received yet because I've been waiting for a while. I was told that they're still waiting for them. I decided to make some calls on my own so called my previous doctor in Delaware and I also called the new doctor in New Jersey. They immediately faxed the papers in. Then I called the office where I previously had my MRI about 4 years ago in New Jersey they also faxed the paperwork in. Now I'm waiting 2 hours for my MRI. Then this guy came back to let me know I could wait but it could take all day and still not get my MRI because they are booked. Then he says if I have somewhere else to go or have another appointment I can go out to that appointment and come back but they might not be able to squeeze me in because it was way passed my appointment time and he don't think he will have any available openings. So he let me know. It was up to me if I wanted to stay or leave. This was at AMI Atlantic medical imaging 1450 E. Chestnut Ave, Vineland New Jersey.

Front desk lady Kerri was so nice & professional. It was refreshing because many are no longer nice. Mary that performed my X-rays was so sweet & professional also. It was a joy to deal with these two ladies nice & early this morning. Clean medical office. I was in & out...great timing!

Jackie was fantastic! She was personable, professional, and extremely competent. Very good at her job and explained everything along the way.

I changed insurance and now I’m able to go back to AMI . I have never had a problem with them. The staff there are and have always been very friendly and professional . I feel well taken care of. Test results come back without long waits and are easy to find on their site. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you to the staff at AMI.

Place was great, quick, friendly and so helpful. I forgot my doctor script and without hesitation they asked for my doctor, called and got my script. Stacey was absolutely amazing and I hope next time I go back I get her. Can't stress enough how much I loved her

People were very nice, professional and polite. I like that I could make appointment and fill out paperwork online. All good, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is my online appt was for 4:15pm. It said get there 15 min early which I did (4:00pm) and they didn't take me until 4:45pm. Can't get 5 stars when your 30 minutes late.

I've never had a problem with this facility. The staff is always pleasant and the wait is never long. Waiting room is fairly spacious and clean.

The woman who checked me in was very rude. She made multiple rude comments while I was checking in and completing paperwork. The procedure for my 2 month old was not great either but I understand not every location is going to be good with handling young babies. It was the rudeness that really made the experience not great.

I was able to get one of the tests I needed the same day; wait was very short.. Explanation of what I needed doctor to explain on a test and schedule for another test. As expected, AMI personnel were friendly, but efficient.

Went in for an x-ray. Scheduled my appointment the day before. I was a little nervous because I had another appointment a little later the same day. Everyone was super nice and I was called back within 5 minutes.

I can here today for my annual mammogram. The technician was very friendly, she explained the entire process to me in details. Once we got started she took her time and was very gentle with me, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

On October 31 I came in for an MRI on my back. The 2 technicians that helped me were wonderful!!! I was in a lot of pain but they did everything in their power to help me and I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Thank you for being so compassionate!

I went in for an MRI and I was treated very kindly by my technician. Very courteous and patient. I was very satisfied with their service. I choose the Vineland AMI for convenience & good service.

I recently went to AMI at the Chestnut Ave location for an ultrasound guided aspiration of my hip. The staff couldn’t have been more professional. The nurse Nicole was fantastic! Dr. Ceniglia was fantastic as well and as professional as it gets. I had no idea what this procedure consisted of but it was not what I expected at all to have done at an AMI center. With that being said, I wouldn’t have wanted any other group of people taking care of me. From the first friendly and happy tech who called me back (Marie, Mary) I believe her name was, had me relaxed as you’re not exactly in a relaxing position to have this procedure done. Exactly what I needed. Everyone was great from the front desk to the pre-screening phone calls I received. I know where I’ll be going if I ever need further procedures requiring AMI. Right back to Chestnut Ave in Vineland, NJ. Thank you to everyone there.

I was ordered to have exrays by a doctor very close to Vineland office. I drove directly to office THEN called to schedule an appointment. Although waiting room was crowded they took me in immediately and was called in only 5 minutes after filling out paperwork. Technicians treated me very good and were efficient with there work. Very impressed after having many xrays at different places this past year. Thank you
