Best coffee ever!! Especially in the Fall when pumpkin (my fave)comes back. Whaaaaat!! Best DD is Main n Oak Road. #Bob #Raj Good people running this DD. They really care about the customer.

The girl at the counter was super sweet and patient with us since we had our small child with us. Everything tasted great Will definitely be coming back.

Had the window shut in my face the last two times I’ve been there and for the final time I’m going to ever go there !!!!! If you’re going to require that we ask for straws with our drink then give us time to ask for one before slamming the window in our face before we can get the words “Can I have a straw please” out of our mouth ….unreal!!!

I love going before work because it is so quick as they already know my voice and recite to me my order. Then I go to the window give them payment plus tip... exact change and I am off. Definitely all complete in less than 5 minutes. Possibly 3 minutes even. They are so very friendly and know how I like my order down to every detail, or. No ketchup,extra napkins. Lol

The people are nice but they never get my order correct. Today I paid for a Large Macchiato and they gave me a coffee.... there's a noticable difference in pricing. This happens 99% of the time I go there. It's my fault for going there continously. Honestly, they are the only DD around that wear their mask so I have to go to them.

Awful franchise. Very rude staff that clearly lack manners. Not to mention they cough in their hands and saw a guy pick his disgusting nose. Go to the one on Delsea if you want to grab a donut. This place is like falling down a manhole; PURE STEAMING GARBAGE!

Came through this morning with my family and the guy working the drive thru was very friendly! He was very patient with us as we were very undecided. When we got to the window he was even more friendly smiling and joking with us. Definitely a great way to start our day! Thank you sir!

Of all the Dunkin Donuts in my county, this is by far the best one. Everything is always fresh and the drive thru service is fast and always on point with my order.

The girl that took my order was polite, and efficient. She was clearly overwhelmed by the multitude of orders, and lack of help. It took 10 minutes for the sandwiches, because it took five minutes after the order before the guy even showed up to make them. He worked on them on for about three minutes, and the counter girl finally finished them for him and apologetically gave us our food. Food tasted like it was supposed to, no problem there. The coffee was awesome.

Really bad service if they going to bring anybody knew they had to make sure these people are able to deal with any type of situation without giving a bad customer service today. I have a really bad experience with a young guy that was not understanding my questions and the directions by his bus and he Nash the bag of donuts from me because he didn’t want to put more donuts in another bag, and then he threw them back to me with no respect I understand that we’re humans and make mistakes but for these type of jobs you have do you have some patience with your customers I will never go again to this facility because is not the first time that the employees treat me wrong and give me a bad service. also, the coffee cups be having flies on it and the donuts and that it is not sanitary

Service was poor. The sandwich I ordered was put together in a messy way and the package was greasy. The hot chocolate also tasted off.

The food wasn’t all the way cooked and I asked for a caramel ice coffee and got a regular one. I was the only person in store so how you get my order mess up. But this is the second time and today I’m beyond pist! They are freaking triflin..:

I absolutely love my Dunkin. I refuse to go to the Dunkin on Delsea Drive near Sherman Ave. Those girls burn you by handing cups of hot coffee out the window with lids not fastened and then threaten and blame you for it. Chestnut Dunkin staff is ALWAYS friendly. Their service is excellent. The food and drinks are accurate and made well. I appreciate them so much and make a point to let them know-! Good customer service that includes a hello, thank you and a you're welcome still matters greatly to many of us out here.
