    Today July 12-2022 Food was bought for my family at this location, after a long day at work. Come to find out my father's spicy chicken sandwich was not even close to being cooked. A raw bloody piece of chicken was given to my family!!! I went to go speak to the manager and she did not want to believe it came from her store until I showed her the receipt. We didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience nor a bit of sympathy. This was a night shift manager, that was in around 9 pm on this day 7/12/22. The Vineland health department will be contacted and I hope something will be done about this and won't happen again. Disgusting.

    went there on 10/1/2022. This is this worst wendys I ever went to. ordered a double cheese burger and a triple cheese burger. also to fries no salt, the burgers were way over cooked and dry. the fries had so much salt. it all went in the trash. a wast of 23.94. do not go here.

    I always hated Wendy's salads till NOW. Just tried there JALAPEÑO POPPER SALAD and when I tell you is AWESOME I tell you is AWESOME. Little salty but everything in it is delicious. From the jalapeños, the bacon the chicken. Just wow. Be careful if you don't eat spicy spicy food you will get your nose running from this salad. I love spicy so is no problem with me. Good Job Wendy's.

    Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a large pineapple mango lemonade light ice. No pineapple no mango and it taste like fountain lemonade rather then the “fresh” lemonade, this is the 2nd time I didn’t get what I ordered and I don’t have time to go back and forth to get my order right. And the customer service sucks.this is my last time going to this Wendy’s

    I used grub hub and order a regular nugget and fries. When I received my food and started eating they put regular nuggets on top and the bottom was spicy. I cant eat spicy food. I always got issues with this Wendy. Never agin will I eat from this establishment.

    Please do yourselves a favor Wendy's management, take lessons from Chick-fil-A. Horrible teenage workers who could care less about their jobs. Be prepared to wait an hour for your food.

    Last night around 9 pm ordered 2 cheese fries (no salt), & 2 jr. cheeseburgers through the drive through.. The workers were friendly. The fries were good ( made fresh because of no salt requested). BUT, the burgers , on the other hand, were lousy. Very dry old dried bread ,& old dried out burger meat patties, and the onion slices were missing from the meat . It was like trying to eat hockey pucks on cardboard.. The management should take note of all the recent negative reviews.

    Either the order screen isn't working and no one repeats your order back to you, or the order screen is working so you can see it while they ask you curtly "What else?" after every single item you order (which is a bit irritating even when you're only ordering a few items). Most of the time, we get halfway into an order for 4 items and a different voice comes on and asks you to repeat what you've already ordered. And almost every time, they either rush through ordering and make you park in mobile pickup and wait 10 minutes, or they don't even take your order until the person in front of you has gotten theirs and leaves. Then today, I hear the guy inside, who had just taken my payment, not uttered so much as a "Hello," cursing about something inside, and then he told me to park in mobile ordering, where I've been sitting for 10 minutes and watching at least 3 employees leave. Finally someone brings the food to me, but again, not a word, and doesn't even wait for me to check it and ensure they didn't mess up like they have many times. Will be a long while before we come back, so to the management, get your store in order!

    Lines out to the road due to staff only serving one car at a Time (they make you wait for the car at the window to pull away before they let you order) so they can keep their timer down. Unprofessional staff. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive-through regardless of the time of day. They also close the lobby early. Go to the one on Delsea, and you will make out better that way.

    After a day of work I go to this establishment. During the day it’s ok not that bad. I go at night and it never fails. Manager never has a grip on the employees who are from what I can tell irresponsible and out of control. My order was handed to me and the bag was over filled. Chilly was in the bag sideways along with 2 sandwiches and 2 large fries and a 10pc all in one bag…. Never returning.

    The manager during the day was absolutely rude, threatening me and being unbearable. I had ordered food inside and went outside to eat it and she came out harassing myself and a friend of mine. Saying that it's private property which it's not to a paying customer during business hours. She made my experience here absolutely hell. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to the management.

    Fast service. I ordered through the drive thru, a double stack in the biggie bag, but they gave me a Jr bacon cheeseburger instead. I took it inside and told the manager. They promptly gave me the correct sandwich, no questions asked.

    The food is mid at best and that’s to be expected at a fast food restaurant. The cashiers at this particular location are very rude. Every time I receive my order they just hand me my bag and shut the window. I understand people have bad days, however, this has been going on for a while at this particular location.

    Visited this Wendy’s on a Saturday at 12:30. We ordered 3 items and the person waiting on us asked us 3 times what we ordered, as if she wasn’t paying attention. When we arrived at the window I told the cashier that I wanted to check our order and she said “go ahead” with an attitude and closed the window partially. I told her she needed to check her attitude. We could hear her complaining about us. When she handed our money back to she had a lot to say, none of it worth repeating. Guess what? The order was wrong. Not going back!!

    There was a small spanish lady runnin a tight shift this day. Dont go here in a sunday though the spanish lady is off and you will get awfull service and an attitude from the employees. They treated my mom awful.

    Maria is amazing! She is one of the best fast food managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She's strict but fair with her workers and she is very pleasant and helpful when there is ever an issue with anything!

    Maria and her staff are so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Anything I needed they provided. The food was great, the service was quick. Overall 10/10 and if you drop by say what’s up to Maria she’ll a.ways take good care of you.

    Fries suck. Old and cold. Lady at the drive thru was much too worried about texting on her phone then giving me my food. Someone had to tell her there is a customer at the window. Hope she’s not making $15/hr to do her job. She’s not even worth a fraction of that.

    Hey have cold food and I payed for an extra sandwich and didn't get it! Worst Wendy's Feel like i wasted my money and gas And it was the manager that packaged the bag so I'm guessing it's OK if give cold food and short people from what they buy This manager should be fired

    I usually love this location because of how friendly they are but the lady working the window today must be in a mood. First of all I don’t hear what she said about pulling around so she can bring out my food. I thought I pulled in the wrong area right out the front door near the car entrance, so I backed up next to the order pick up spots so it would be more convenient for me to pull out. She has the nerve to ask me what she said and I admitted I couldn’t hear her so I didn’t know then she snapped back with “I said pull up to the door bc we don’t walk out here.” Okay so who delivers the food to the order pick up spots? Not you? Girl pick and choose your battles with people especially the ones who are nice to you. SORRY. I made you walk 5ft extra because I didn’t HEAR YOU.

    Wendy's was pretty good. The receipt wouldn't print, no vanilla frosty and, they forgot an item. The workers were SUPER nice though! Can't blame them for the non working technology!
