We
ordered
online
for
a
6pm
pickup
time.
Our
email
said
the
order
was
ready
at
5:45.
When
we
get
there
we
have
to
wait
in
a
20
minute
drive
thru
line.
What
was
the
point
of
ordering
online
if
we
must
wait
through
a
drive
thru
lane?
We
could
have
just
ordered
at
the
drive
thru
and
our
food
may
have
been
warm,
though
had
we
not
already
paid
online,
we
wouldn't
have
waited
in
that
drive
thru
line.
Update:
Apparently
you
can
only
right
1
review,
but
we
tried
this
Boston
Market
again
(10/25/2022),
we
walked
inside,
4
employees
inside,
we
walked
up
to
the
counter
and
waited
for
someone
to
acknowledge
us...and
we
waited...and
we
waited.
Asked
if
anyone
was
working
the
counter
and
got
no
reply.
We
then
said,
"Have
a
nice
day",
and
walked
out.
We
will
not
be
giving
this
place
a
3rd
try.
