FINALLY open inside BUT don't know where they get their chicken from...the pcs.are so small..they're like Cornish hen legs! AND prices are high for what your getting..even with the B/O GET 1 FREE..you got to buy 2 drinks! Not much savings there at all

Awful service. Employees are so rude and I hate to say this but clearly not educated and rude on top of it. Food is okay but the hassle of coming here is just not worth It. Won't return to this location.

Excellent whole chicken for a fair price.. I have no idea what they have in mind; used to be delicious. Now the only thing you can taste is black pepper on everything. And uncooked chicken!! Disgusting and gross! I do not recommend!

Doesn't seem like Boston market that I'm used to. The food is terrible and way Over priced. I got 3 meals and was shorted on food for 2 and the 3rd was meatloaf and it was burnt. Instant mashed potatoes replaced their prior mashed reciept, Mach n cheese same noodles but sauce is watery and blane. The white containers mixed all the food into a big mush pile of chicken cheese dripping sauce all over mashed and gravy...and chicken. Sane for the meatloaf. Tried to call literally 24 times....no joke! No answer! And they had no customers 😕 too busy taking advantage of the community? Please refund me this terrible meal!

Messed up my order got home and find I’m missing things!!! 12/17/21 I think it was a racial thing considering I’m a white male I was not allowed into the building to pick up my pre-paid meal, The all black crew gave me dirty looks while trying to enter the facility. Also a black male leaving the parking lot tried running me off the road?? Worst chicken pot pie I’ve ever had in my life!! Could not even eat half of it, this Boston market really screwed me over, karma is coming!!!! This was my first time and it will be my last time at this facility!!!

Please save this store,Expensive, tiny portions. Potatoes were raw, really sweet kid ate there than ate at home

Food was good but the service needs improving.

We ordered online for a 6pm pickup time. Our email said the order was ready at 5:45. When we get there we have to wait in a 20 minute drive thru line. What was the point of ordering online if we must wait through a drive thru lane? We could have just ordered at the drive thru and our food may have been warm, though had we not already paid online, we wouldn't have waited in that drive thru line. Update: Apparently you can only right 1 review, but we tried this Boston Market again (10/25/2022), we walked inside, 4 employees inside, we walked up to the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge us...and we waited...and we waited. Asked if anyone was working the counter and got no reply. We then said, "Have a nice day", and walked out. We will not be giving this place a 3rd try.

2 employees, zero customers besides us. No crispy chicken available. Rotisserie nuggets way over seasoned. Dressing for husband's salad was consistency of play dough. My shoes kept sticking to the floor. Hubby's salad went in trash as the 2 lazy employees fought over a chair behind the counter. $34 for lunch for 2 people. Could have gone to a regular restaurant, gotten much better food and beverages. Will not be returning.

Fast service bad product, received 1/4 dark, tried to call location no response twice. This was the driest chicken I have ever had at A Boston market, I will not return to this location.

I should have listened to my gut feeling to not stop here. The meatloaf tasted like dog food. Mac and cheese was over cooked and mushy. Chicken was gross, everything was nasty, seemed like it was made hours before.

Food was yummy, healthy and perfect for lunch!

They don't serve what they advertise. Dining area was full of boxes. Place looks really bad.

My food was still nice and warm and on time as scheduled, and the delivery person was very pleasant and nicely well dressed.

The only thing I like on this menu is the chicken on ciabatta bread. But they never have the bread! Now they just give you some kind of sub roll. Seriously, stores on the wrong end of town so it is already going to be a struggle. You need to further compound the problem by not having the basics down, like supply. Someone is dropping the ball in the supply end.

Called today (12/2/2023 6:40pm) to see if they are open? No Answer on the phone, guess there not open!

I’d give it zero stars if I could. When we walked in, the place smelled horrible. Like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in days. The cashier was rude when taking our order. Try not to roll your eyes when someone asks what sauces you have! Our 3 meals came to $40 and we didn’t even get drinks. I wouldn’t mind paying that much if the food was at least decent but it wasn’t. We tried throwing our trash away before leaving but there wasn’t even a trash can. It was one of the worst lunch experiences I’ve had in a long time. Never again.

I never leave a one star review. It would’ve been a three store. If I would’ve just been able to get what I wanted. I became a two-door when two times they told me they didn’t have what I wanted. It became a one star when I finally had to choose something I didn’t want and when I got it, it was cold. I am eating cold, chicken, mashed potatoes without any gravy, and To be honest, I got two spears of broccoli. I feel petty even mentioned in it. But as I sit here and look at what I paid for 12 bucks, I asked myself… Will you ever go there again? And the answer is no

Not sure why Boston Market has change so much . 🤔 Food not the same . Quality of everything has changed in such a way !! Very disappointed 😞
