    Ever since they remodel this place has been a complete mess. Idk if they let go of all the old staff, but all the new workers are miserable, give zero effort & have no idea what they're doing. I use to go here weekly for the past 10 years, and the service was amazing. They were quick, the food was hot and it was clean. Now I go in it takes 15 minutes to get my food. Its always slopped together and cold and the workers are constantly complaining and have no energy or enthusiasm. I was even there one time and the cook was freaking out yelling at the other workers.... The whole vibe and quality of this place is down the drain and it's a shame. It was my favorite place to grab fast food and chill. Idk if management changed, but the change is for the worse

    Do not come to this location. Manager is very unprofessional. Service is terrible. Had to wait 20 minutes for our food while the manager was talking to and giving out food to his friends.

    The lady at the drive thought was very rude and had an attitude on the speaker. Menu hard to read and being rushed to take your order.

    They’ve remodeled the place over the last 5 years and it’s nice, I like the look of the place. Foods always good. Customer service is usually good. Not a huge fan of the fish sandwich but burgers are great! Also love the onion rings!

    Drove through for a quick, early dinner. I thought it might take a few minutes to get my food, since it was early for dinner, and they might have to make it fresh. But, no. My food was cold. Not warm, but actually cold. I did not have the time to go in and complain, nor should I have to. How can you put food in a bag that is cold to the touch? Too many choices in the area, and I will not be back.

    Fat lady with dark curly hair and three finger nails on at the drive thru doesn’t say hold on one minute not a hello nothing while you wait for her and she is taking orders then she gives you your food and doesn’t say thank you nothing she has zero social skills zero classy should not be working with the public

    Food was good, but the overall experience thru the drive thru window was atrocious! Alot of lawlessness at this location. Customers disrespecting employees and vice versa.

    i ordered a doordash order and when my dasher went to pick it up she called me to tell me that the worker said someone already picked it up. i could hear him being very disrespectful to the doordasher and would not try to help the situation at all. he said the order was picked up 20 mins ago but i had just placed it a little over 20 mins ago. she asked if he could remake it so i can get my food that i paid for and he refused. so now because he did not think to verify that the right person is picking up the order i have to deal with getting my money back and i have no food.

    This is the 3rd time consecutively that i did my mobile order and the large fries are missing. First and second time i brushed off as common error but this time was specifically a test to see if they are actually reading the orders & if they will get everything i ordered. Not surprised tho the managers are too laid back and honestly distract the workers who already seem distracted. The problem starts at the management and now its more then just forgetting items. 3 times and the same item being missing consecutively sounds more then coincidence. I may sound like a bitter person thats just made about food but im a former BK worker from delsea. Yes i Javier ( one of main rd managers) as Ron was my main boss i know the standards and routines that are expected. So you cant really brush off this when a former employee who never had any issues with BK or how the Cumberland locations are operating. This specific location and whoever is the current management needs to have secrets/surprise visits from the district managers. Im only saying this because its truly isnt that hard to count items.

    I asked for 2 biscuit breakfast sandwiches. Told me they didn't have any biscuits. I could have cuissants Another day they ran out of eggs?! It's not a specially request! I now go to Wendy's 1,000 ft down Main Rd.

    I went to get my drink from the drink dispenser and realized that stuff was coming out of it? I wanted a plan soda but not with “mystery stuff”. Also to this the dispenser was not clean. It looked like it wasn’t maintained correctly. I spend money on a soda that I couldn’t get.

    I come in every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to get chicken nuggets for my father. The crew probably thinks I'm crazy...lol!! He likes to eat them before he goes to dialysis and save some for later. The nursing home doesn't have the best food sometimes. What can I say, He loves his chicken nuggets!!

    Food was fine, however, do such a large volume drive through business, the wait inside for service was long considering I was the only one at the order counter. The service was great once they broke off to take my order

    Ordered some of the Original Italian chicken sandwiches, fries and shakes for the family. For some reason they seemed to wait until this particular order to service/refill their shake machine. Waited twenty minutes for this process to finish and shakes be made, all the while mind you the rest of the food is in hand going cold. Drive all the way home, sit down to eat and after the first bite realize that there is mayo and lettuce on one side of the sandwich and on the flip side is a smattering of the tomato sauce. Not high on my list of things to combine, your mileage may vary. Tried calling the store but no answer. Eventually further calls were simply busy. Sadly, ended up at this location as the one near the house is closed and being renovated and the other, new location here in Vineland has burned us on the previous two visits. Tried calling the 800 number but that was a call center in India and to be honest, not going to hold my breath waiting to get some sort of call back from that encounter. It seems that none of the fast food places in this area have any concern for their customers and it's only gotten worse since we had to hit pause on life. At this point the only place that hasn't been careless with my orders is Chik-Fil-A. It's probably for the best, I've been enjoying making my own food more and more as these places get more and more careless. If you choose to visit these places, I wish you all the luck in getting your food in a timely manner and correct.

    Waited 15 minutes for my order. Both whoppers on my order are cold. The manager was on their phone while at the register. I didn’t receive my drink cups until I got my food not before

    If I could give zero stars I absolutely would I’m trying to add a picture to show what I’m talking about but I ordered an eight count of the jalapeño poppers and they are so dried out and hard I can’t even eat them.

    the worst service i have ever had in my life. I would never recommend going there. My recommendation is don't go there. If I could put zero stars I would. 1 hour for freaking food I ordered online that should’ve been ready. 👎👎

    Love B.K tried the sausage melt. Not impressed, would it kill em to run both pieces of bread through the toaster. One thick piece of bread ( not toasted)makes it gooey. Won't get that again.
