    Terrible, not the first time I've had a bad experience with this location. Once a delivery took over an hour and half to receive and when we did receive it it was of course cold. This time the box was crushed and the pizza wasn't fully cooked. Last time for dominos for sure.

    Tracker said my order was on its way at 4:44, at 5:40 I called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told by a rude employee that it doesn't matter what the tracker says, pizza's are sitting here waiting to be delivered. Did I want him to send a picture. When the pizza finally arrived, semi warm they forgot my soda. Driver will go back and get it. Hour and a half later call again, put me on hold, called again, they're printing the slip and sending the driver . It's 10:30 I still don't have my soda and when I call now they won't pick up. I want a refund!

    Placed an order online. Tracker said it was made pretty quickly, but then it was sitting in "quality check" for over an hour. Called the store and waited on the phone for at least 10 minutes. Man who answered the phone said the food hadn't even left the store at that point. The options I was provided were come pick up my cold food, even though I paid a delivery fee and paid a $9 tip, cancel my order, or wait another 30 minutes for a new order and still come pick it up. No apologies were given. I understand everyone is short staffed right now, but this is unacceptable. Notify people of the actual wait time instead of promising delivery in 30-45min, call when orders are going to be late, offer discounts or future coupons, or at least an "I'm sorry for the wait and the inconvenience". I wonder how long I would have waited before receiving my cold food had I not called.

    Went in here for a fork five people were standing there didn't even notice me after five minutes the one guy ask me if I was picking up good thing I wasn't because they didn't even ask me if I was picking up I glad I wasn't because they were taking to long didn't even take the time to see if I was picking up

    Workers at this location were not wearing Masks today on 01/08/2022. Delivery took over an hour and a half. I had to drive my own vehicle in person to pick up my order. This is an ongoing issue. The Management professionalism is on a recruit level. Upon entering the facility I would also debate the how clean the kitchen is. Upper management needs to step in. Thank you.

    Ordered a large plain pie and it arrived cold and undercooked. The underside looked like it didn’t even go into an oven. It arrived late as well. After calling back to try to talk to somebody, I was left on hold. Absolutely horrible establishment. Do yourself a favor and order local

    Ordered on line. Delivery took for ever and when arrived my food was cold and pizza was soggy. Called the restaurant to complain and the so called manager was very rude and raised her voice at me and talking over me. Told her will report her to corporate and hung up the phone on me. Very bad service

    There service seems like they hate their job and this dominos doesnt taste good like other ones. Also a lot of fiends chill here asking you for money or a cigarette

    These stores are ran by a one man show usually .. I'm sure under paid .. but the worker you'd never know. He serves you with great vibes and smiles and your food is made to perfection. I can honestly say domino's employees are slept on! You guys are great keep being amazing!

    I haven’t had Domino’s in a really long time and I will tell you I was pleasantly surprised how good their pizza was!! It was a cute little restaurant with a couple places to sit down. Staff was very friendly! I will be ordering from them again

    Very friendly employees. I havent ordered from dominos in forever, but just to see how hard working and attentive they are definitely makes me want to place future orders. Keep it up guys, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

    Ordered a sandwich and thing of pasta.... Was tracking the order and it was on "quality check" for over an hour. After about an hour 30 minutes I called and they said "were waitng for someone to pick up your order"... The lady I spoke to was very nice though, but I can't wait over an hour 30 minutes.... On a Monday nonetheless

    I ordered a pizza online from a Domino's Pizza Store close to my house in Vineland New Jersey. Pizza went into the oven pretty quickly and then came out in a reasonable amount of time and then sat on top of the oven for 42 minutes before it was handed to the driver. The driver was pretty quick because I live so close and the pizza got here in about 5 minutes. The pizza was freezing cold I mean freezing cold I could put my hand right on it and there was absolutely no heat whatsoever, the pizza had been burnt in the oven and it was completely the wrong Pizza from what I ordered. I called Dominos to ask what was going on and the crew that answered actually ended up mocking me no matter what I said. Then when I finally got the manager and she said she would give me a refund I said is that it and she said it'll take two days to get a refund and I said so you're the manager of the Domino's and you're actually not going to apologize and she didn't. This is the second time in the row the exact same thing happened at this specific Domino's. The Domino's Pizza in Vineland New Jersey on Landis Avenue is absolutely is terrible.

    Ordered a cheesesteak pizza and a chicken sandwich , they forgot one topping and the cheesesteak meat was all burned. Then my order was 17.56, total 22.56 since I left a $5 tip but days later I got charged 27.56. I received an email additional charge $10, no explanation. A order that was $11.98 cost me $27.56. Wow , total rip off for delivery. Will not buy from dominos again.
