This complex is the worst!! They charged $2500 for NOTHING. I lived there for two years, When walking through for the renewal inspection we were told things looked good and that everything would be alright with minor repairs. Then, I decided to move ou a year later and they are taking my security deposit of $1800 and charging me $732.92 extra for repairs that are completely unnecessary and extremely expensive. I had a third carpet cleaning company that cleaned my carpet before I left, and I was told by them that my apartment looked fine, but to be aware that at Concord, they usually still all your security deposit and charge you with fake invoices but maintenance do the work. The trash compacter was extremely frequently broken leaving trash everywhere and our hot water heater malfunctioned at least once a month. Despite not cleaning the apartment properly before we moved in they are attempting to charge insane fees to "clean" the apartment upon us leaving. Some of the nonsense includes charging for the carpets to be cleaned but also charging for them to be replaced. I'm not sure why one would clean a carpet to then throw it away. They also attempted to charge us for replacing a tub that was completely fine, clean and in good condition. They use the disgusting price fixing software that some big corporate landlords use that should genuinely be illegal and will charge you as much as they possibly can for every single thing they can. They will also do as little as possible to repair and maintain the property. Go literally anywhere else. I will not pay the extra money they are asking for, this is insane and completely unfair.

Very good service from Coleby maintenance, he helped us install something for the shower since my husband had surgery. Also good attitude from the maintenance technician. When we requested the service from the office, the service was fast and good. Thank you very much for your help.

I have absolutely loved living here the past few months! The apartments are very spacious, and a great floor plan. I love how kind the staff is - a breath of fresh air compared to our last apartment complex! We have loved spending time at the pool and hot tub, and are looking forward to BBQ-ing with the grill near the pool. Our dog loves all of the grassy areas! Super amazing location too.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. The staff is always so kind and helpful; the grounds are always well maintained. Any questions or concerns are handled timely and professionally. If you’re looking for a place to call home, definitely consider this property.

This has been an excellent place to live. A huge upgrade from our old apartment. The biggest issues are mostly the trash gets backed up and piled all around the dumpster. There is not a ton of counter space in these apartments. And then neighbors smoking weed on their balcony (has been a consistent issue reported many times). :( besides those things people are pretty considerate and we have pretty quiet neighbors who are respectful of the quiet hours. Management has been pretty nice to work with and has always completed maintenance requests in timely manners!

Moving into The Concord at Geneva has been a truly positive experience from start to finish. The leasing office team went above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible. Even though my move-in date was delayed due to necessary carpet replacement, their exceptional service throughout the process has left me thoroughly impressed. They were very apologetic about how long it took to replace the carpet and explained that they would somehow make it up to me. The professionalism, knowledge, and kindness displayed by the leasing office team were remarkable. They patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, ensuring I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Their dedication to ensuring my satisfaction did not go unnoticed. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an Apology/Welcome Basket a few weeks later, which clearly demonstrated their commitment to resident satisfaction. It's evident that they care deeply about their residents and are willing to make amends when necessary. Overall, my experience with The Concord at Geneva has been phenomenal, and I'm grateful for the outstanding service provided by the leasing office team. I wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone seeking a welcoming and customer-focused living environment. I have nothing but great praise of Concord at Geneva Apartments! Leasing team went above and beyond helping my family get everything together. Very professional and answered all my questions promptly and effectively. Over the phone and in office they are amazing! Move in process was very simple and received quick help with any snags in the road we hit. We are very grateful for the help they provided and made a very stressful process easy and painless.

I came in for a tour the other day, and was immediately taken aback with how eager and helpful the staff were! Everyone was so kind and attentive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Angelita! They have so many amenities and their apartments are very spacious, and it's definitely a lot better than some of the apartments I've toured so far. It's unfortunately not close enough to where I need to be, but if the stay is anything like the welcome I received, I don't doubt it's anything short of amazing!

The staff and complex here are amazing. Utah county can be notorious for poor staffing and unreliable management. My experience had been awesome, I literally have no complaints. If you’re looking for a great affordable place that is clean and well managed, look no further!
