Just went through the drive through at 9:15am 2/17/2023. There was only one lady working both the window and making the food. I just want to acknowledge how hard working she is and so nice. Great personality. I really wish I had gotten her name to let the company know so she can get some recognition for her great work. I mobile ordered some breakfast sandwiches without meat and she even doubled checked to make sure she was getting everything right. I really appreciate how attentive she was. Great service!

They just don't want to serve you. You approach the drive thru, dead silence. You wait a little, because the sign reads "open" and some car just went thru. You ask if there's someone, so you don't wait in vain, and they respond "wait a second" like you just did something offensive to them. You keep waiting until you are finally attended, they take your order, give it to you with a disgusted look, you get home and they missed something.

The employees at the location look a hot mess and the drive thru lady is terrible she looks like and talks she doesn’t want to be at work! The last couple times I’ve been there the employees look like they live and sleep behind the store in a car. They are always back there chilling and smoking and let’s not talk about how filthy their uniforms are! The food is terrible I will never go there again. I ask for a refund the last time I went and after giving this location multiple chances because it’s right by my job! Nope never again! 🤮🤢

Just went through the drive thru ordered a 4for4. First the female that’s working that doesn’t seem like she wants to be at work. Not pleasant and I frequent this location. When I got to the window. She gave me a kids meal drink.. I asked about that she said they been given you the wrong drink. I said at every Wendy’s?!.. I asked her for the sauce that was not in the bag and she then told me they didn’t have any!! Lol welp I wouldn’t have ordered nuggets if I knew that tad bit of info!!..I was disappointed with this visit.

The absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The lady in the drive thru was awful. I'm fairly positive she was intoxicated. She told me she couldn't separate my order, she charged my card, and then asked me what I ordered. The floor inside was covered in trash. The drive thru line had trash around the walls of the building. I love when the staff openly talks negatively about former customers.

Stopped in for Lunch on a busy Friday. The place was busy but Darren had everyone served in no time. All of the food was fresh and Darren made the experience even better because he was so nice. Definitely plan on returning to this Wendy's after this kind of the 5 star service. Best Wendy's I've ever been too.

Ordered on the mobile app for drive thru pick up. Upon arrival i waited in drive thru line. I get to box to let inside know I had a mobile order and the Person on the speaker told me “For future reference, mobile orders need to be picked up inside” i politely told her i ordered in the app for drive thru pick up so that’s what i did. She then replies “It messes up the order of our drive thru orders when you pick up in the drive thru”. What’s the sense in having a pick up in drive thru option if you have to go inside? Not to mention, they didn’t have my food in my bag that was handed to me. I had to back up to the window to get my wrap. I didnt even have a big order. Literally a wrap, fries and a drink. The food was cold. My wrap was full of tomatoes that don’t even come on the ranch wrap. Lemonade was watered down. Terrible customer service. I suggest finding another Wendy’s.

Went to the drive through at 11:43, they close at 12am but for some reason decided to close early. There were 2 other people in the drive through and the people said there closed very gratefully and then we said no ur not u close at 12 for like 3 mins and no one said anything, so we pulled up to the window and called them the B word. Terrible Service.

After arriving at Wendy's at 9:47 pm. Myself and this stomach of mine was halted by a locked lobby door but was servicing the drive thru. I then tried to walk thru the drive thru which is a danger. Put 9:45 pm on Google and other places that announce your times service. You can't because then corporate will know. Your buddies Popeyes and Chic Fila getting one these too. All three companies disgraceful. Two more to go. Thanks for hearing me public.

The worst Wendy’s I have ever had. At the drive thru they took our order and immediately told us to pull forward. They then told the next two cars to also pull forward. When they finally brought food out, they gave the orders to the wrong cars. Someone got my drink and I don’t even know what I drank. We only had one sandwich but both orders of fries. They brought us the wrong sandwich to complete our order. Extremely incompetent employees. I never write reviews but this was just unacceptable service.

Was just at this location and the drive thru cashier was very nice. However, that’s where the good review ends…Ordered a #2 Son of Baconator…order came quick and I should’ve know something was wrong. Didn’t check the sandwich until I got back home about 10 miles or so away… My order wasn’t even mine. Wrong sandwich completely. Looks like just a #1 maybe. I don’t know. I would’ve just ate it BUT… The bun was molded. Like visible as ever molded. Yuck. Not driving 10 miles back to complain and get the order corrected cause why waste my time or gas. Again, nice cashier but the rest of the place isn’t up to par at all.

Went there twice in one day an d both my orders where wrong. And when I was explaining this to the guy at the window the whole staff came to the window ready to fight over French fries!! Won't waste my money there anymore

Probably the best experience I ever had at Wendy's went through the drive-thru they took my order they were extremely friendly fast all the food was perfect was in and out less than 5 minutes best experience I've ever had at Wendy's

Food was nasty. The buns were hard and the ketchup was acidic and smelled like alcohol. All of their soda was flat so they had to get it from the back as well as the ice. They charged us extra for fries when we already paid for them and they didn’t give it to us. All the tables were dirty and sticky. Worst fast food I’ve ever been to.

The menu says $5 biggie meal. Well it's not! They up charge more because it now a medium size and not small. But seems this is the only location doing this. I've been to several. WHAT GIVES!
