app
for
drive
thru
pick
up.
Upon
arrival
i
waited
in
drive
thru
line.
I
get
to
box
to
let
inside
know
I
had
a
mobile
order
and
the
Person
on
the
speaker
told
me
“For
future
reference,
mobile
orders
need
to
be
picked
up
inside”
i
politely
told
her
i
ordered
in
the
app
for
drive
thru
pick
up
so
that’s
what
i
did.
She
then
replies
“It
messes
up
the
order
of
our
drive
thru
orders
when
you
pick
up
in
the
drive
thru”.
What’s
the
sense
in
having
a
pick
up
in
drive
thru
option
if
you
have
to
go
inside?
Not
to
mention,
they
didn’t
have
my
food
in
my
bag
that
was
handed
to
me.
I
had
to
back
up
to
the
window
to
get
my
wrap.
I
didnt
even
have
a
big
order.
Literally
a
wrap,
fries
and
a
drink.
The
food
was
cold.
My
wrap
was
full
of
tomatoes
that
don’t
even
come
on
the
ranch
wrap.
Lemonade
was
watered
down.
Terrible
customer
service.
I
suggest
finding
another
Wendy’s.
