    Room was not clean when we arrived, the bathroom specifically was a bit dirty. There was no house keeping scheduled during our stay. Rooms are equipped with old furniture, not all of it in great shape. Lady at the front desk (Nicky) was incredibly kind and super helpful.

    Initially I thought customer service was going to be good but I was wrong. Christina became abrasive when I was asked why I was being charged the same cost for a lower standard room when my actual bedroom wasn’t available. She began rolling and batting her eyes when I asked why the price wouldn’t be adjusted to the lower rate. I’m not certain if my money has been misappropriated since I booked and PAID for a 1 BEDROOM and got a regular 2 however I asked for an adjustment and was rudely told to speak to manager in the morning. The actual room was outdated, had no toilet tissue and few towels. There is a weird overbearing smell on the entire 3rd floor. I do NOT recommend this location. They will take your money, be rude about it and dare you to say something about it. People aren’t enforced to wear masks as I saw 2 people at the front deadline with no mask and 1 was even without a shirt. Christina was rude to my son because he asked for toilet tissue which should’ve been supplied. UPDATE: the manager NY was nice, respectful and issued me a refund. However, I still will not return to this location.

    Fitz has done a phenomenal job of making sure our stay has been great. Any issues, he addressed quickly and correctly. The staff have been very accommodating...Pleasantly surprised how quiet this hotel is on a regular basis. Absolutely great location! I would recommend this hotel if you are going to the be in the Atlanta vicinity!

    The rooms were dirty. They messed up reservations and had to put us in 2 rooms. Smelled like marijuana. The pull out couch had no linen on it and was filthy. Hair bands and food particles were all over it. The bathroom in one room had standing water in the bath tub. A window was opened in one room. I would never stay there again.

    Was very surprised by this hotel. The distance to the ball park is why we stayed and it was an easy walk. Took us 17 minutes or brisk walking. Nice area, close to Walmart and other things. The rooms were very spacious.

    After 9 hours driving we arrive to our booked room with three small tired kids. 10 pm at night. After a much too long checkin we enter a room is used unmade and a mess. They tell us oops they don’t have a clean room for us. How unprofessional. Time to find another nearby room wasn’t easy. Not very happy about the complete apathy about it. Too bad for us. Management better get its act in order and not sell rooms it doesn’t have.

    This place has gotten worse since the previous management has left. The new management allows criminals, crime and even have someone camping in the tree line where a Cobb county school bus leaves children. DO NOT even bother wasting your hard earned money here. Mr. Fitz, ran a much tighter ship and made sure to even check on guests personally to ensure a pleasant stay. Stay anywhere but here! Thank me later!

    Upon arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that we had to wait for a room because they were not clean. Once we were finally able to check in the lady at the front desk that was helping was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. Once given our keys we went upstairs to try to get in our room in which the door would not open at all! We went back downstairs to ask for help and we're given another nasty attitude by the same woman. After basically having to kick our door in we were finally able to get into our room. They are now apologies given. All we received were nasty and negative attitudes. The rooms were actually clean so I can give them credit for that. The best thing about this day was the location to Truist Park which was our reason for driving from Columbia to here. There was also loud music, teenagers riding scooters in the hallway and the rooms smelled like old stale smoke. I really wish this experience would have been better because we come to a lot of home Braves games but this experience will make sure that I don't come back.

    Roach motel do not stay here. Huge cockroach in the floor as soon as we walked in the room. My mom and kids found out what marijuana smells like. People were loud and yelling in the lobby and front desk doesn't do anything. Pull out mattress was disgusting. People stomping upstairs all.night.long. and front desk wouldn't do anything. We had trouble opening the door, huge safety hazard. Floors are filthy. We paid $180 for this awful room 😳

    Staff was great during check in and check out. Showed me where breakfast was served and the vending machines. Allowed me to check in early. Room was fine, but no chair at the table. 20 minute walk to Truist Park. Great stay for the price.

    Rooms were very old and smelled like smoke even the non smoking rooms. Hallways ate very dingy and very dim. Service was great very nice and quick check in

    My experience with this hotel has been exceptional. The management team, Fitz and Nekesha go above and beyond to provide awesome customer service. I feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of staying here. I would highly recommend this hotel for both long and extended reservations.

    DO NOT Stay here!! Within 3 hours, I heard 2 fights; one above me as I was placed on the first floor at the end of the hall by an exit door and another fight which seemed like it occurred outside my door. I then asked the front desk to change rooms (he agreed), yet directed me to another room that was FILTHY!! This place needs new management. I felt very nasty and unsafe as a guest.

    Be carefully with the staff, Don’t give Deposit with asking a receipt. They ask me for one and I didn’t get it back. It looks like everyone is the manager. I don’t want nobody to go through this be careful. People now day are hungry for money

    Our stay was a total of 5 months and two weeks almost. From the time I’ve checked in to the time I checked out it was a drastic change from just okay to awesome. The management team really have done a good job. Our experience was welcoming, understanding and yes they understood what people are going through.treating us like “family”. Kato and the new general manager Melissa- I’m sorry if I got her name wrong are going to do great things for the building.the other staff including house keeping are fantastic especially their personalities and taking care of each guest needs. Thank you extended stay and to the staff for a stay that I will be proud to recommend.

    Kenya and Cato are the very best at this location! Before we actually checked in, we visited the location and was met with the warmest most hospitable greeting imaginable. She consistently strives to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction! When presented with any challenge , she continues to exude the highest level of professionalism. Cato is the consumate manager! His warm jovial spirit envelopes you each time he is present. He continues to provide the type of leadership and guidance that ensures a safe and hospitable stay! Ebony completes the trio of professional associates! She consistently provides the highest level of guest satisfaction that leaves you with a sense of gratitude for her efforts. Nothing seems to hard or difficult for her to accomplish. Tremendous team and invaluable set of assets! They are unbeatable!

    The staff were all very friendly, and our room was clean & smelled nice. The bathroom could use some updating though, the tub was pretty worn. It was nice & quiet all night. All in all, it was a nice stay & I will stay again when I come back to the area. The location was extremely convenient for us and pretty easy to find.

    I'm comfortable here because it's so calm and clean and the staff are amazing Sandra is very sweet and professional she made sure everything is good for us she's very understanding and the company is lucky to have her. She has great customer service skills. I will for sure come back and recommend my friends to go. SANDRA KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 👍 👏

    Thanksgiving day the lady at the front desk around 6/7 pm was very rude and did nothing for my clogged toilet. Breakfast is literally oatmeal packets and disgusting coffee. Absolutely nothing else!! A towel from the previous people was left behind the bathroom door which i made aware with the new lady at front desk and no one came to get it. And my stove smoked out the room my first hour in room once checked in. Lights flickering and sink dripping, issues with key system for room 205

    Folks beware read the comments before staying here. We stayed 2 nights coming in for a braves game. Not too far of a walk 15 minutes. Absolute trash hotel. The room was nasty. The hotel smells terrible of the weed our room had a terrible old grease smell. The hair dryer caught on fire. The wifi internet didn’t work. The pool was dirty had cigarette butts floating in the pool i really don’t think it was cleaned that weekend. I would comment on the breakfast but there was none. It states free continental breakfast. The hotel did not have an ice machine. The bed comforter felt as if would stick to you. We had the fire alarm go off in the middle of the night. The fridge half worked. Multiple ac units outside were falling off the building/coming apart. There’s no kind of clean up outside. Definitely would not stay here again. Very high priced for the condition of the hotel.

    I really liked staying here once we were able to actually get a room. Their hours are beyond ridiculous (11 am - 6 pm). It doesn't make a lot of sense to have such short hours when you are a hotel. I will say that they didn't knock on our door once, which is great cause we like the privacy.

    2 stars l gave them let me explain..If not for the awesome breakfast and I would say one of the most Amazing servers in all the land, older black gentlemen he could very well be the most important asset to this business.. His knowledge and experience of how to deal with guess is unmatched..Now the place itself need to be updated beds , pillows and carpet all need to be updated. I have donated pillows to the homeless that was in better condition than that.

    Upon arrival of my paid in advanced stay, I was told there were no rooms available. We waited 2 hrs for our room, which had stains on the floor and were told there was no [clean] linen. My first thought was please let them have used this time to wash and make bed with clean sheets. They have bugs. I had a very important delivery sent here and asked the lady that checked us in if it had arrived. Her response was that "Sometimes, They be lying and send the email saying it was delivered but it's really at the place where it's coming from" . When all she had to say I'm not sure, check the front desk. Hours later I found out it had arrived earlier that morning. Now the guy in the room below me is claiming that we're making noise and wants to switch rooms. I been here 3 days. SMH I wanted to wait until I left but I had to get out. I do still plan to leave a review when I leave.

    Hotel staff were friendly and inviting. Rooms were oddly dark with lights that didn't work and very dull. Kids were out at the pool where other guest took an opportunity to smoke illegal things with no regard to children being there. The smell lingered throughout the hallways. Bathrooms were small. Don't think we will be re-visiting this location.

    I've had to stay here twice and both experiences were pleasant. Ms.Teri at the front desk is very warm! I can't see her smile due to masks but her eye says it all!!! On my first stay my room wasnt ready but I got an upgrade which worked out great! On my second stay I arrived a bit early and Mr.Fitz ensured I was well taken care of and in my room within 30min! 🇯🇲 Rooms at both my stay were good....clean and spacious. The fridge in my first room didn't cool at the bottom but it didn't bother me as I didn't use it. Location is close to restaurants and easy access to highway. Would recommend!

    Fits, the general manager, is 100% why I stay here! I frequently travel for business and I’ve stayed at this location several times before. After some less than positive experiences, I had vowed never to stay here again. When I heard they were under new management, I gave them a try and it was completely different from top to bottom! Under his management, the staff and service have greatly improved! The consistency has improved, and the facility itself has undergone several improvements as well! Any direct dealings with Fitz have always been fair and expeditiously taken care of! I truly commend and appreciate his service! As I build up my business, I would be lucky to have anyone on my team half as dedicated as Fitz!

    I would like to say that the woman by the name of Teri, the early morning front desk representative, is by far one of the best energy carrying individuals in any Extended Stay I've stayed. She literally helps turn my attitude into one of positivity, and that's even before I've had my coffee! Much Love And Appreciate For The Smiles You Produce! Also management included, the customer service representatives always have a smile and say Good Morning, or Hello when passing through the halls. I definitely appreciate the work of all staff members and what they do on the day to day.

    Immediately upon walking into the hotel, it smelled like marijuana. We get to our room on the 2nd floor, and it stinks even worse. Our trash can in thr kitchen area hadn't been emptied and still had trash from whoever was in here before us. Hardly any TV stations came in, and the internet connection mind as well had been non existent. The bathtub had yellow stains on the side from where people have smoked in the bathroom and let it burn the tub. No room service so if you needed more/clean towels you had to bring them to the reception desk yourself and get new ones. Never had to do this at any hotel I've ever stayed in before. "Breakfast" is prepackaged muffins, that's all. Our room has smelled like weed the whole weekend we were here. I will never stay here again, very disappointed.

    Mr. Fitz made this experience Heaven on earth! My best friend and I were here for a whole month due to some issues moving into our apartment. Mr. Fitz made sure that we were well taken care of and all of our concerns were met. He was always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful whenever we had any questions! If it wasn’t for him, this already stressful situation could’ve been a lot more stressful, but I’m thankful God placed us here with someone with a such a great spirit who really cares about his guests!

    Extended stay America is always a place with the needed necessities to make a “home” like stay. The passion of the people who work here made the difference. Pam was SO kind & cared to make sure we had what we needed upon check-in. Never making us seem like a bother. Fritz on the morning of our checkout also so kind & professional. They made a difference in our stay in Atlanta

    Front desk staff were kind and apologetic, beyond that…an awful place to stay. The hallways wreaked of weed. Our room smelled terrible, I don’t know what the smell was but it was overpowering and never dissipated. The floor in our room was sticky and gross. “Breakfast” was supposed to be served until 9AM, but was gone at 8:45 AM. They ran out of coffee and the rooms do not have coffee pots. We will never be back here again.

    Bugs in the room. Only had one bottle of shampoo and no conditioner, even if it was one person, I would think they would have a little more commodities. The front desk receptionist never informed us of what we they offered as far as coffee pot of dishes and such so we didn't have any of that. No ice, or ice bucket. Trays were on request only and we were unaware. When we mentioned the bugs the next morning at check out, they stated we should have said something that evening and they would have moved us. We were traveling with a autistic child and dogs and that was not at all convenient. The freezer also had a leak and there was water build up in fridge.

    Absolutely terribly managed hotel. Lack of management and understaffing lead to problems in all divisions. Multiple customers in line at front desk to receive bedsheets. Do not consider if you place any value on cleanliness or efficiency. The lobby is littered with food that hasn’t been swept up, and there is no wifi unless you want to stay on the line with tech support.

    Shari is a WONDERFUL front desk associate! Her attitude has been amazing. Whatever I needed she was very fast and sweet about getting it done. We were staying here under unfortunate circumstances and she made it very easy and less stressful for my family. I truly appreciate Shari and her hospitality!
