This is an ABSOLUTE AWFUL Hell Hole!! SEVERAL CAR BREAK INS!! They charge nearly $60 in ADDITION to rent for trash removal , trash/sewer compacting, water and pest control. They almost NEVER answer the phones and DO NOT respond to emails. They are very overpriced. They charge you for rental insurance even after giving them proof and you have to always fight to keep them from overcharging. Maintenance is a JOKE. RUNNNNNN!! They need to shut this place down

Moved in here almost exactly a year ago and it has been a very average experience, and I don’t mean that in a bad way. I have had 0 roaches, little to no problems where I have to call maintenance, and no problems with neighbors. That being said, it is not in the best area, and cops are (like someone else said) not uncommon visitors. I had my catalytic converter stolen off of my car within the first week of living here. Other than that, Joseph is the man and my family and I can’t thank him enough for all he’s done. Lots of people leaving unrealistic reviews here, as if they were under the impression that this was a 5-star gated community. Humble yourselves.

I loved the area, but it is progressively getting bad. I stayed here for about 4 1/2 years. Was gone a lot due to work. And once i was home more i had issues with mold, in BOTH buildings as i requested to be transferred to a fully renovated unit with a renewal. They were not helpful in resolving the issue. I moved buildings to hopefully get away from the mold but was even worse in a renovated apartment as the mold started to grow on everything from mattresses to items enclosed in drawers. Luckily i had renters insurance which helped with the loss of most my belongings but they offered NOTHING in this situation not even calling corporate helped as they don't help as well they only call the front office and let them know you called corporate. I requested for a mold test which was never given. Hopeful nobody gets sick from this issue but it really needs to be handled properly as my neighbors had issues with it as well. They told my building that everyone had to get out with a 30 day notice (which i didn't see) because it was an email, they never called or anything in a matter this important. They never gave reason to why we had to get out of the building but I'm sure of why as this notice was given a week or so after i submitted my insurance claim for the mold. Once i called they were looking for a unit to relocate me to but NEVER reached back out. I just decided to leave the community instead.

I moved here a few months ago, and I do not recommend this apartment complex. I wasted my money. When I moved into my apartment, there was NO mold. I came home one day from work, and It was ALL OVER MY APARTMENT AND ALL OVER MY CLOTHES AND MY FURNITURE, and when I went to the apartment to let them know they gave the same excuse over and over that the maintenence would come look at it THEY CAME AND DID A BUNCH OF TEST THEN RECOVERED TO MOLD WITH BLEACH they put an old refrigerator in my apartment and my dishwasher was installed terribly I complained multiple time on the maintenance request website and nobody did nothing until they finally got a whole knew maintenance team but by that time I just packed up and left DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I stopped by for a tour and it was great. I am very impressed. The property grounds and unit was well maintained and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I had my tour with Joseph and received excellent service. I am deciding between 2 other apartment communities and the great service I received here is putting The Stratford in the lead.

Dear Danubio, Today is a very frustrating day for my partner and I in our unit. Since July 1st, we have sent out 5 requests for the same A/C problem. As the maintenance team has come and gone, considering it to be the weather's problem, the A/C has gradually stopped cooling our apartment. Currently, we have been in our apartment for two days with the room temperature at 80-83 degrees. It does not go down, no matter the time of day. We are sweating and we know this is not normal. We know that either the A/C unit in our unit or the unit outside is broken in some form or the other. We have been in this apartment for 9 months now and this is the first month that we are living with such heat and humid circulation. We have never lived in an apartment with an issue like this and with a maintenance team that keeps brushing this issue off as if it is "normal because it is summer time." I have spoken to our nextdoor neighbors (upstairs and downstairs) and they all said (today) that their A/C is working just fine and it is very cold in their apartments. So, we know for a fact that this is not a summer issue. This is our unit A/C having problems that need a truly thorough examination by an A/C technician. Please help us get our A/C unit up and running again. I am inclined to complain about this issue, not only with the maintenance team, not only with the leasing office, not only with administration, but with the county. For more reasons than just the neglect to the A/C in our unit: I do not know if you are aware, but there was a mass break in to vehicles overnight about three weeks ago here. The Stratford Ridge office decided to send out an email at 5:00 PM or so two (2) days after the break ins occurred. The email approached the break-ins by accusing the residents of being irresponsible. I wrote back to the Stratford Ridge office team and addressed some issues I have seen overtime that promote unsafe surroundings and encourage criminal activity to happen. The issues have not been addressed to date.

Staff was great . Came on a spring break mission. Got approved and moved In as the advertisement said . Look sign and lease . Perfect timing for my kids to start back... Placed a service call for my Dryer and Mr Victor responded to my service call immediately. Thanks guys Victor is a very experienced Guy . Thanks again
