Good experience with good customer service, definitely I love Waffle House, this location was one of the first ones that i visited in the country and I'm really successfully with my experience, I'm would like recommended this place to eat food like homemade food with a good price and good quantity. My favorite are the regular waffles with Mapple syrup 😋 🧇

Fastest Waffle House ever! We went there after a Saturday night Braves game and service was great! Even though it was crowded our food came out in minutes! This will be my go to for post games from now on. Excellent!!

The Waffle House near the Galleria that can get kinda busy at night. Food is great as usual for a Waffle House, although it can take a bit to get your food with how busy it can get.

Great service and food at this location. We had an issue with tea being a bit sour and the server poured out the remainder of the tea without hesitation. Also the server was very very sweet to my daughter who was clearly starving after a day of dance competitions. All the food was great! Will come back when in the area.

We flew in from Boston the family wanted to go to a waffle house! So glad we went to the one in Cumberland. Vicky the waitress, extremely witty, thorough and friendly.! When we first walked in three employees said good morning out loud! I asked for the manager I wanted to express how happy we were with our visit and our food . Derrick is the manager and he was outside cleaning the parking lot ! The best customer service ever ! five stars easily

Waitstaff claimed to be busy even though it was it practically dead quiet. When tables got up, people who came in would sit down and the waitstaff showed no urgency or care in cleaning tables or greeting guests. I was never greeted. A waitress announced to the entire restaurant that it was customers faults for sitting themselves at dirty tables and not being greeted. For those that go to waffle house on a regular basis, everyone is accustomed to sitting themselves at dirty tables and waiting for staff to greet them immediately and don't mind waiting for the table to be cleaned. However myself and several other tables were ignored for at least 15min. I waited over an hour just to get a tea and was never offered a refill. I got my food before my drink, and both mine and my girls friends order was incorrect. They're either severely understaffed or not had enough training. I can't even believe I'm leaving such a low star review.

The cook had an amazing, vibrant personality and the more customers that came in the more excited he got as opposed to most places. Some of the customers that came in we're not courteous to their fellow patrons, but that is no fault of the staff. I don't know how it is during other times however, I would definitely go there again.

I will tell you this.... when you come to this location, you won't be disappointed! The food is always perfect and the service is excellent! Make sure and stop by this iconic Braves themed waffle house for a classic touch on a restaurant as American as baseball itself!
