I recently stayed at Embassy Suites and while the hotel itself was not bad, I had a truly unpleasant experience with the front desk staff, particularly Edward. The level of customer service I encountered was far below my expectations. Upon arriving at the hotel, I approached the front desk to check-in and was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from Edward. He seemed disinterested in assisting me and was extremely unhelpful when I had questions about the hotel amenities and services. His lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome as a guest.

I really liked this hotel. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have slept on in ages. The omelette for breakfast was great. The bar staff was nice. The only complaint if I had one was that the bar shuts down early and that is because it is right in the courtyard which looks cool but the noise really travels and you can hear people in your room. For the rooms they were spacious, I used maybe half of the space, but I suppose if you had some colleagues back to your room the front suite area would be useful to hang out. For me completely wasted space that I didn’t use once. I would definitely stay there again. The wifi was also annoying but same as any of these hotels. It annoyed me enough to just use my phone instead.

Probably would not go back. Went there a few years ago,it was wonderful. We went back this time and the place had really went down hill. Booked two suites over a month ago for my daughter's birthday. Had to wait over an hour, to get in our rooms. We were told we would have two suites, together. The desk clerk said they didn't have rooms left together. The bedrooms had no privacy door on them. The beds were horrible. The king bed was so uncomfortable, that my daughter and I was awake all night, and we never have a problem sleeping. The pull out sofa bed, that my other daughter slept in, said that every time she turned over, it sounded like iron clanking and felt like she was laying on wire. We didn't get room service when we asked for clean towels, so we could take a shower. When we spoke with the front desk, the only explanation was that they were fully booked. No, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I stayed 2 nights. Used ride share, no rental car. Still charged $20/night for self park. No one at desk when catching ride to airport. Called 4x since, disconnected twice and let to voice mails. Usually good place to stay but not very responsive on issues. Update: A day after the post, the hotel contacted me and within a day they had refunded the overcharge. I changed Service from 1 Star to 4.

Decided to Stay over in Atlanta and booked a room on the Hilton App. The evening front desk team was Amazing!! Kris was extremely helpful and kind. He was getting slammed but not once did he become rude or disrespectful even though some of the guest was short with him. The room was lack luster and dusty. I had a allergic reaction to something in the room. There is dust and mildew in several places in the room. There was no rooms to exchange into so we were stuck. (We checked in around 7pm) The hotel needs a overhaul greatly. The staff in the morning is Rude and dry. No one was friendly or welcoming especially at the front desk. My son and I went to the pool to swim before hitting the road. We Never made it to the pool. Some genius though it be a great idea to put marble like floors around the pool -choosing aesthetics instead of functionality. My son slipped on the wet floor hit his neck & face and somehow cut his foot on one of the chairs. I called the front Desk and informed them of what happened. It took them 20 minutes to come and take a report then another 10 minutes to bring back a Band-Aid and ointment. There was no empathy or no concern or urgency. So disappointed. This is not the standard I know of and expect from the Hilton brand especially Embassy Suites. The front desk is your first impression and sets the tone. The AM Agent is the absolute worst.

Overall, I was pleased with our night at the embassy. Check in was smooth, the room was fine, customer service was great, and the amenities were adequate. Cons: -The pool needed a deep clean… like bad. -The parking situation is kind of a headache. -We both definitely got sick from the dinner or breakfast and changed our entire vacation schedule around where the closest bathroom was…. Eek. Pros: -Front desk staff & breakfast staff were very accommodating and kind! -The soaps in the room were great. -Proximity to everything was superb! -Breakfast was super tasty.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly which warranted a star. Otherwise, this would have been a solid one-star rating. If I were not a Hilton Honors member or otherwise unfamiliar with the Embassy Suites brand, nobody could tell me that this hotel was part of the other Hilton properties that I have stayed at. The room (223-I believe) was horrible. The bathroom was noteworthy due to the filthy tub, no water pressure, the rusted exhaust fan housing that contained no fan, and a message that had been written on the mirror which was an obvious indicator that at least the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our stay, which led us to wonder what else hadn't been cleaned considering the state of everything else in there. There was also mildew on the caulking in the bathroom and the wallpaper was peeling off. Needless to say, our bathroom as well as the room was not even close to the rooms that they used for pictures of the hotel on the Hilton app. The bedroom area looked "lazy". The molding looked as though someone had gone over it once with a dark color and too small of a paintbrush. There were parts above the molding that looked as though they may have used some type of filler between the molding and the ceiling to close gaps. There was a can light over the wet bar area that was wedged in at an angle so it wouldn't fall. The return register in the front sitting area had a white substance on the dark paint surrounding it. There was a bar for a sliding barn door to separate the bedroom from the sitting area, but the door was missing. The lights in between the beds were installed on the wall and weren't even installed in a way that hid whatever bolts were already in the wall. There were spots in the carpet that were worn to the point that there were bare spots and last but surely not least, as we were getting ready to leave, we noticed a stain on the ottoman in the sitting area. Initially, I thought that somebody may have spilled some sort of chocolate or something of that nature. But as I got close to the white fabric, I realized that it was red in color. I obviously wasn't going to get closer to see any better. I posted pictures of all of this, but can't find them so who knows if they actually posted? Either way, I still have the pictures should the hotel care to chat about the sad state of our room. We were grateful that we were only there to sleep for two nights after incredibly long days. This hotel was by far the biggest disappointment of any Embassy Suites brand and Hilton hotel that I have ever experienced.

We love the Embassy Suites brand. We have stayed at several hotels and have always been pleased. When we arrived the lady at the front desk did not really want to be bothered with us. Our room was large but the furnishings seemed a bit dated. There were 2 of us and we had one towel and wash cloth each. The bar was extremely overpriced. The food menu was good and the food was good. Breakfast was great. We did not use the pool or business center. Overall it was not a bad experience but not up to what we have become used to in Embassy Suites. They need to up their game a bit.

Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious. In walking distance to restaurants and Cumberland Mall. I felt safe in this environment.

Amenities provided were great and the location was very convenient. Staff were all kind and helpful. However the room was quite humid in the living room area no matter how long the AC ran, the pullout mattress felt very old and worn down, and the room had a distinct weed odor. I’m sure other rooms here were fine.

We have stayed at the hotel before primarily due to its proximity to the Battery. We stayed this weekend with friends again to spend time at the Battery. The service and friendliness from hotel staff is stellar! However, the hotel itself is showing its age and is needs updating. Though our room was clean, there was visible signs of wear and tear throughout. Chipped paint in the tub, rust in the toilet, carpet coming apart from edging, stains on the sofa, stained carpet. Dining- there is a large restaurant for dining that includes a bar. We enjoyed breakfast which was typical hotel breakfast food. While dining, I noticed that there were huge lights over some of the dining tables which were very dusty and could not be pushed away due to being heavy. On the floor were several cords that could pose a safety hazard (see photos). I noticed these issues during our last stay and the issues seemed to have gotten worse. Location is great but improvements are definitely needed.

We had a great experience at this hotel! There is an indoor pool with a hot tub that is great for families. I loved the hotel bar, and like that they give you complimentary drinks during happy hour. It is a great way to meet new people and get out of your room. And the bartender makes delicious strong drinks. Ask for the Dee Special! The staff is super nice and helpful! They have a shuttle that will drive you anywhere in a 3 mile radius. I also like that they have a hot complimentary breakfast with an omelet station. cons: there is an echo because of the hotel's layout The walls are thin, heard the couple next to me arguing in the middle of the night parking is $20 a day which is ridiculous Overall, I will stay here again and recommend it

As a nuclear power worker, this has been the go-to spot to stay for years. Rooms are just what you need. Breakfast is great. Huge shout out to the omelet chefs, very professional and personable. There is a $20 per night fee to park, but after seeing how much the area has developed, I can understand why they need to "protect" the lot. Second, shout out to the shuttle bus and Marcus, like your personal group driver, but so much cooler.

The breakfast, particularly the omelettes, was delightful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. However, the rooms require modernization. Upon entering, there's a disagreeable musty odor. Additionally, the carpet is stained, and it's disappointing that the bathrooms still have bathtubs and not a shower only.

Spoke to Gerald regarding the humidity level in the room. I was able to view 2 other rooms which had the same smell. One of the rooms I went into had been sprayed to mask the smell. I then requested a dehumidifier. Gerald referred me to Charles, the day manager who got maintenance to provide one. Humidity level was 65% as per the dehumidifier. That was a game changer, as I emptied the dehumidifier backet 8 times. The room had better smell and was liveable after that. The pool sections needs an update and regular cleaning. The hottub was frothy with brown particles. The pools ceiling is peeling off. Parking is 20$/day but worthwhile.

Absolutely outstanding service. Ups to Staci the supervisor at front desk for attending to ALL OUR needs. Prompt response for anything we needed. Definitely noticed they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank You!

Great location within walking distance to Truist Park. Breakfast was ok. The room was clean and the remotes did not work very well on the TVs but we were not there to watch TV.

Stayed one night for a braves game. We were given two complimentary drinks each at the nightly managers reception with some light snacks. There was a free shuttle that gets you within a 10-15min walk of the stadium. That was a nice surprise, since we planned on walking. We Woke up too late for breakfast, but it sounded good. The room was fine, but it seemed dated. All of the staff I interacted with were great.

The only problem we had was how dirty the pool was. I had to deal with a crying 8 year old little girl who always wanted to swim everywhere. It looked as if 50 dirty people took a bath in it without filtration. Also, they had some sticky pads by the elevator on the 3rd floor, I hope this was for insects. Otherwise the staff was nice, the rooms were perfect and breakfast was good for our stay.

Location...the hotel was very average! Nothing to be excited about. The evening reception staff have great attitudes. The drinks and breakfast was delicious. If Location is what you are looking for then this is your spot. I will pass for a more modern embassy suites hotel.

Perfect location to stay and catch a Braves game. Rooms were very nice and customer service was great! We had two rooms, one for me and my husband and the other for our kids 23 and 13. We stayed for 2 days. We left our luggage on our check out day because we went to Truist Park for a Braves game. Staff was very nice and cooperative to allow us to keep our luggage until we returned. Both our rooms were very clean and well kept. We've stayed in many hotels and I always find something to complain about, believe me lol. I nit pick over everything. Other than the normal noise (which is loud during breakfast) you hear from the gallery down below the rooms were quiet. The perk for our family is the amount of space we get at Embassy Suites. We all pack a ton and having a living and separate sleep space comes in handy. This was a nice stay. We'll definitely be back. *we did not take advantage of the breakfast. We have food allergies in our family so we always skip hotel breakfasts.

My wife and I stayed at Embassy Suites in Atlanta after a Braves game. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I love they have a snack bar by the front desk. We also took advantage of the shuttle service that took us to and from Truist Park. Great place to stay!

We stayed here one night for a Braves game and were very happy with the service. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and they even had a free shuttle that took us to the game. We will definitely stay here again!

This is definitely a great place to stay if you are a Diamond member. I want to thank Gerald for the complimentary room upgrade. There were some complications at check-in, but the upgrade he gave us through the app was ultimately honored. The room was massive, and since I was just in town for a concert with a buddy, it was nice for us to both have our own space to spread out. The bar area in the living room is huge as well. Breakfast was pretty good, too. The omelets were great and the guys cooking them up are super nice.

We drove 5 hours to get here for a convention and 4 hours after arriving they still cannot check us into our room because their system is down. I will update this review depending on how they decide to compensate us if at all. So far this day is ruined. How do you not have a backup system to check people in manually? This shuts your hotel down entirely. Insane. Update 1: It took them 8 hours to check us in. We finally got in at midnight.

WARNING! I needed to add a night (Corporate business travel) on my stay and I called and set it up. They charged me DOUBLE the price they quoted. I called the desk after leaving and they were useless. I talked to Accounting and the lady said that it was ridiculous and that she would have them adjust the bill and I would get an email in an hour. I never got an email AND when calling back in they once again refused to adjust the bill. ($400+ for the night). I've filed a complaint with Hilton and will also file with the BBB. Avoid this Dated Hotel at all cost! - Edit after Hiltons sad generic response - Thanks to one more person at Hilton doing NOTHING to help. I cant wait to spend the points I've built up and be done with Hilton.. our entire department is now using Marriott as a result. Trust me, I'll pass the word around too!

My daughters and I had had a terrible experience this past Saturday night. We were trying g to check in before a concert . They stated that their system went fine on Friday. They had no ability to check any one in and the digital key was not working properly, so do not trust it if it tells you your room is ready. Not only did we not get into our room until after the concert started, we had trouble getting into a room period. The first room they gave us was occupied. Second room had never been cleaned. Finally third room we could stay in but the door sticks making it a challenge to even get in! We missed going to dinner. My daughter is Gluten Free and not many options for her to eat at Truist Park. Then after midnight someone was trying to get into our hotel room. The hotel had assigned him our room!! That was already occupied!! I may never stay at another Hilton property again .

It was a birthday trip with friends. We had a suite set up, and our view was rooftop and AC units. The worn out couch area was sad. The bathroom door slid but never closed, and cheap coffee maker was pitiful.

We keep coming back to stay here whenever we pass by Atlanta. The front desk people are great, always helpful and the rooms are super clean and comfy. The entire ambiance of the hotel itself is top class and very kids friendly. With the made to order omlette station in the breakfast and complimentary cocktails in the evening, it makes our stay even more pleasant.

  • 5/5 Sage B. 3 months ago on Google New
Really great stay here. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast, accessible location. The contactless check-in and check-out was a nice touch as well. In close proximity to lots of food and stores and if you’re facing the right direction, a really lovely view of the sun rising over Atlanta proper.

I never thought I’d use the word disappointed with an embassy suites breakfast but here we are. My family stays at embassy suites for the omelette bar where you can get it made with fresh cracked eggs instead of powdered eggs. We have allergy and diet restrictions to the ingredients in the powdered eggs. We pay more to stay here for that luxury. This morning there was no omelette bar. The staff at breakfast didn’t speak English. The front desk staff was pleasant but only offered an apology. The breakfast that was available consisted of cold powdered eggs, cold turkey sausage, and admittedly decent potatoes and pastries. When staying at an embassy we overlook the dated decor and popcorn ceilings looking forward to the breakfast but here we were left dissatisfied around every corner.

The room size was great, but other than that it's not my favorite embassy suites. We stayed there last year and they had issues, but it was the end of covid so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Almost the same issues this year, except more cut backs and services with higher prices. The pool area both times was filthy. I let the front desk know both times and I'm not sure they ever did anything about it.

The staff is very nice, but I didn't enjoy the hotel. We spent one night there because our hotel had a watermain break and this is where they sent us. There was a kind of musty smell in our room, and breakfast ended at 9AM, which is quite early if you check in at 1AM! The employees definitely made up for everything for their helpfulness and competence!

  • 3/5 Tim D. 2 years ago on Google
Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, but the front desk were not friendly or very helpful when the key card would not let me out of the parking lot. Would have been 4 star if the staff did a better job at greeting their guest entering and leaving.

Not as clean as I wanted. Price way to high. Staff was nice in lobby. Breakfast was good. Staff there not so much, hard to understand. Waitress wasn't very good. Cook did a great omelet.

The supervisor Ambra and her entire staff were absolutely fantastic at every instance of our stay. They helped us out when we needed extra room for our kids. Breakfast was fantastic each of our 3 mornings with enough variety that you won't get tired. This is an extremely busy hotel on the weekend however the staff were patient and attentive. Be mindful this is a very busy area.

When staying at the Embassy Suites, you would think that they would have better service due to the notable name. However, my experience was pretty shocking. All of the towels had different hairs in each of them, as if the hair wasn't removed from prior guests. I then proceeded to ask for new towels, but the new towels ALSO had hairs in them. Not only is it unsanitary, but it's just plain nasty. Then, as I proceeded to inspect the bed, the main sheets had stains on them which forced me to sleep on the top sheet. For the bathroom, I was forced to use flip flops in the shower because of the subpar cleanliness of the shower floor. There were also small stains on the walls of the shower as well. In the living room area, I didn't even bother using the couch because it looked extremely run-down. Lastly, there is no complementary toothpaste so be sure to bring your own. The one-star is for the staff, who was polite and welcoming. However, the overall filthiness of the room itself is what made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and why this hotel only deserves one star.

We stayed here because we were attending a concert across the street. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and well put together. Unfortunately, I only took pictures of the front room, but you can see how big it is.

  • 4/5 Courtney S. 2 years ago on Google
The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. In a great area of town away from the craziness of downtown. The evening staff was very nice but the morning staff was not so friendly. The bar was nice but the drinks are all mostly bottom shelf liquors and cheap beer. Parking was easy and accessible. Pretty good complimentary breakfast as well. Better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a great location. The size of the hotel is large. Good size rooms. Breakfast is so worth it, good selection and made to order omelets and French toast. The negatives are the pool/jacuzzi ares were dirty. The rooms were not the most clean, our refrigerator had hair in it. And overall it was a little dated. But not the worst hotel.

Very cool hotel! Love the atrium structure. The rooms are well kept and the views are very nice. The breakfast that is included goes well above and beyond a typical free hotel breakfast as there is actual hot food offered including made to order omelets with fresh ingredients. The chef appreciates tips. They also have a really cool bar and restaurant at the base of the atrium.

Managers reception waitress was absolutely amazing! Front desk at check out (male) was great too, but front desk at check in (2 females) don’t have a clue what’s going on and are passive aggressive. I was over charged twice and was even checked out when I paid for one more nights stay. Ran my card three times for the incidentals and ($120 each time) on top of the nightly rate. Maybe training these ladies would help?

This hotel is immaculate! The large rooms were clean and well decorated. The complimentary drink tickets were a plus after a long day of travel. Stevie!! You are awesome! You handled our “exposure issues” with grace and humility, you were compassionate and showed great concern! Your chicken tender friend will forever be grateful. The minor microwave issue was taken care of almost immediately well after 3am. Now that’s customer service! Stephanie thanks for the info on what to do while the great city of ATL. Hilton has won us over with you two being such great host during our 3 day stay. We will definitely be back!

So I love embassy suites, however for the price I payed per night, as a Hilton honors member, There was mold in ice machine on floor 8. The air conditioner worked ok night one, but night two, I couldn’t sleep I was sweating the rest of the hotel was hot, it was terrible… Free Breakfast was great but there were fly’s on the bread. Omelette cook seemed to care less to be there, on his phone most of the time. The new guy was working hard though. Our microwave smelled like someone died in it, and they couldn’t find a replacement until the next day. But they did replace it, however the night before we bought frozen food from the lobby, the girl at the front desk heated everything up for us, so she did what she could for us and I appreciate it. Location is great, unfortunate I won’t be staying here again, not a great Hilton location 90% of the staff was more than friendly and accommodating.

Room looks great on pics, however there is no hair dryer in bathroom so we called front desk and request one, they answered there's no spare available?! Slippers are not provided as well which is pretty shocking as it's Hilton but not some 2 stars hostel. Overall experience, staff are nice and polite, but pretty slow response and could be more helpful. Same breakfast everyday so keep in mind if u gonna stay more than 2 nights.

The stay was actually very nice. The staff was professional and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast staff was on point and Rosa kept us uplifted. The only thing I didn't like was the charge for parking and actually being a guest. That threw me completely off! I get the parking check in but to charge for the room and parking was a little odd. Then they don't have complimentary water out but airport priced water with juices, soda, and snacks. I guess that's today's norm.

The stay was amazing!!! I can't say enough how much I appreciated the staff and the room. Throughout the weekend everyone there was amazing and Steve was especially the shining star. The location was great for us con attendees and I will certainly try my best to book with them again next year.

The front desk associates were friendly and fast. The room was clean and comfy. The unexpected shuttle that was available after 3 pm was like having a designated driver, so you didn't have to use Google maps. The driver was a great employee that the hotel should be glad to have on board.

I have never been to a hotel quite like this. This was such a neat stay for that reason alone. The room was amazing, had no complaints. I especially loved the super large LED mirror in the bathroom. One thing that kind of drive me nuts was the lighting in the cocktail area is pretty dark. They had lamps but not all of them were on, which made it hard to tell if the bar was open, or what was going on. The breakfast attendant lady was one of the most kind people we spoke during our stay. Such a kind happy heart. It would be really neat if you were able to add a veggie mix into the breakfast potatoes to make them not as bland. They’re basically just cubbed French fries. I was also really excited to get cranberry juice because it’s my favorite in the morning at hotels. I went over to the machine and it was out of order for the cranberry, but I look right next to it and they had a separate pitcher for that reason. I appreciated that they still had it even if the actual machine wasn’t working. Besides that breakfast was amazing with such a huge section of cold and hot food. It was a such a nice stay and we appreciate the great hospitality and service that we had.

I stayed in a suite with a king bed for two nights during a business trip. The suite was quite large and very clean. There was a minibar, a coffeemaker, a microwave, and a sink in the kitchen area. There were also two TV sets, one in the bedroom and one in the living/dining room. There were multiple chairs and tables and a nice couch in the living/dining area. The breakfast was free and full of hot and cold items and they had a free happy hour in the evening.

Nice hotel but a bit dated. Initial greeting from front desk staff was "check in doesn't start until 3 PM" in a harsh tone. I explained that I arrived early and could set up my laptop in the lobby and was told my room was ready. Not sure the need for the aggression. To be fair, the rest of the staff was pleasant, especially Harold/ Howard who was setting up for an event. The last guest must have had a dog and they cleaned the carpets as they were damp when we arrived and never fully dried out due to the humidity. We say in the restaurant/ bar area to have dinner but no one ever waited on us as they had one bartender during cocktail hour and she was slammed. Another worked came late but was playing on her phone as opposed to coming over to us or helping the bartender. The pool and hot tub area was nice and the location is good. They had a family reunion in the lobby which seemed to be a nice venue for this. Probably would stay again if the rates were appropriate.

We are here for a week for a conference, front desk staff was so nice and SUPER helpful. The accommodations were awesome. The 2 complimentary drinks per night at happy hour is great. Stacey was great and funny. Hotel lobby very spacious, accommodating and comfortable. Breakfast options were appropriate. I miss coming to the Embassy Suites, glad our boss chose them.

I like staying at this embassy suites. It is convenient to the north side of Atlanta and the ball stadium. The digital sign in is a plus, however there is no digital card for your drink and breakfast tickets for the evening reception and breakfast. You still have to go to the front desk for that which defeats the purpose. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower pan is getting grimy (as seen in picture) because of use, but no biggie. The shower heads ar powerful too which is really enjoyable. The breakfast and evening reception was good as well. The only other issue I have is getting out of the parking lot. There is a fee to park in the lot and gate to get out. If you check out, you cannot use the digital key to get out of the lot. I had to go back in an let them know and they buzzed me out. I tried that initially, but they didn't open it without me going in and letting them know. Overall good stay, but need to look at making everything digital.

First night found a small insect on the bed and killed it - I live in the country so no big deal - second night at 10 pm I saw a huge palmetto bug which looks like a giant roach in the bathroom - called the front desk and the clerk laughed at me - “this is the south they r just lookin for water - do you want me to send someone up to kill it for you she said again - laughing” yes I said this thing is huge and freakin me out -after waiting about 10 minutes I went in the bathroom again I had sprayed it with hairspray so it was hiding n the corner this time it turned around and came towards me finally I killed it with my shoe screaming the whole time I called the front desk again I got a different clerk she’s very sympathetic and understanding and offered to move me which I did second room was fine but the hotel was not clean by any stretch of the imagination the best thing about this place is the free cooked to order breakfast which is terrific I was staying for work otherwise I would not choose this hotel. Due to pandemic there is no room service and the one restaurant with limited menu does not open until five so you’re forced to go outside or get delivery for lunch.

Room was nice. Spacious and clean. The in-room provided drinks and snacks was a nice touch. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly. Easy proximity to Truist Park. Breakfast is popular so go early.

We stayed at this hotel to attend the Dave Koz concert, which was at the Cobb Energy Center (across the street within walking distance from the hotel). The hotel is beautiful. We were given an upgrade to a suite on the top floor. Our suite was amazing with a living area, sleek modern bathroom/shower with glass doors, and a bedroom. It was very clean. The king bed was comfortable with quality sheets. Before the concert, we ate dinner in the hotel's on-site restaurant. The food was delicious! We were each given 2 free drinks at the bar, so after a day of traveling, it was nice to relax with dinner and drinks before the concert. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Service is top notch at this hotel. The ladies at check-in were professional, helpful, and kind. We would absolutely stay here again.
