Updated Review: I have now lived in Rosemont for 7 months and I can honestly say this is a great complex. The apartments are perfect for young professionals, the office staff plans great resident events and the secluded feel of the apartment location makes you feel at home (while being accessible to shopping/mall/food within minutes). The complex has direct access to a 3 mile river trail, which is where I spend most days after work. I decided to update my review to ensure prospective tenants that they should absolutely chose this complex to live. Negative reviews are not all what they seem. I will also again thank Charles, who's kindness is the continued reason I take pride in where I chose to live! *I will note there is new management now as of Sept/2018. Original Review: I have lived in Rosemont Vinings Ridge for two months now and I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience. I moved to Atlanta from Ohio, and was hesitant about where to live. Charles was incredibly kind, helpful and patient in helping me find a new home here :) The apartments are secluded in a beautiful area right off the freeway. You have direct access to the Chattahoochee River. I love taking walks here after work. It’s incredibly peaceful, quiet and the people are really friendly. The leasing office staff is so accommodating - the nicest people I have met in Atlanta thus far. I put in three service requests one day, and the very next day all three had been addressed and taken care of. They also host fun events for residents. I have not yet taken advantage of these, but plan to soon as I am excited to get to know everyone better. I have the largest floor plan and love the extra space, it is cozy for one person! I will definitely recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area. It’s a great place to start as you get acclimated to the city.

1. The location! Love it! close to everything. Short cut to the river trail is really nice. 2. They do an excellent job of keeping the grounds clean. 3. The staff. They are all super nice, especially Kevin. 4. Work orders get done quickly, never had one pass more than 48hrs. 5. The amenities: nice clubhouse, charging port for people with electric cars, the pond with the turtles and ducks. 6. Very quiet, very safe. Con’s 1. The apartments are older and rent increased a bit over 2 years, I think they do this to force you out so they can “renovate” and get more money. The unit I had was not worth what they are asking for. 2. The laundry room seldom worked. (Get a unit with washer/dryer to avoid this) 3. The gate is always broken. Overall if they had another unit to suit my needs/budget I would have stayed.

TOP TIER LIVING!!! if you’ve shopped apartments like I have then you know if the place is going to be nice just based off the looks of the leasing office, and baby, I love this place! The landscaping alone had me sold, it’s beautiful in every season! Two pools, tennis court, fitness center, top of the line laundry facility, and a few lakes with access to awesome trails… shall I continue? Yes? Well I didn’t even mention the multiple car washing/vacuum stations around the property. Or how about how much the fur baby community is thriving here, join us at one of the dog parks located throughout the property. All of this outdoorsy goodness is tucked away in our own quiet little (gated community) bubble. There’s also plenty of shopping, eating and drinking spots right outside of those gates. The office staff is my favorite though, if you ever get a chance to meet Kevin you’ll have a ball! The maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the landscapers keep the property in top shape! Not much more you could ask for… Doesn’t get better than Rosemont Vinings Ridge! I will definitely be renewing when my year is up!

I don’t understand how this place has as many stars as it does. This place is roach infested. Torrance, you were very dishonest throughout the entire process. The day that I was supposed to move in, I immediately move my things right back out and thank God I did not sign the lease. Roach infested is how I can describe this place. It is not updated and it looks as if it hasn’t been updated in a while. The apartment smelled of old house. If you know, you know. Not only did Torrance set up an account without my permission in my name leaving me stuck with a bill for an apartment that I never took occupancy of, I have been trying to reach him in regards to this and have not been able to get anyone on the phone. This was a horrible experience from the beginning. Thank God I did not sign the lease and I was able to get away from these people. There were many that my moving team saw. Now I am waiting for Gas South to send me a fraud packet.

I lived here for 3 years before having to move out, but if not for the necessity I would have definitely stayed. Staff and management are professional, chill and friendly. Maintenance is responsive and helpful, usually comes the second day or even the same day the request is submitted. The environment is perfect for me, very nice natural landscape with lakes and access to biking trails along the river. The location is awesome, with I75/285 just minutes away and there is never any traffic from the apartment to highways. There's Cumberland mall and vinings jubilee around the corner, especially vinings jubilee, I still miss this cute little shopping center. The community here is great, I've only met nice people and families here. The only thing I would complain about is the amenity being a little old, but these communities were built decades ago so it's understandable, and most of the time they work nonetheless. If they do stop working, the maintenance responds fast so not really much of a problem.

My wife and I have lived at Rosemont for four years. We can't say enough good things about Rosemont. The price of our apartment has remained extremely reasonable throughout our time here. The location is great, neighbors are very nice, and the complex is not noisy and has always felt very secure. The best part of Rosemont is the people. Everyone we have met throughout our stay has been absolutely fantastic and has made our time here so nice. Kevin Jones at the front office is the best. Kevin has helped out so much on a day-to-day basis and makes communication with the leasing office a breeze. I have lived in many different apartments and having someone like Kevin at the leasing office makes a huge difference. Thank you Kevin for all your help. You do a great job. Also, I can't go without mentioning the maintenance staff. James and the others in maintenance do an excellent job. James has always been extremely understanding and helpful with any issue we have had. Thank you James for all you do. You do a great job too. I consider the staff at Rosemont our friends and they have made our stay here wonderful.

So happy to call this place home! Torrance at the office went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our unit was ready right before Christmas. I’ve lived in many apartments and I’ve never met anyone at a leasing office who is as genuine and caring as he is. We absolutely love this place. The location is fantastic and the grounds are immaculate. It doesn’t *feel* like an apartment complex. It reminds me of a vacation home complex tucked away in the woods. Bonus: If you are a nature lover, you will certainly love living here (see my pic of the beautiful red tailed hawk I encountered on my walk around the property). This place is truly a hidden gem with an office staff that actually cares about providing a superb, customer focused experience. We honestly couldn’t be more thrilled to have found this spot. We would personally recommend Torrance to anyone to assist them into moving here. Thank you!!

Lovely facilities and very professional staff. My leasing consultant, Mr. Kevin Jones, guided me smoothly through the application and moving process. He went above and beyond his duties to assist, which was greatly appreciated. His colleague, Mr Torrence Smith, was also very pleasant and helpful. I feel at home, very safe and comfortable at Rosemont.
