This is by far the worse establishment that I’ve visited for entertainment purposes. Half of the games are out of order, if you swipe your card the game does nothing except subtract your credits from your card. I also purchased 2 wristband to play “activities” for 2 hour, only for the activities to be “closed or sold out” so we were only able to play pool and laser tag. The food areas were completely trashed, along with the rest rooms! The building is very much unkept, trash cans were over flowing and the floors were sticky and gross! I don’t know what management does, but clearly they are not keeping order. I would say this was an ideal night if I was 12 and only wanted to walk around and see other young people. But as a paying adult I wouldn’t come here if the games were free. So spending over $200 only happens once. Horrible service from the staff and a terrible overall experience. Would never recommend it to anyone!

Very nice place for family fun visited for my daughter's birthday. I do feel some type of security needs to be added since place is so big. Kids did not like the pizza & breadsticks, nachos were ok. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills we got our own. The kids had a blast overall

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I blame management. The servers, hosts, and almost every person we encountered had the worst attitude. They were upset if you disturbed them from socializing with each other or if they were on their phones. The women's restroom was filthy. Many of the games didn't work and were not labeled as out of order, yet it still took our credits. I hate to say it, but just because it's a predominantly African American patronized establishment doesn't mean black people should give or even tolerate unprofessionalism. Same on Management, and I saw several on duty acting oblivious or unconcerned. I would be better off at D&B or Bowlero. Never again, even if it's free!

Kameon was an exceptional server. The hostess was also professional and friendly. We came on a Friday night at 10pm and the place was packed. But we still got excellent service starting with the guy at the door. Our food was really delicious, I wasn't expecting that it was going to be that good. The boneless wings were better than WingStop. The portions were large. My drinks were nice and strong, shout out to the bartender. I'll have to update my review on our next visit when we stay for the games. We'll definitely be back.

This Main Event in Atlanta is so run down! Went there sunday(12/10) for some birthday fun around 4:30pm. We purchased arcade credits and Lazer tag activity(shortest wait time). The other activity wait times were awful. 5 hr wait for bowling and 3 hr wait time for billiards. Half the gaming/arcade machines didn't work and/or were malfunctioning in some way. Most of the games were like 7-9 credits per play, which is a freaking rip off if you didn't know the machine was broken until you tried to play it. Some wouldn't release the play balls, balls would be stuck, and some sensors wouldn't read or just be way off(pictured). The staff are almost all teenagers or very young adults who look and ACT like they don't want to be there, like we were inconveniencing them if we had questions. Overall VERY disappointed for the price we payed!

Had a good time on a late Saturday night. The police presence in the parking lot and in the building gave me of a little bit apprehension. The crowd was a mix of younger and older people. There were plenty of unaccompanied minors hanging out. It had a mall drop off kind of vibe.

My experience at the “main event” was frustrating. It started off pretty smooth with the lady “Jaleah” at the front counter & ended distastefully with workers at the bowling counter. After purchasing a bowling game around 10pm that evening, we were told the wait time is about 30 mins give or take. We waited it out by playing tons of a arcade games. My friend invited my family of 4 here. She lives in Atlanta and my family and I were visiting from Florida. There were a few glitches with the games. I informed one of the staff who works in the gift shop and he was very helpful. Keep in mind we’re waiting on our bowling time and was never called after an hour have gone by. We were told 30 mins, that’s a significant misjudgment of time. I was concerned that they either skipped us or forgot about us. Come to find out they are just unorganized. My friend and I go to the counter to asked how much longer is the wait bc we were told 30 mins and it’s now 11:15pm. If the wait is any longer, we’ll have to get our money back. One young lady ignores the 1st question of “how much longer would it be?” & technically answers our 2nd question by directing us to the counter to where we can get our money back. We proceeded to inform her that she didn’t answer the first question. She gets an attitude and the guy next to her (her coworker) takes over and says your the next one and I believe they are going to call you next. Not even 5 seconds later we get a call. We are then lead to the bowling station. 10, 20, 30 mins into us bowling no bowling staff comes to ask if we’d like to order anything. We watch people after us having their order placed. Again we are completely ignored. My friend and I go to the staff and asked are we going to get any help? They say someone will be at our bowling area in a few. No one ever comes. It’s getting late my kids are complaining that they’re hungry. Frustrated, we go to the counter and ask to speak to a manager. A guy (the manager) helps us by offering to make it up to us. But in the mist of helping us, things keep falling through the cracks, things kept ending up missing. It’s too much to say bc I don’t want to sound like I’m complaining, but I am. There’s needs to be better follow throughs here and the manager needs to hold individuals accountable for their poor conduct. We pay not just for the arcade games or bowling but the customer service. With that being said, step it up.

Brought our 2 grandsons for the day. Bought the $14.99 Pass for each. This includes all you can play Bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, billiards, and shuffleboard. This does NOT include the arcade games! The kids had a great time. The food consist of a Pizza place in the facility. The food was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit over stimulating with all the sound from the video games.

We came to Main Event just to kill some time before our long wait for dinner. This place is definitely a teen hangout, I mean they were literally just standing around talking and not doing much else....but it was super crowded and the kids with me couldn't even play. I give kudos to the young lady working behind the register taking all the food orders, she was the only one handling dozens and dozens of people at a time and kept a good attitude. I was surprised how good the pizza 🍕 was but the alcoholic drinks were watered down. When we left there was a crazy long line wrapping around of people waiting to get in. It was already beyond packed and the short staff is definitely overwhelmed. There needs to be a cap on how many people is let in at a time. It's no fun It's too crowded to play and waiting in line forever to order food. Those employees need a nice raise and bonus dealing with that madness.

This was my first time going to Main Event for my son’s birthday and it was a nice experience. The only thing I was not happy about at all!!!! Is they need to service their machines. Ice hockey was not keeping score properly. Both of there basketball machines were not working properly and I was supposed to get 9 ski balls I only got 2 my daughter got 3 and my son got 6 so I was kinda pissed paying for games that were broken it was a nice atmosphere though they have police officers there that make it safe and the workers were extremely friendly and helpful.

We originally found Main Event by mistake looking for something to do on a rainy day while everything is shut down and found it to super clean and amazing staff in a time where most staff is not very friendly. Today we came just to hang out for my little guys day birthday of birth and not only was service amazing again but 2 employees went out of there way to make the most memorable experience for my kiddos Ton and Kaylan by letting them climb into they huge stuff toy machine to pick the toy of there choice. My kids couldn't have been happier. The ear to ear smiles across there face was priceless. Main Event is definitely raised #1 in my book!! Thank you

About 1/3 of the games don't work. The dine in service was very slow considering they were not that busy. I noticed other waitresses taking a long time too at the other tables. The waitress was nice when taking the orders, but rarely came to the table to refill drinks, provide napkins, etc. The place was very crowded so management really needs to maintain the premises by fixing the games and training the waitstaff.

The place was super packed as expected. Some of the games were out of order and had no posting. That’s the only thing that erred my nerves, because little kids don’t have much money and to have it wasted in games that don’t work isn’t right, is basically stealing. Other than that It was very much what I expected. Loved Laser Tag !!!

I express profound disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. My motivation for visiting was to celebrate my boys' birthday, but I regret to report that my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel I have squandered a considerable sum of $200. To elaborate, several games were inoperative, including the table hockey games, where the disks were missing. Additionally, although funds were debited from our play card, the games failed to start, necessitating an extended wait in line to seek reimbursement. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the premises was subpar, with scattered trash and exceedingly sticky floors. Although we had enjoyed visiting in the past, these issues with malfunctioning games and cleanliness have caused me to reconsider supporting your establishment in the future

I enjoyed the music and my teens enjoyed themselves. I rated it 4 stars because I wish the space was bigger. It seemed like everything was jammed. I also went during spring break, so there were a lot of people out. My kid's food was delivered cold, but they didn't want to send it back because they were eager to play. There was a movie theater on the upper level, so I was able to see creed. It's a vibe, and I would go back.

From my understanding Main event is a family place so it was really mind blowing when the young man at the check in food stand basically told my family we can’t be seated because we are a family of 11 and there’s not enough waiters to serve us after we waited 50 mins. We try speaking to the manager on duty but his attitude was 10x worst than the young man’s. One of the waitresses by the name of BIG Z (not the little one) saw our frustration & went over to speak with the manager. She joined tables together for my family and i to enjoy our food . BIG Z had welcome us and made everything better. Our food was great ! No mistakes. Big Z really went above and beyond & show great southern hospitality. Big Z if you’re reading this my family and i really appreciate you. Thank you

I do not recommend for a children’s birthday party. My “dedicated” party host was high as hell and kept disappearing. We got there early but she was not good at keeping things moving and making sure we started bowling on time. Some of the kids wanted to go to the arcade and I asked her multiple times for the arcade passes I purchased w/ the birthday package, she basically refused to give them to me until a certain time. She did eventually give them to me and gave me a few extras because she could probably sense how frustrated I was. Also, they told me after I arrived that they were only serving soda and were completely out of all juice, lemonade, (things kids actually want). If they had told me sooner I could have stopped at the store for juice boxes prior to coming to the party. It’s difficult to greet your guest and parents while also keeping the party on track. Which is what I thought was the purpose of having a party host. Every time I had a question I looked up and that girl was gone. My aunt had to jump in and help the main event staff keep things in order, ask questions, etc., the party next to mine had their host standing nearby almost 95% of the time. I would maybe comeback to bowl but not for a party, it’s not worth it. If you get a host with red hair w/ chopsticks in her bun, and long eye lashes, just cancel the party (I won’t post her name).

Enjoyed the games and the ability to purchase a combo of food and games. The food was plenty and good. The only problem is them needing servers. The wait was ridiculous for it not to be but about three tables of people in the dining area total when we arrived. We eventually got tired of the wait and had a person from our group to order our food from the bar. Afterwards a waitress came by to see had we been wated on.

This place was great for our son's graduation party. The manager was very attentive to our needs. We had a dedicated host named Maria who made the whole event run smoothly. Even when little things popped up here and there Maria was on top of it and adjusted accordingly. The laser tag needs work. Some instructions beforehand would be nice. The food was amazing and the lemonade was phenomenal. LOL.

It was time for the Young Adult Ministry to have a VIBEnight Out and Main Event was the location of choice. We were able to reserve the bowling lanes for 12 people quickly and easily. I would highly recommend booking your reservation in advance… Upon arriving for our designated time, the check in process was super simple. We provided our name, they confirmed our reservations, and directed us to our lanes. The staff at the desk were super helpful, very engaging, and all assisted with a smile. Extra kudos for the great customer service. Once at our lanes, the lanes were spotless and provided ample space for our group of 12. Our waitress (Krenza) arrived at our lanes within minutes to greet us and she was all smiles and super high energy. She presented us with the menu and went over some of the combo options. She engaged everyone who was in our area and created a very enjoyable experience for everyone. Throughout our stay, she was very attentive to us and ensured our pitchers remained full and no one needed anything. When we were finished with our meal she had our boxes for the leftovers and cleared the area within minutes ensuring there was no unnecessary trash in our area. As the bowling was filled with people, to be able to be provided with above average service was an absolute pleasure. Thank you Krenza for making us feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated as patrons. Your service alone will be the reason we return to host more of our outings at Main Event. Thank you to the check-in staff as well for the smooth check-in and easy shoe retrieval. And, thank you Main Event for impeccable bowling lanes, upgraded technology, and fully enforcing the 18 and over rule at night. Your diligence is appreciated and it made the overall ambiance even more fun and enjoyable. If you are looking for a fun night out with options for everyone, make Main Event your Main Event option for the night. You won’t be disappointed. **For my Foodies… GET THE PIZZA!!!!!**

Did a last minute plan for my Son's birthday party. Took him and 8 of his buddies to the Main Event without reservation or signing up for any packages. I was worried about what to do, how much it will cost and if the facility be any good. But it turned out to be an amazing party for my son. Thanks to the manager Kris who made it memorable. He worked with us and was extremely accommodating with our requests. The boys had a blast. The food was excellent, service was friendly and outstanding. We used the bowlling alley, the arcade, laser tag and the gravity maze. I even spent time at the Bar. Excellent service and cleanliness at all places. I know how hard it is to maintain such standards. Kudos to this facility and to Kris for his outstanding service and help!

Had a game malfunction, and a crew member refused to offer assistance. I had to find two managers to assist. They serviced the game and very politely informed me that the tickets that were earned were lost and there was nothing they were willing to do.

Always seems to be short staffed, not enough waiters/waitresses on the floor to take orders. Pool tables need cleaning/updating. Food menu lacks variety. As a whole, ME feels more like an upscale Chuck E. Cheese. The focus in this location seems to be Bowling. Lots of lanes, a few pool tables but not a large game area. Laser Tag looks to be a decent size. Definitely would like to see improvement on food Quality and variety of food.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because some of the games were malfunctioning or not working and were priced a little to high, which makes you run through your game card money a little faster. Other than that, it was clean my kids had fun, they got to do everything in there; Lazer tag, the game room, bowling, the sky walk and have dinner............. for our first time it was enjoyable 😉

They have good fun but their staff has to get better next to the restaurant that sells the ice cream. Our food was ready but we had to wait 20 mins before we received it. We watched the food sit under the heat lamp. The lady asked what our ticket number was and looked at the food and then walked away. My mate went to ask her about our food and it was sitting under the heat lamp the whole time. We won't be back for the food but will be back for the fun that we have hear.

Amber was an absolute joy. She was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable of the menu. She helped me pick the perfect pizza and the perfect wing flavors was good. She made sure my 10 year old daughter enjoyed her day and had fun. She kept checking on us and had us laughing the whole time. Drinks were on point as well. Thanks again Amber we will be back to see you.

Just about every arcade game here was busted, lost literally half of our points on games that didn’t work. Not nearly enough staff to run the place, didn’t see anyone to take our order in the bowling area for 30 minutes. Bathroom was terrifying. Only real positive was the French fries were pretty good, and my boyfriend managed to win 1000 tickets on a baseball game. Also, not one but TWO fights broke out while we were there.
