We Loved it and our instructor Rafi. Everyone was so nice and it was a great experience. No stress and not intimidating at all. Just fun. I think I just found my new hobby. I'm looking forward to returning and progressing my skills

This place is amazing! If you ever want to experience sky diving but is afraid at the same time, iFly is the place. It offers an equally excellent opportunity to have that moment. The personnel are super friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable as long as you are following the rules because SAFETY is extremely important. I had so much.

I went into it not knowing what to expect, but by the time I left, I had a new level of respect for those who skydive. The facility is clean and there is enough seating for all those who are scheduled for your time slot. Once you get suited up, you go in to watch a quick video and then the instructor goes over the hand signals. Once that is complete then its off to the wind tunnel. But no worries, the instructors will be guiding you while in the tunnel. If you forget the hand signals or what to do, the instructor will always be there. The instructors will instantly wow you because of their skill level. Whatever you can think of they can do inside the wind tunnel. Great experience.

Staff was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated great. The flights were awesome. Took my 15 y.o. nephew as his Christmas present. Everyone I saw there had a great time. They work with you to make sure you enjoy your flight. Pay the extra for the high flights and full face helmets. We each have 10 more flights booked and will be back in the spring. Thanks Rafi and Cody for some awesome flying.

What can I say, top notch service from start to finish. The instructor's go above and beyond. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and how well they worked with all the different flyers. You can tell they love their job. 5 stars isn't enough for this place and it's whole crew. Kevin was out Instructor. Super cool guy. Poor guy needs a good meal though, maybe some of Grandma's cooking lol. J/K.

Just went for my birthday. Totally worth the money. I even spent the extra to go high and get the full helmet with pictures, video & more time. Adam was my instructor & is the absolute truth. I'm definitely coming back to complete my in-door training before the real thing. Absolutely Amazing. >:)

Everything was great except the price. The voucher you buy from Costco, or other places is "basic". You can fly only at 3 feet for 2 minutes. They sell you the upgrade package for $40, which let's you fly to 8ft or so... That's something that you don't realize until you get there. Flight time : 2 sessions of 60 seconds 😅😅😅 Wait time : 20-30 mins before you get into your flying suit. Then you spend 30-45mins for your two turns to fly for 60seconds each. It's fun. Staff is so friendly. Nice experience.

The BEST birthday surprise ever!!!! This is a MUST try! We drove about 2.5 hours for this experience! Our flight instructor Cobin was AWESOME! If you have any reservations once inside, they will be sure to put you at ease to ensure you have a great time! I am so happy my husband and daughter planned this trip. We were talking about our next trip before we left the building!

A family friend treated our 3 kids to 4 lessons each and got them some future time. The kids did great and had lots of fun. It was nice to get to sit right there and watch.

We were as a group of 10 and it was pretty amazing. Highly recommend. Our trainer/instructor was Cosy Hendricks and he was great and an amazing flyer/indoor diver himself. We doubt another package to come back next month

I recently gave my son a 13th birthday party at iFLY. It was a HUGE hit!! The birthday package included the 2 flights for all players, video/pictures, party room that includes pizza , drinks, and decorations. The customer service was exceptional! I highly recommend!!

We took my wife here for her birthday. She had an amazing time and love her instructor Stephen. With a ph lol. He made sure to let us know great time had by the whole family we already booked my youngest daughter's birthday here as well.

Sean is the MAN! highly, highly recommended...patient, funny, just made the experience extra extra fun and exciting. Blessed and grateful to have had him be our instructor...and it's obvious he loves what he does which is even better. Thanks Sean and bc of you we will definitely keep flying!!!!!

Had a blast here! Instructor Stephen is an awesome guy and makes this so fun, even for beginners. Will definitely be back, in fact, we bought more flights before we left. I booked the ifly experience for my husband’s birthday, and the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was very nervous at the beginning but everyone cheered me on and encouraged me to relax and enjoy. So glad I listened because the experience was really great! I loved it so much that I’m already planning another visit.

This was absolutely amazing! Came here while my family was visiting from out of state and we all had such a great time. I forgot the instructors name (sorry) but he was incredible, he was patient and super passionate... you can tell the difference when someone likes their job and when they don't 🤷🏽‍♀️. His show at the end was just amazing. Definitely recommend, it's a must try!

It was neat It was nice The flight time is very short and it's very expensive and then they want to do a sales pitch at the end try to get you to buy more time. It runs about $1 50 for 1 minute a flight time But they'll give you 50% off if you buy it right then while you're there right after you done spend a bunch of money the first time. That's okay I understand It was fun though.

While we definitely had an amazing time over the weekend with a fun instructor, I now have pink eye and I’m sure it was Ifly eye goggle related.. as it was my one and only outing this past weekend and the goggles definitely looked like they could’ve been better maintained. My much needed trip to urgent care just doubled what I paid for the Ifly experience, plus multiple days of missed work….. Followed up by a poor response from Ifly.

My husband gifted me this experience together. We absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so nice. Our instructor, Sean, was the absolute best! He made us laugh but was very informative at the same time. He went the extra mile to ensure we all had a great time. I bought another 10 flights before I walked out of the building! I cannot wait to go back. I highly recommend for kids and adults, families, everyone!

Great experience! As other reviewers have mentioned, the front desk staff will try and upsell you on your experience. Go prepared and aware of your options. Many seemed to enjoy the high flight option, but for me I was more focused on figuring out the flying than to have the instructor take me for a ride. After your experience, you will be offered a package for more flights that seems like a good deal if you want to try again. Personally, I really had a fantastic experience, benefiting from quality instruction from their staff.

Had a wonderful experience. The trainers are amazing. They make sure that you feel comfortable and have a good time. Recommend taking the high flight instead of the regular one. The whole experience takes almost an hour. The flight time is just about 2 mins based on what kind of package you get. Would recommend!

Best experience for my birthday!! Ari was my flight instructor. He did everything to make my experience memorable!! Highly suggest at least 2 flights and add high flights. I also bought the video and pictures!! If was exciting but not scary. So fun.

I wanted to do something fun for my birthday and this was such a great experience!!!! My fiance, myself, and our 3 year old came to fly. Our instructor was Ari!!!! He set the bar for our experience and it was as high as the bar could go. He was very personable, knowledgeable and FUN! ARI is a great representative of the Ifly company, Ifly he makes yall look good! Most of all he made sure our little one had the time of her life!!!!!!! We all had a blast! I was hesitant but if you have a little one let them try this.

Went for a field trip today on 1/30 and it was so much fun! All of the instructors and employees are nice and helpful. The person that assisted our flying helped a child that was terrified and he did great. I had a blast flying. We will be back on our own one day!

It was an amazing experience, and the staff was friendly, informative, and assured us that our safety was a top priority. Several staff members gave me a high five for supporting everyone in my group and thanked me for my enthusiasm! I will be returning very soon!!!

It was sooooo fun!!! I wasn't originally supposed to go, but my mom, who is the teacher that took us, asked if I would go, and I said yes. It was a pretty amazing experience , and I was smiling from ear to ear after my flight!😁

It was super fun and a unique experience. I recommend purchasing the high fly add on. I'm not that in to heights, but I barely noticed how high I was with all that wind in my face. If I was giving the call center a rating, I would give it a single star. Those people don't know what they are doing. But luckily the friendly staff on site were accommodating and made everything right. I would definitely recommend this experience. My adrenalin was going for hours afterwards. Thanks for the flight!

We had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Every employee ( I mean every single one) was helpful and encouraging!!! Our 5 year old was so scared but with their help he took flight and loved it 💕 Get the upgrade to go higher!!! Trust me 😁 you'll thank me later!!!

For my daughter "YES DAY" she wanted to return to iFLY to fly again and of course like last time she enjoyed herself. We definitely had a great time and will be booking a third session soon. Additionally, last two pictures were took from her first visit.

Great experience. I recommend getting the best package to make your experience the best. The instructor was great. I only wish the video quality that we purchased was better. But other than that, this is a great experience.

Great experience for the first time experience. Instructions were clear. Follow their input and your experience will be great. Was fun watching the other participants in their turns also. Two turns on paid experience. Getting pictures was a little harder as you had to log on to website to order, took longer than expected for the electronic pics, but well worth the wait. Had a blast and fun time for sure!

First time ever doing indoor skydiving, and it was awesome! They teach you everything you need to know at a beginner level and offer a lot of options to advance. Alejandro was a great coach and made the entire experience a ton of fun. Ask for Alejandro for your indoor skydiving trip!!

My husband and I wanted to do something different for our 10th anniversary, so we tried iFLY Indoor Skydiving. The entire process (from ticket purchase at the location to receiving certificates at class conclusion) was such a great experience! Alejandro was a magnificent instructor, and after receiving a very thorough and interactive introductory class, we decided to try the "high fly" feature. We're so glad we did because it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend everyone try it. You won't regret it. Thank you, Alejandro, for making our first flight a memorable one. We'll definitely be back with our boys!

Really like the place. But going 4 stars due to price increases due to Covid. Now it’s a bit on the expensive side but we’ll worth it to fly!!!!

Definitely had fun with the experience at Ifly. Went on a weekday afternoon, which is a little less busy I'm sure. There was about 8 people including my husband in me in our time slot group. It seem like it can run a little late cause we were signed 12 pm and we didn't seem to fly until 1 pm (total time there was 1 1/2 to 2 hours (They told us to come early for signing in, and there is alot of waiting around). The flight is about a min to 2 a piece (2 total flights) and you can fly higher with the instructor (which is extra cost) which is about 30 sec of the time. I thought I was worth doing it once. Definitely recommend stretching before cause my neck and back were sore afterward so any issues like that keep that in mind. Definitely fun to do!

First time flyers and they had a great time. My 4 year old was not having the high wind.
