Usually have good experiences here sadly today was not a good experience. Purchased just over 20.00 dollars in food and the drive through worker refused to take a 50.00 dollar bill at 12:30pm luckily my wife was with me and had just enough to cover the bill. I get not accepting larger bills late at night especially 100's but this was a 50.00 dollar bill in the middle of the day with me spending 40 percent of it. The Employee clearly could not care less. Next time we will spend our money at subway across the street.

I hate to complain. And I usually dont because Ive been the person behind that window, However, the location I visited the other night, I couldve lived forever if I had chosen not to. The fries Had to have been going on 3 1/2 hours and were the absolute Worst Ive ever had! I will not return there again.

The staff sucks here 😒. Usually rude, and the food is always cold. The fries are soggy, and I honestly don't know how this place passes health inspections. Would rather go to Subway or Tootsies

I understand people have bad days... so I went through the drive threw last week I ordered large drink and frys with my meals, when I received my food from the manager non the less it was small I told her I would pay the difference she got irritated slammed her hands on the counter and wend ehhh she said I should look at the screen when I order my food my food wasn't even on the screen and maybe they should read it back to there customers. Also if you are the manager you set the tone for your whole crew. I did not say anything last week because like I say every one has bad days. I went threw the drive threw this am I wanted a strawberry jam for my sandwich I forgot till I got up to the window I asked when I got up to the window for one, guess what same manager she told me I had to order it at the screen I didn't even remember I wanted one until I got up there!! She slammed her hands again and said something below her breath. This is the last time I will go there. What a bust

The best McDonald's food is at the Vinton location! Even though every McDonald's should be the same from one restaurant to the next but they are NOT! Out of all the one's I eat at Vinton,IA is by far the best! Good job!

Pretty deserted little McDonald's. That's the only customer in the shop I sat against the front wall and I thought there was a nightclub behind me because it was so loud the walls practically shaking but I guess it was just somebody in the back part of the restaurant playing loud music. They got my order wrong for one item. Its attached to a gas station/jiffy Mart kind of place.

We just found out that there is a drive thru here. So glad to be able to get a quick bite.

I always have a great experience at this McDonald's no matter what time of the day or what day of the week it is. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. The employees have all been courteous and polite. They're actually very quick and I don't think they have ever messed up an order whether I have walked in or gone through the drive-thru! I appreciate the awesome team they have working there! Thank you and great job,! Keep up the good work!!
