    I haven't had McDonald's in a long time, and I wasn't disappointed! The fries were perfectly hot, crispy and salty. I do with the chicken had been a bit more crispy, but the flavor and spiciness were on point!

    After the initial greeting in the drive through at 5:40 am all you get is dead silence. They are open but no one takes your order. 2 days in a row. No more. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

    Was completely ignored when I walked in for a few minutes. Made eye contact multiple time and finally went to the self service thing when she rolled her eyes. Had no problem serving some other dude though so that was strange. They also managed to mess up one of the two sandwiches. Top notch McDonalds, check it out if you ever want to test your patience.

    Food was prepared perfectly. 2 Big Macs with more sauce now as publicized. Fries were good as were the drinks. Destiny is awesome. I always enjoy seeing her and Shania. These ladies are always smiling and friendly. The service from these two wonderful employees is what makes me come back to this location.

    Horrible treatment in fixing a mistake. Order entered as individual items rather than value bundle. Lobby was closed at 1:30 pm for cleaning, but no signage. I was met at the door by an enraged third party cleaning company. Then I was questioned and actually deemed as trying to screw them after they charged me more. Insane. Won’t be taking my grandsons there again.

    Service and food is constantly a hit or miss. You'll be lucky if you all your food. Very sticky and dirty inside. Was told on 7/4/2023 that their icecream machine will be down for the next 2-3 months.

    Doorstop lobby locked at 10:10 pm. Door clearly states it's open till 11. Even their hours in here say it should be open till 11. Tempted to pee in the parking lot after the long trip I just had it would have been nice to be able to relieve myself.. absolutely unacceptable.... As many cars as I've seen coming parking then leaving I'd say I'm not the only dissatisfied would be patron.. come on McDonald's get it together

    The food here is always up to par and exactly what you are expecting when craving those golden arches. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. And I have never once been told that there ice cream machine was down at this location. However the drive thru is normally packed and even when it's not there is always a wait for the food. But if I have to wait for quality, then it's worth it.

    I had a mobile order that I didn't mean to order at this location, and the app tells you to contact the location it was ordered at. I do so and I am hung up on 3 times by someone that clearly didn't want to be helpful after I explained my problem. Unacceptable.

    Went in to order 2 drinks. Stood there for at lease 10 min people working drive thru and that's all. Asked 2 times to place an order then I get a very rude manager that said I don't understand the food industry. I informed her that I work food.i asked her y no one could take my order and she said no one spoke English and American don't want to work. Rudest Unamerican place u can go in Ohio. Manager wold not have a job if she worked for me. No customer skills at all.will never come back

    Late night Thursday, got great service, quick, polite, and nice. The fries musta been a new bag were perfect, hot, great portions. The fish sandwich was soft and hot too. Way to go McDonalds on Diley Rd!

    So, normally we have no issues at this location, aside from FAST no longer being the norm. Today, however, was different. We placed the same order we do almost every day, but the new staff was horrible. Argumentative and just dead wrong. Again, we get the same drinks near daily. Then when we spoke up, the LANGUAGE barrier HIT us. THEY PUT NON ENGLISH SPEAKING TEAM MEMBERS AT THE WINDOW! Work with what you have. Cant speak the language, grab a spatula and get to flippin burgers and let someone who can speak the local language deal with the humans. I guess this used to be "our McDonalds", now we'll try a different one who can manage resources better and not yell AT US when they are wrong. One girl in there saw what was going on, new they were wrong, but the two between us who barely spoke english, just wanted to argue and we didnt have time TODAY!

    My daughters and I came through drive thru for Happy Meals and the young man named Dominic S. sang to my girls in a great theater style voice and made them laugh so hard while they waited! I've worked in food industry before and people like Dominic is what we need more of in this world. I hope you get the recognition you deserve Dominic!

    Depending on the time of day, you can get excellent service or pathetic service. Some employees own their job and it shows. Others show that they don't really care and often ignore you at the front counter inside. The food is not always consistent. The Sweet tea is always an issue as well as some days it taste like soap (in the past, not recently since multiple complaints about it) and now it is often watered down. Yesterday, my sweet tea looked almost like clear water with a hint of tea. Avoid the weekends inside. They are often short handed and employees are yelling at each other, including the manager instead of leading them. Edit: over the past few months, I have been coming back here due to the new management and ownership. They really cleaned up the place, food/sweet tea is more consistent and overall, the experience is enjoyable to the point I stop most mornings for Tea. I adjusted my ratings to reflect the new experience
