First visit and it was good. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was really good and as a bonus, there was a band playing. Lots of pool tables an dart boards. Recommended

Went to the Halloween party to see The Pretty Filth, and was extremely pleased that there was extra staff to accommodate the larger crowd . All dressed as "(where's) Waldo" too- nice touch! The food looked good & pizza was great. Will visit again when my favorite bands play there.

Very clean bar. The staff and the normal patrons are friendly. Six Diamond pool tables to play on. Keno and pull tabs. Jukebox with Touch tunes capability. The food is great. This is my home away from home.

Fun spot! Plenty of pool tables to play on and tons of space to hang out with friends. There are TVs to watch sports on and a sound stage that's filled with live music during weekend nights. The food we got was pretty good although I'm not sure the wings were fresh as claimed. Overall still tasty. Definitely recommend.

We spend every Saturday at The Ugly Mug watching Buckeye football with the OSU Alumni Club of Fairfield County. I’ve had a different menu item for 5 weeks in a row - a burger, a chicken quesadilla, a Philly cheesesteak, a meatball sub, and a calzone. And their fries are amazing! All was well-prepared, hot, very tasty. I also can’t recommend the waitstaff and owners highly enough. These folks have only two speeds: fast and faster! The owner Greg is one of the hardest working people I know. And he makes the Ohio State Football games a great experience with the Buckeye Roll at halftime and blaring “Fight the Team” every time our beloved Buckeyes score. The season is halfway over - come out and join us on Saturday afternoons/evenings at the Mug. Oh forgot to mention they have a great patio and a steady lineup of live bands. What more could you ask for? Just come out already!

I came here for pool 🎱 league and kareoke.. so disappointing that they shut down kareoke.. early due to not enough people.. what the F am I.. I spent money here all night for one of the things i came here for is closed early.. not kwel.. so disappointing Sarah Nick the bartender made it better.. thank you !!! Came out tonight and had a beautiful experience.. thank you for the changes...

We were not greeted when we walked in as we were the only customers at the time. We approached the lady and told her we were just going to sit outside because we had kids. We waited around 10 minutes and headed inside to see if we needed to order upfront, and she said yes, but the kitchen is not open until 4 PM.

A fun place with great food! Portions are huge! Our favorite band, Bad Influence, was playing which was the icing on the cake!

Make sure to get an itemized receipt before you sign.,.they try to charge me and my husband 100.00 19 beers and 6 shots....you would have to call us a cab if we drank that much. The bar manager came over and asked us how many we had...wow!! Your bartenders shouldn't be stacking tabs like that...Shame on you Ugly Mug But the band was awesome!!

The food was just terrible. The salad was the worst. Tasteless icebrrg lettuce with a smidgen of cheese, a bit of onion and that was it. What a waste of money! The Italian sub was subpar as well. The menu was limited.

The Positive: The bands that play here are great. Haven't seen a bad band yet. The Negative: Too many reserved tables. Makes it hard to enjoy the bands and dinner standing up. If you get lucky enough to find a table you can not pay as you go. You are forced to run a tab. If you don't do a tab you have to go to the bar and wait and wait and wait.

Great food , cold beer and live music.

Any time I use my card they over charge me. I usually pay in cash to avoid this. I bought one draft beer and received a 32 dollar tab. They found my 5 five dollar tab and I just found my account was deducted 25 dollars. I'll never visit this place again. I have friends who won't use debit cards for the same reason.

I prefer crispy skin on my wings and even though the bartender said they were, those ordered in my group of 6 were not. Drinks were great, bartenders very good & quick.

Food was okay. Appetizers were disappointing (burnt or late). Dinner was sufficient. Drove from Johnstown to meet up with military ppl. Atmosphere seemed fun, like music and billiards. Restaurant seemed like a reasonable choice for local area.

Havent tried the food but always smells and looks fantastic. Live music usually pŕetty good. Go every 2 weeks or so. They always remember our drinks from last visit.

Wednesday night is live acoustic music and it was wonderful. Great drinks and food and Kim did an awesome job!

I didn't get any food but it definitely looked great coming out the beer was pretty cheap. Its was also very clean and had great staff very friendly

Good bands and nice people in the crowd.. not very good cocktail waitresses they seem to always mess up checks and some never bring your change back. Better go to the bartender to get your drinks or it might not be a good experience.

Bands are VERY loud. Went for a friend's going away party but had to leave when band started. A bunch of people ordering take out pizzas so I am assuming there pizzas are good.

So I came here twice. The first time was knockout awesome. Good prices, specials, great service, food was awesome. I thought id return expecting the same. The second time was weird a f tho... They had some super hot bartenders working. I finally get approached by some father figure type guy after sitting there like 10 min. He appeared to be a manager or something but it also looked like they had like 5 managers on shift at the time. So busy managing they forgot about customer. I orderedthe same thing to eat expecting the same and they were way different. Returning customers like consistency and good service. The management should let the servers address their customers instead of over managing. Like, why have servers if you're just going to do everything and over manage the establishment yet pay zero attention to customers or q.c. consistency of food being served.

If you use a credit card. Don't be surprised if you get charged $25.00 temporarily. I guess this is to see if your card is good. I kind of had a problem with this, since no where in the building is there signs explaining this. But outside of that, they have good food, good entertainment and plenty of room.

Food was really good but too salty. 5 stars if they just tone down the salt a little bit. I couldn't even finish my nachos. Wings were borderline, but still good. Pizza was very good, no complaints
