    Absolutely the most rancid food I’ve had everything was old and stale. They had so many flies I couldn’t even count them. Also they had water everywhere on the floors and the place was overall the dirtiest fast food place I’ve seen. I’d just avoid this place at all costs

    I hate leaving bad reviews. This place was filthy, the food was stale,and I waited at the counter over 6 minutes before I was helped. I was literally the only person in there! Now I know why.

    1st had me pull up to the door for my order, I only had one combo meal, 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 ghost pepper fry, and a baconator fry. Didn't have to wait too long, but they forgot my drink. While I waited for my drink to be brought out, I checked my order. I was missing my fries. No receipt, they didn't answer the phone either. Took a bite of my Asiago ranch chicken sandwich. I ordered a regular chicken (not spicy), it had ghost pepper cheese on it. Also requested honey mustard and they said that they were out of it. I worked a 10 hour day and it was too late to cook... Maybe I should have anyway. Smh

    Burger was very good. The fries however were not "hot" as advertised. Rather than a repeat trip around the building, I took them home. The only reason I mention this is because I've experienced the same issue at this location before.

    I typically swing through the drive-thru. This time I went in and it was disgusting. looks like the floor hasn't been cleaned in a week and the bathroom was NASTY... makes me question the food. Wendys corporate needs to get there and check that place out. GROSS

    First time eating inside. The place was filthy. Most tables dirty. Area around napkins was a mess with spilled pop. Another party was there also. They asked for something to clean a table. We were the only people there. Appeared to be quite a few workers. We won't visit again.

    Not sure what is going on with management and staff, but tgw quality has been consistently very poor. Every fast food spot has the occassional bad day, but this has become the norm at this location. The final straw was a chicken sandwich that had obviously been sitting for a very long time. It was dry and, honestly, so hard it was inedible. That's just bad management and staff that doesn't care.

    Zero customer skills from the employees. Not friendly, no thank-you's, they just hold the food out the window and don't say anything or even look at you... like they are feeding cattle.

    Ordered 3 salads. Apple pecan, cobb and taco salad. The lettuce in Every single salad was wet and slimy. Apple pecan(the chicken was hard as a rock) taco salad (chilli was so old hamburger pieces were extremely uneatable and the beans also were extremely hard). Tomatoes in all had mild mold on them. Ended up throwing everything away and had a bowl of cereal. That's was a wasted $23.00. Never again

    Place is filthy. Trash all over the place. Floor is incredibly sticky. Clueless people working the counter. The lettuce in the salads were brown and wilted. The spicy nuggets were old, cold and overcooked. Not worth the $. Go elsewhere

    I frequent this location because it's 2 mins from my house. I obviously like to waste money because I keep going in hopes of better food and I'm disappointed 99/100 times. I frequent the app. Could use some modifications, but that's not the issue. When I use the app, I'm already there so I can get my food as fresh as possible. I place my order, walk in or use drive thru, get my food and go home. I park, walk in and wash my hands. This particular order was spicy nuggets, med. fries, and a Strawberty Lemonade. The nuggets were cold, the fries were cold and old. Remember, I live 2 mins away and placed the order while already on their property. They regularly provide cold/old fries which is super disappointing. Usually, but not always, when you get hot fries they mess up the order somewhere. Doesn't Wendy's guarantee fresh hot fries? If so, why not just provide the customer with hot fries????

    This is first time I've had Wendy's with this horrid of service. As the closest food spot to grab a quick bite while assisting with music events across the street at the high school, I figured it shouldn't take too long. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Arriving and seeing the drive-thru line wrapped around the building, I thought "Hey, it's a Saturday afternoon with hungry parents waiting in-between their students' performances, of course it would be busy.", but oh no, the service was just that slow. From the cashier - Simyra, at the front counter with a lime green head scarf, and clothing definitely not in uniform with the standards of Wendy's Company - who made it very clear that she couldn't be "happier to go home", to the utter lack of professionalism from the rest of the staff; I'm surprised this location gets any business at all. Only one kiosk was working; and customers in the drive-thru were getting skimped on fries purposefully by the team members. Seriously, who puts fries in the Large container then dump out half and put them in the bag? After waiting in-line inside for almost 20 minutes beyond patiently, and noticing 8 customers walk out to find something else to eat; I finally decided to just order my food at the kiosk since the cashier chose not to take my order and made every effort to ignore me as well as the other customers. Yes, I know I could've gone elsewhere, but I was already here and hoped something would click in their minds and things would turn around for the better. As I waited for my food, the cashier threw my cup on the counter causing it to slide off on the floor with her reluctantly setting a second cup out. Thankfully I received a decent amount of fries for a Medium, but then the lady making the sandwiches, who seemed to be the shift manager, slammed my burgers and the other customers' burgers on the counter in attempt to squish them. Normally, I do not want to leave bad reviews on restaurants' pages as someone who loves food and tasting items from different cultures, etc., but as my first job in high school was Wendy's, this left a really bad taste in my mouth. I just want to know what happened to the customer for this company. "Quality Is Our Recipe" is what I was taught when I worked there and I hope the company hasn't forgotten that. I just wanted a two (2) Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers (no cheese), a Medium fry, and Ginger Ale. Don't take my word for it, but if you're looking for something quick, take a second to think if you want this location as an option.

    Nasty floors. Ants all over the table coming from the window sill that hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. lady at counter had an attitude when i told her we were not ready to order when she asked us 5 seconds after walking thru the door. food all over the floor and floor was extremely sticky from all the gallons of soda that was on it.

    No one at Counter to take order At 11:05 am Double was clearly prepared way ahead of time. Cheese was already adhered to the meet and not in a fresh way. Fries were kinda hot To top it off the pop machine was not able to properly carbonate the drinks Or dispense ice. Cmon Others than that it was everything you would expect From a poorly run Wendy’s Way to go Wendy’s A perfect Trifecta of how not to serve food Oh yeah.     If I could give zero stars, I would. Food is never hot. They have never once gotten my drink right. Just went through the drive-through and ordered a plain crispy chicken sandwich, pub fries no bacon and a strawberry lemonade. I got a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, pub fries with no bacon thank God and a large Diet Coke. I’ve had the same exact experience before they also wouldn’t give me a receipt when I asked for one.

    The food was okay, but there was a large water soaked area by the drink stations. An employee shut down the stations and forced customers to get drinks from the counter.

    I'll start off by saying I used to work here and I am disappointed. I ordered food here today around 7pm and the sandwichs were good but the fries were horrible. We placed the order inside the place it is digusting. The lobby was the worst of it as I can see. The 2 people up front did not even acknowledge us. One of the people why he was wearing sunglasses indoor I do not know why he has to wear them indoors. And as well he was very unprofessional, mainly talking to his friend. And the person taking orders for the drive thru was eating nuggets in front of customers. The sandwich maker was very nice. If Todd or Josh the district managers when I was there saw this. They would be very disappointed. Wendys corporate please take a look at this. This evening the store was a disaster and I think your drink machine needs worked on too. I hope you all are doing ok at the wendys location I used to work at Jordan.
