    The male hygienist with the bald head was one of the most intrusive person I have met in a long time. Loud, telling me that I was wrong in every preventive measure I was doing. And for my recommended care, the account dept. made it clear that any future appointment's would be at their convenience. There are to many other dentist out there.

    Needed an emergency tooth extraction and saw the many outstanding reviews, however, I cannot be one of them. First, when I called to make my appointment, they confirmed I would be covered by my insurance but when I arrived for my appointment, they said they did not accept my insurance. Being in pain and not able to wait, I decided to go ahead and proceed. The whole appointment felt very impersonal and like I was a wasn't just as important as the rest of their clients. They did next to nothing to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure, or just in general. Also found it odd that the rooms do not have doors or even privacy curtains which isn't that big of a deal, just felt like I was on display. They were quick with the extraction which was nice, however they didn't give me any kind of stitching but prescribed me ibuprofen for the pain management, which is a blood thinner so I ended up having bleeding for the rest of the day and into the next day. They also do not give doctors notes unless it's for the same day so you just have to pray that ibuprofen is enough to get you to work the next day. After I left, I got bombarded with messages from the office, one of them being for an appointment that I didn't even make. Considering they don't accept my insurance, why would I go back? I found that to be very unprofessional. As someone with dental anxiety, I would not recommend this place.

    It would not be fair if I did not acknowledge some experienced and professional hygienists at this place. I was recently looking into possibility of rescheduling an existing appointment (07/07/22@2:00). I called to find out that they had already canceled it - a day before the date of the actual appointment without any prior notice or approval. They falsely claimed that they texted me. In the voicemail they left on my phone, it was not mentioned that I had to confirm the appointment 48 hrs prior or lose it. In an effort to accommodate high volume of appointment requests in the month of July, Stonecreek dental chose to selectively make unilateral adjustments to existing patients' schedules without due notice or cause.

    Called to schedule as new patient, confirmed insurance at that time, booked appointment. They called the Friday before my Tuesday appointment requiring confirmation to keep it. Called Monday morning and left a message (bc no one answers) to be called Monday afternoon (less than 24 hrs before appointment - scheduled this time off work) to say didn't confirm on time and needed a new appointment but lucky for me there was one just 30 minutes later, booked. I show up 20 minutes early as advised with my son who was to become a new patient also, sign in and complete paperwork, THEN get told my insurance isn't accepted in this office. I could keep my appointment but I'd have no coverage. Woman begins explaining insurance as if ignorant. Bait and switch. I took my son out of school and 1/2 day of vacation time, scheduled weeks ahead, to be told at time of appointment they didn't verify and suggest I go call my insurance

    The staff is always professional and very friendly always making you feel at ease. If anyone hates to go to the dentist, fear no more go to Stonecreek Dental and put your worries aside.

    Friendly staff, timely service. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist were all very friendly and I quickly felt very comfortable there. You can tell that the work environment is also very healthy and that helps with the customer experience.

    Taking the time to once again review this place because I genuinely recommend this practice.I reviewed this two years ago on my primary account and couldn't find a way to add an updated review. Long story short after two years a patient here they still manage to be exceeded expectations. From the phone call to make an appointment and all the way in and out of the dreaded dentist chair, each team member made it easy to meet my needs and made the experience very comfortable and convenient. Angelique proficiently examed me and proceeded to get me over to the hygienist in the same day. Anna who dealt with my cleaning did an exceptional job. Both are valued team members as I imagine all are that work aside them. I can say I can smile more confidently after my visit and hope more people choose Stonecreek for all their dental needs.

    I went in for a cleaning and new patient exam and saw Kayla for most of my visit. Like most other people, going to the dentist isn’t my favorite pastime, but she was awesome. Super friendly, informative and made me feel relaxed while there. She was awesome! The whole office staff was great there, and I’ll definitely continue to go there for my cleanings. -Jesse Anderson

    While staff was extremely courteous, it wasn’t until I arrived for my appointment that I was notified that there was an issue with my insurance. This was after I submitted my insurance information both verbally on the appointment call and as part of the pre-visit paperwork which provided a less than favorable customer experience. That aside, I’ll emphasize that the courtesy of the staff and overall “feel” of the facility will lead me to give them another try in the future

    Office person was adamant that I lost my spot due to not confirming. Email came to me 3 days before appt, I confirmed 2 days out, system confirmed. Receptionist cut me off when I tried to discuss issue.

    Worst customer service I have EVER encountered there! I called to make an appt to get a hole filled in the back of my mouth where my filling came out. I went in for my appt, they took a X-ray, dr checked me out, and they told me they need to schedule me to come back to get it filled! That was the entire reason I made this appt!!! I told them I don’t want to leave today without getting this hole filled, but they continued to tell me they don’t have time to fill it, so I had no choice but to leave without getting it filled. I have been going there for as long as I can remember. I will be taking my family somewhere else in 2023. I used to rave about how wonderful they are, not any more! Beyond disappointed! You lost a loyal customer today!

    My husband have been a patient here for years. I decide to go back to this practice. I get anxiety at the dentist. The staff here is very reassuring. Ciara is a great staff member and made sure I was not going to faint. All the doctors are on point. It’s worth my hour drive for appointments.

    This was our first visit to this office. The front desk staff were pleasant and greeted us when we arrived. The dental hygienist were fun which put us at ease. They were very efficient and didn’t try to up sell us. The Dr was great also. She made us aware of potential issues so we could plan accordingly. This was one of the best dental experiences (if there is such a thing!) we have had. We definitely will make this office our primary provider!

    I’ve been to a lot of dentists and had some bad experiences in the past but this place is by far the best I’ve ever been to. I had to get some cavities filled and they made it completely painless and they were very quick. I highly recommend Stonecreek Dental.

    Set up appointment for establishing new care and tooth pain. Gave my personal details and insurance information to the operator, who reported I would receive a phone call to review benefits prior to my appt. I never received that phone call. I showed up for an 8am appt this morning and my insurance is out of network. I feel they would have provided care without reviewing benefits if I had not asked to confirm coverage prior. I encourage this business to do better, it is very important to let your patients know what to expect financially prior to providing care.

    Very nice staff, professional and courteous. I don't think dentist appointments are anybody's favorite thing in the world, but the staff here was very friendly and caring, and talked me through every step. It was a very tolerable experience and I will absolutely be coming back to them for future cleanings.

    I have gone to Stonecreek Dental Care for years. There is not one time I have gone & not been pleased with my care! The staff is amazing & Dr. Meer is absolutely the best!! The care they give their patients is incredible! They are all professional, kind, helpful, and very informative!! The best dental care you can get in the USA!!

    I’m highly upset that the price I was quoted magically changed after the appointment. When I called to make the appointment I specifically asked to know how much it would be flat out and I was told $149. And again when checking in they asked if I was self paying and I told them how much I was told. Then after a quick look in my child’s mouth and a brush the price is hiked up for a grand total of $222. I paid that much for them to brush with a regular toothbrush and count her teeth. Stop giving people quotes if you’re not going to stick to them. Ridiculous.

    Very friendly. Fast and efficient. Only reason I’m lowering by one star is because I was not given glasses to block out the super bright spotlight. Not sure if I could’ve wore them or not, but wasn’t asked.

    Dr. Meer and Shelia we’re absolutely amazing. Anyone who knows me knows that I’m terrified of Dentist especially getting a tooth pulled. They were so nice and very quick. I was shocked that it took less than 5 minutes to when he started. Thank you again and I will definitely recommend you guy’s to everyone.

    I had a very good experience today at the dentist. The hygienist gave me tips on flossing and whitening and the dentist took the time to talk with me about my concerns. They were very sincere in helping me with those concerns and got me scheduled right away.

    I love this office! Everyone is very friendly and professional. They are very thorough and even offer a cancer screening. Alisha is my hygienist and she is EXCELLENT! I HIGHLY recommend this office.

    Never a long wait for upcoming visits, I never have to wait long in the lobby to be called back, they are efficient, friendly, and straightforward. I always leave with an understanding of what dental work was done or needs to be done and the costs are always presented up front. I’m really glad I decided to come here!

    The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very nice and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. Dentist I've been to in the past have too high of turnover rate in their offices and their people seemed not to really care about what they were doing. My last dentist was Samson dental group and they recently closed their doors and I can understand why. The people at Stone Creek for very nice and helpful and very patient with me and I needed that.

    I will never come back. I needed a crown. Showed up for the inspection and paid as expected. I came back a 2nd time to get the procedure and paid again as expected. I came back a 3rd time to get my permanent crown and was told insurance didn't cover all of it and had to pay AGAIN. Came back a 4th time because the first crown didn't fit and was told everything is good to go. 3.5 months later I get ANOTHER bill for $312 that needs to be paid in less than a week because insurance didn't pay again?!? I was told the 4th time I showed up that everything was good why did it take over 3 months to tell me I have less than a week to pay $312? Never again

    I have had many bad experiences with dentists in my lifetime and therefore dread dental visits. However, Dr. Mooney and his staff have alleviated my fears. I got in quickly for a broken molar and fully expected I was headed down the path for a crown. After exam and X-rays, Dr. Mooney was confident the tooth could be restored with a filling. I was on my way in an hour and couldn’t be more pleased that a conservative approach was used and it was taken care of so quickly. Highly recommend this dental group.

    Will definitely recommend this dentist office. Very pleasant, understand of the "dental anxiety", prompt, clean & kind. Cara was super comforting and Dr Mooney was as well. Going to schedule a little bit of work that needs done and feeling confident that they will make that visit just as smooth. Two thumbs up!

    Today, January 08, 2033 I visited with confidence to get one of my teeth pulled out. The staff explained to me the fee and I agreed upon. But once they took the x-ray and examination they brought my the the bill (before pulling my tooth out) which was over $400 and I really got shocked. They never explained the total cost. This is a tricky way to gouge money from the customers. Shame on their way to conduct business. In reality they could explain to me the break down of total cost. But OH WELL......... I will never go to this place again. ONE MORE TIME.....SHAME SHAME.
