The staff and doctor were fantastic. They were very caring and very nice. The only thing...just be careful if you have Tricare. I was under the impression that colonscopies were covered under Tricare at this location. However, I paid over $100 out of pocket (for meds and office visit). Tricare did not cover the medication or the doctor's office visit fee.

From start to finish, this practice made me feel genuinely cared about. Office staff, Ellen, Jennelle, Dr. Berger and the anesthesiologist were all compassionate and kind and I felt completely safe and comforted by their care before, during (well, I was comfortably napping!) and after the procedure. Highly recommend!

The doctors and staff at the Center For Health and Cancer Prevention were extremely responsive to my needs. I was able to obtain an appointment rather quickly and they assisted with the completion of the paperwork via phone to expedite the appointment. Dr. Berger was very personable and professional. He provided immediate feedback following the procedure and I was able to quickly schedule the next procedure. The entire staff showed care and concern for my comfort the entire time.

Dr. Berger and his team are top notch and very friendly. I was in and out quickly without any discomfort (not surprising as Dr. Berger has done these procedures over 40,000 times). Highly recommended!

I went to Dr Jaklic for my colonoscopy. The people in the office were so pleasant. Dr Jaklic was just wonderful and made me feel so at ease. She went out of her way to explain everything and make sure I had no questions or concerns. I will use her again and definitely recommend her and this practice.

I can't give this office enough stars! Absolutely the best experience and I had a colonoscopy and I am saying this. Loved that it wasn't in the hospital. I was in and out quickly. The ENTIRE staff was wonderful and all deserve a shoutout. Deanna and Ahmed were so friendly and pleasant and professional and relatable and just wonderful. Even the check in was wonderful. I feel terrible because I did not get her name but she was wonderful too. And of course last but not least Dr. Jaklic was so great!!! Fortunately I got the best result and don't have to go back for 10 years but if I had to return sooner I wouldn't mind. That's how great this team is. I will recommend this wonderful team to everyone!!! Please go - you will not regret it.

My experience with all staff was really like from the past. I mean this because I deal with people that understand what humans really need. Nothing political. All I mean is that I had a great time. We joked, we laughed, and all staff went along with the atmosphere in which we created. Believe it or not, it was a great experience. I wish the medical industry would follow their example.

Dr Berger and his staff are warm, caring and professional, and make the process of a colonoscopy an amazingly easy procedure to access, and move through. This last visit was my second routine colonoscopy with this clinic in a decade, and they continue to offer stellar care and treatment. I highly recommend this practice - as patients, we are fortunate to have these folks in our area.

Dr. Berger and his staff are wonderful! This was my 2nd colonoscopy with his office, and I just can't say enough good things about my experience with them - - from start to finish they make it all a super easy process. Nurse Deana was wonderful, extremely warm, caring & patient when preparing you for the procedure, and Dr. Berger was great, answering all questions & explaining everything thoroughly. If you're over 50, get that colonoscopy - - it could save your life! - - it's not as scary, difficult, or uncomfortable as you may think, and I highly recommend Dr. Berger's office for the procedure!

I went for a colonoscopy and Dr. Berger and his staff were amazing. Any questions I had leading up to the procedure they were always available to answer them. As the saying goes they had great bedside manners. I highly recommend them.
