Great ingredients, good sauce. I got pick up so by the time I got home was floopy and warm. Want to come back and try it fresh. I would recommend!

This has become my favorite lunch pizza spot. They have great lunch specials that will keep the wallet happy. Their pizza is delicious, and has always been fresh. I will probably go to Sal's to often with the lunch special. YUM

A delicious hand crafted 20" extra large spinach, eggplant, mushrooms, basil and extra sauce pie made to perfection. Great for delivery but we ate it there. All good to a pizza connoisseur. Go Dukes!

The pizza was very good and the fact that you can buy it by the slice is a plus! The cashier was friendly, the decor was what you would expect of a typical pizza place.

We stopped in for a NY slice for lunch. They have a special of two one topping slices and a drink for $6. The pizza is thin hand tossed crust that you eat by folding it like a taco. The slices are big so two slices is more than enough. Friendly service and no wait today. Order at the counter and dine in or carry out. The map is incorrect as this restaurant is located to the right of Advance Auto Parts.

This pizza place is outstanding and one of my favorites in the area. They make a killer pie and they never skimp on the cheese. They’re always nice whether answering the phone or delivering your food. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Great stromboli and garlic knots too!

For the past few months this New Yorker, now living in Virginia Beach has experienced MANY FAILED attempts at ordering a GOOD PIZZA, until I came across SAL's FRESH ingredients, Tasty Garlic Knots, Excellent poppers, and a True NY style Pizza

Their calzones are fantastic. Seating inside is limited. Delivery or to-go is the way to go.

Pretty good pizza. Very straightforward atmosphere. Interior could use an upgrade. Pizza was good if not a little greasy. If you're in the area stop by.

No working man should go here for lunch… Place was dirty. Looks like 1/2 the seating area is storage. Lady behind the counter has an attitude. Came in for lunch. There was 3 tables with people sitting there and no food. Everyone just waiting. I should of left then. Ordered two slices of cheese pizza. Waited so long I got up and left. Didn’t even ask for the 5$ back.

Pizza and garlic knots were delicious!! 24”inch pizza, largest pizza I’ve seen. Beef pepperoni!!

Delivery driver dropped the pizzas on the ground and they were cold. He told me and I quote, “ Oh well I hope you guys enjoy your food and have a blessed night.” Then the manager made us some new pizzas and they burned the bottom. Spend good hard earned money and get trash results!

This place is so good. The small calzone is massive. It’s cooked to perfection. Not sloppy at all. Small businesses like this deserve all the love and respect

Sals slice on Princess Anne Road is consistently good. We usually get either an 18" pizza or vegetable Stromboli and hot sub. Service is also very good, fast delivery and always friendly and responsive on phone orders.

I finally found one! I have NEVER been a fan of NY style pizza. I'd tried it in a few places & never found it appetizing (the sauce was weak, the crust was soggy, the pizza way too greasy) but this place came really well recommended so I figured, why not? I got a build your own pizza & the garlic cheesey bread and WOW. The crust was crisp & not soggy, with a really good thickness & texture to it. Not overly greasy, & the sauce actually had a presence on the flavor in contrast to what I've had elsewhere. The garlic cheesey bread was also INCREDIBLE. It comes with a tomato sauce on the side but it honestly doesn't need it, it's better on its own. I also got a cannoli- admittedly with low expectations. Everytime I'd ever ordered cannolis & other pizza places or restaurants they were always terrible. The flavor was too sugary almost like icing, the shells weren't filled in the middle, they were overpriced etc. But these looked so good in the review pictures I decided to give it a shot. At first I was on the fence by the price (6.99 for one) but they were worth every penny! They were filled all the way through, they don't skimp on the filling and the filing was amazing. It was creamy, not overly sugary, with a good amount of chocolate chips. I'd come back just for the cannolis. Definitely give this place a try, it's unassuming & tucked a way, but definitely a gem.

The person on the phone was friendly and helpful as this was my first time ordering from this establishment. I got a 20 inch deluxe NY pizza to go, it was ready in 25 minutes. The pizza was exactly as you would hope for, the perfect thickness, crispy 3/4 through with just a bit of droop at the tip. Wide and foldable, the perfect NY slice to eat on the go. Toppings were fresh and the sauce had the right amount of tanginess. The prices are good for the amount of food you get. I judge a pizza on how well it tastes cold the next day and this passes with flying colors. Bravo, Sal's.

Absolutely fantastic. The pizza was cooked to perfection. Cheese was nice and salty. Crust was the perfect thickness absolutely covered in cornmeal. Loved every bite. Will come here more often in between appointments at work.

This place has definitely improved on their ingredients. The pizza was phenomenal! Taste, presentation, right amount of each ingredient. They didn’t over or undercooked the pizza and the garlic knots. They didn’t over do it with the cheese. The crust was perfect as well. I’m super impressed and satisfied from when I first ordered here back in 2019 to 2022 it’s great and I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you! Plus they have good specials:)
