Great hotel if you’ve got pets with you. Spacious rooms and the hotel is quiet. Not the cleanest or newest place, but definitely gets the job done!

We had to hurry and found a room when our road trip took some bad turns. Lol. They were very helpful and accommodating. Decent priced. Offer military discount. The rooms were nice. They had tons of hot water, great layout kitchen, and comfy beds. The walls were thick because we didn't hear anything when in the rooms. All in all great hotel!

Great location and in a nice area but the facility itself can be improved. The entrance is a little bizarre with the single door for an entry into the side of the front desk. The rooms themselves are large and have all the appliances you need as part of a “suite” but the bathroom itself was a little lackluster. The door squeaked loudly, the shower was a little dirty, and the walls are thin. If you have anyone above you, you’ll be able to hear every step/stomp while you’re trying to sleep. The staff is friendly and they have many things available for purchase at the front. While the stay was fine, and the value for the money was adequate, some things that were preferred were satisfactory at best.

I stayed at this hotel Sep 22-Sep 24, 23. Our stay for two was wonderful. The room was clean, the bed slept well, had all its necessary amenities, the staff was great---Tim even loan me a piece to assist with charging my phone. They offer free laundry machines. There is no breakfast, but the rooms had a kitchen. I would stay here again.---Frequent traveler, live in DC area.

This property is beginning to show it's age. There are lots of signs of wear and tear in the entire room (109). Any room near the front desk can be loud from people walking by but after dark it's fairly quiet with the exception of the television that the front desk staff were watching. The front desk staff speak for the most part but seem to be more interested in whatever they are doing on the computer rather than looking up to greet folks as they come and go. The single door entrance is annoying especially if you are using the cart to bring your items in/out. One cart had a busted tire making hauling heavy items a chore. The location isn't bad. It's not far off the road. The bed is comfortable. We unfortunately, did not get the size bed requested and prepaid for. We got a smaller bed and a refund was not offered. Only changing to the prepaid size room later in the stay. Very difficult to do with a busy schedule. Needless to say, this was not the greatest of stays.

We stayed one night while in town for a concert at the amphitheater. We couldn’t have been happier with what we got for $100. The room was clean and spacious and had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There was a microwave and a few dishes as well. The bed was comfortable and both the sheets and towels were very white and soft. The shower had very powerful water flow. The single complaint we had was that we booked a queen suite and the bed was definitely not a queen, it was really a double/full. Aside from that, which they really should rectify, our stay was very pleasant.

A really nice place. The location was decent also but it was kinda rough around the edges in many ways. They lady at the desk was pretty awesome though!

The staff at the front desk was lack of professionalism. Even though I asked for a quieter room, the staff gave me one toward road side so that I was bothered by noise from cars and trucks passing by. The replaced second room was full of unpleasant smell either. My experience at this hotel was awful.

Clean friendly staff . Very clean inside and out. Everything you need for your room is stocked or available at the front desk. Thank you so much. I really appreciated having a comfortable night stay.

This hotel is designed for longer term stays, but we were only in for a weekend for a family member's university graduation. Nice enough place, but there was a bit of weirdness. We booked a room for 4 adults. But we only had 3 bath towels and wash cloths. I liked the "kitchenette," with 4 plates, bowls, forks, etc., but there was only 2 chairs. Guess you can feed 4, in shifts of 2. But, with the size of the room there wouldn't have been room for the 2 double beds had there been more chairs. I also found it odd there was only 1 small elevator. Not really a major problem, but when there were a bunch of people waiting to go up it could take a while. The beds were mostly comfortable, but noisy. Mattresses sounded like the were vinyl covered, so everytime someone rolled over or moved they made noise. All in all, for the price we paid, it was a positive experience. Had we been staying longer the lack of comfortable seating might have become a problem, but we managed to work around it for the weekend. I would stay here again, but would probably ask for an upgraded room with bigger beds.

The staff is so accommodating. The room is actually pretty darn nice and has a semi full kitchen. It’s definitely an older hotel but for the price you really can’t find better in this area!

It was very nice and quiet. I stayed on the 3rd floor and had a King Suite. The staff was very nice and professional. They knew I was a rewards member when I checked in. I booked my room using the app. Simple check in and check out process. I was able to check in two hours earlier and check out two hours later. The room was really nice, but the bathroom needed a little TLC. Other than that, it did not impact our stay at all. I will still recommend this hotel to anyone.

So far hotel staff has been beyond friendly and responsive to any of my problems when I came in and welcoming especially reception! Suite had more than I expected for my extended stay which saved me $$ and they offer more kitchen supplies in the lobby as well. Close to many areas, don’t regret choosing this hotel at all.

The lobby was very clean and the check in process was easy. They do have items such as blenders, cards, toasters for rent if needed at the front. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and informed us of the items for rent and the room to get drinks and snacks if needed. We had a standard suite. It was very clean. It had a refrigerator and a dish washer. The location is great and close to shopping and restaurants. We ordered take put but was able to put the left overs in the fridge for later. The staff at the front desk provided a list if restaurants that were close and their recommendations. The bathroom was clean, and the while room in its entirety was clean. The beds were comfortable and everything looked very clean. It's very convenient for a long term stay. It was a great hotel stay and I would visit this one again.

Was very disappointed when we got into the room stale cigarette smell assaulted you with it's smell. The outside of the room had a No smoking sign posted. Front desk staff were pleasant.

You'll love this hotel, they have mini kitchens and a gas barbecue grill for the guests to use. Yes, they supply the grilling utensils as well.

ABSOLUTELY amazing! THANKS again to the General manager Elahondra and the Hospitality of the staff. Extremely professional and reliable also catering to our every need. It's people like this that make outstanding vacations. We will Definitely make this our place to stay from now on. The best by far with everything U need including laundry service. Very clean modern type room. The room was smelled so fresh. It has all your basic needs for your stay. You really don't need to leave your room. Front desk was very Welcoming as well. Parking was good and the location was perfect for shopping, eating and hanging out..
