Bring back the injections and problem solved. It really is that simple. Its making you appear cheap and frankly a bit underhanded considering you're still charging the same amount of money per visit. Not exactly sure why you're continuing with the 50 for 2 weeks or 25 for one when there is no more b12 shot. Just stop it. Are you trying to go out of business completely? Get it together.

This is a wonderful program. However, with the recent changes being made the program has started to go down. This program no longer offers the B12 shot. The owner took the shot away without any warning. When you first joined the program you were told the B12 supplement tablets were not as effective as the shot. Then a few months later there are all these excuses and stories about how the pills and shot work the same. NOT true at all!!! Not sure what's really going on, but giving the shot needs to start back happening.

Both locations, VA Beach and Hampton closed down suddenly after charging me $165.00 to start the program. So, yes they scammed myself and others out of money. HORRIBLE AND DISGRACEFUL treatment of patients during an already difficult time.

I love this program before but upon returning for a 3rd time the changes are not fair they took away the B12 shots ok i got that and now they are saying its 25.00 per visit . I only visit every two weeks so my visit should be 25.00 a visit right? They telling me i have to pay 50.00 because i come every two week . This is not right.

They have a policy for military that if you are an E6 or below and miss an appointment, you have to pay a 10 dollar missed visit fee, or get a note from an E7 or above stating the reason that you could not make it to the appointment. The reason that the director of this facility gives for this is that E7 and above can get called away for duty at any time. Well, so can E6 and below. Not only that, but we ate more likely to get called away for duty. If I'm trying to lose weight, and want to take prescribed supplements to do so, why do I have to involve my supervisor in my personal business? So me and a coworker of mine that I referred to the clinic bought separate notes into the clinic from the same supervisor, because we work together, and because that's what Les told me we had to do in order not to pay the missed visit free. Not only did he harass my coworker concerning the note, asking to see her Military ID numerous times, but he accused my supervisor of lying about being a Navy Chief. He is a very rude person. He was extremely unprofessional with my supervisor, to the point that my supervisor urged us not to go back to this clinic and to find other ways to lose weight. Les' policy is very discriminatory against E6 and below. Come to find out he is former Coast Guard and he is attempting to run this facility like a military facility. Problem is, is that if you miss an appointment at a REAL, military hospital, they don't ask for money or a note from your supervisor. And lastly, why would he try to squeeze extra money out of someone who makes less money than E7 and above. I won't go back ever again, my coworker is not going back, and I will not recommended this place again to anyone else. This is DISCRIMINATION!!!!!

Southampton health services close their doors without any prior notification to patients (both locations). All new patients have been scammed out of their money without a continuation of services.

My girlfriend had an appointment here and they wanted to charge her for wanting to cancel due to an underway. As you can see in the other comments, the management is disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of making excuses for your terrible services just make it right so people can be spend their money happy and you can stop getting crappy reviews.

AMAZING! Lost 25LB in 2 months. I’v been off the program for 2 months already and still maintaining. What people are not realizing is that THERE ISN'T A MAGIC PILL that does it all! It’s a joint effort. They monitor you and make it as easy as they can (with the appetite suppressant) for you to make the proper permanent adjustments to your diet. Also, it is very appropriate to charge “no show, no call” fees. It is a business. So make sure to give them the same courtesy they do serving you and show up to your scheduled appointment. ❤️ I can only speak from my experience, they are phenomenal at what they do. So if you’re ready to lose weight PAINLESSLY, give them a call.

Since joining South Hampton Weight loss Clinic VB, I have had nothing but absolute success. It’s been a little over three months ago and I’ve already lost 36 lbs. This a great program that is facilitated by a great staff of friendly nurses and receptionist that really wants to see you succeed in your weight loss goals, like Nurse Austin. This lady is a really awesome nurse that motivates you to keep pushing even when you have set backs in your weight loss. I ask for her by name at the receptionist desk each visit and I not only have a great patient to nurse relationship, she is also a life coach. We all need someone in our lives like her to encourage us when it comes to getting healthy. A person that genuinely cares, and that’s what South Hampton Weight loss Clinic is all about helping people change there lives one pound at a time. I’d recommend them to anyone that is trying to lose weight live a healthier life style.
