Incredible food with a healthy selection of vegan and vegetarian options. The owners have hand crafted an ambiance that is not only hip but also inviting- seriously such a cute spot. They have an outdoor patio which gorgeous! I can’t wait to try everything on the menu.

The most amazing spot for plant based brunch! Even if you’re not plant based, all their food looks incredible. I had “The Classic” everything bagel sandwich with ALL plant based ingredients. We have literally gone every weekend since we found out about them. And Kevin is so amazingly friendly as is all the staff. We have had such lovely and positive interactions with everyone and we are now regulars! Highly recommend!

So good! First off the place has a really low key chill vibe. I like it a lot. The food is also very good. The breakfast burrito was amazing and it was piping hot. Highly recommend this little gem.

10/10 will be returning. Food was AMAZING, i had the mushroom banh mi (vegan, so ofc i snuck in some bacon), gran had the egg frittata and spent 10 minutes raving about it. They have an awesome patio (covered, which was a huge plus bc it was 90 degrees that day), and the owner was kind enough to answer all of grans questions on the herbs and flowers planted in the boxes. Place was a total vibe, music was baller (almost too baller, i did side eye gran a couple times to check if she was listening). Low key chill with an amazing healthy menu that was filling and unpretentious. And we got Abba for our table number. Will be putting this place on the rotation for Shore drive breakfasts.

Randomly popped into this restaurant and was blown away. Best breakfast spot in VB. It’s so cute inside and the food is amazing. Kevin, the owner, came to talk with us and was as friendly as could be. I found my newest breakfast spot! I got the mushroom pesto flatbread and mango pineapple smoothie. Bomb!

5/5! I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Session with my mom this morning after hearing great things about the place. The atmosphere alone could give the place 5 stars with its fun colors and lively yet natural look. Kevin took care of us and was very knowledgeable on the menu and friendly. Priscilla is personable and as beautiful as the restaurant! Coming from Vermont, GOOD garden to table, healthy eats, etc. are hard to find in VB, but I felt right at home in Session. I highly recommend “The Herbie” and can’t wait to go back to try more!

Delightful food, beautiful back patio. I keep thinking about the bowl I had with root vegetable hash. Remarkably good, beautifully blended flavors where one doesn’t overpower another. I’m so sorry you may not be able to get the special I had that day. I would get it EVERY time. Sourdough, herbed goat cheese, fresh local figs, honey. Amazing. The interior is fresh, eclectic decor with lots of lovely greens. Be sure to check out the brick patio on a nice day. The staff is helpful, accommodating, laid back. I’ll definitely return.

The most wonderful food for breakfast/lunch/brunch for everyone. they have great vegetarian (as well as not vegetarian) options and many of them. The taste of the food was so good that we had to come back twice during our 7 days vacation. The portions are great to feel you up but not overstuff you, and the prices are very reasonable. The place is very clean and has a wonderful vibe. Thank you guys for your great attitude and yummy food. we'll definitely be back any time we are on vacation in VB.

Cute cozy spot. So happy to be able to eat here as a vegan. I got the classic breakfast sandwich. Everyone here was very polite. Service was phenomenal. Great music, great vibes. Mimosas were strong 😋 (if that’s your thing). I will be back!

Visiting my son in Virginia Beach his wife recommended we try this place what a great food experience! Very healthy choices that are delicious and filling I had the Breakfast fried rice and my son has the Lox bagel very filling without making you feel bloated I want to eat here one more time before continuing my vacation trip up north

So happy to discover Sessions!! Food was delicious and fresh - ordered the frittata with bacon and turkey sausage and a smoothie. Definitely plan on going for a visit sometime soon!!

We stumbled upon this restaurant unintentionally and I am so glad we did! The food was so colorful, fresh and tasty. The inside was super cute with lots of plants and they had a great outdoor patio as well.

Dope spot to grab breakfast and lunch. Come enjoy a cup of Joe and enjoy the music. Definitely will be returning here with family and friends. My new spot.

Happen to see spotlight on Friday Flavor on WVEC and made this my Saturday destination! So glad I did! My frittata was full of flavor and the breakfast burrito with turkey sausage was awesome. The drizzled arugula was a nice simple side. They have a cute patio out back and everyone was friendly from my initial greeting, informative "at register" ordering and food delivery. Love the creative substitute for "take a number!" HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

While visiting the area for a few days, we searched for restaurants with vegan options. We decided to try Session. The service was great and there was a nice vibe throughout. I’m vegan, my husband is not and we both were so pleasantly pleased with the menu. I had a Bloody Mary which ranks amongst the best I’ve ever had. Seriously, it was spicy, salty and savory - and just delicious! Hubby had the Moscow Mule, which he also enjoyed. I opted for the Veggie Banh Mi and I’m so glad I did. It was such a lovely combination of roasted/pickled veggies, topped with a delicious vegan aioli sauce and placed in a crusty baguette. Hubby had the Classic, customized sammy. He loved it. Session is definitely on our list of places to eat while in the area.

Great service and location with a charming laid back vibe. Extremely friendly staff. Small but very well curated wine list. Awesome chef/baker. Do yourself a favor and grab yourself a piece of zucchini bread or a brownie. They also have great vegan options!!!
