We had Graze Cafe and Catering cater a pre-wedding luncheon at Sandbridge this past weekend. My daughter recommended them of which I am so thankful! During my very first conversation with Jean, I knew I had chosen the right restaurant to cater the luncheon. She came up with so many wonderful food ideas including gluten free food that was requested by our son. Five ladies arrived promptly at 10:00 a.m. Three ladies got to work creating the most gorgeous array of sandwiches, salads and desserts. They are very creative in how they display the food on the tables. The other two ladies set up the bar outdoors in the tiki hut. If you ever want a catered party, don’t look any further then Graze! So easy to work with!!!! From the time they arrived until the time they left, my husband and I became part of the guests because we knew we were in good hands. No worries!!! Everybody raved about the delicious food and the array of assortments to chose from. If I could give them a million stars, I would! Their professionalism, their delicious food and their assurance of making it the perfect party certainly, came true.

Having Graze Kitchen cater my wedding was one of the best decisions we made. They crafted a gluten-free farm-to-table menu specifically for my husband and I's tastes. Everyone raved about the food at the wedding. Multiple people said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. One friend commented "there are few meals I will remember forever, but that was one of them." Not only was the food insanely delicious but the entire team was professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. If you're getting married in Hampton Roads, or hosting an event of any kind, do yourself a favor and book Graze Kitchen!

The Sunrise Sandwich was absolutely delicious! The Coconut Cake was to die for. TO-DIE-FOR! The kids and I will go back for another slice one of these days. Lovely atmosphere with a bit of a view of the ocean (albeit in the distance). Excellent service. Healthy, and nutritious food (except the cakes..:) and locally sourced ingredients, I strongly recommend Graze Kitchen! I should add that this was one of the best meals I've had in VA beach!

Graze offered excellent service, and most of the food tasted delicious. However, I ordered sliced herbed chicken breast as an add on to the Farm Stand Chop salad and definitely would skip it next time. The chicken was dried out and portion very small for charging the extra $4. Otherwise, the salad was very tasty, and the server was friendly, refilled our iced teas and said he would pass along my constructive criticism. The carrot cake was wonderful — great flavor!

THE FOOD IS AMAZING AND HIGH VIBRATION !!! The staff (Debbie was amazing 😻) are kind and loving. Come here whether or not you consider yourself “spiritual” / have interest in the Association for Research and Enlightenment of which the restaurant is a part. I got to have an amazing day enjoying the gift shop, library where I donated my book #Cosmic,rooftop meditation room and now I’m eating and writing! I’ll work off the food in their labyrinth and bamboo/ outdoor meditation garden. Come here for spiritual healing ☺️

Pass the little offices on the right and go up the little road . Graze Kitchen is there. Never knew that !!!! How amazing is the food, everything was so very fresh I got a sandwich “top of the hill” with turkey, and potato salad . Everyone enjoyed their food. I would highly recommend this location for lunch. Great experience

Really quality food with excellent gluten-free options! Most of all, incredible service. They had given me regular bread instead of GF bread in our take out order and when I called to clarify when we got home, they had someone drive out to give us the correct sandwich. Above and beyond!

I think this place deserves 10 stars out of 5. It is an interesting place, with great food, reallllllllly relaxing atmosphere to massage your brain with food.

One of the must hit spots in VA Beach! Their garden burger is to die for😋 along with anyone of their smoothies they offer! It's conveniently located on the same lot as the Edgar Casey museum which has some cool stuff. After a nice meal, you can book an appointment for a massage session or take a walk to the beach across the street. The Graze Kitchen is a tranquil place to dine for families, friends, and couples! You will not regret the visit, so add this place to your bucket list in VA👍👍👍

Best lunch spot in VB! After several visits, we have had four of the sandwiches, soup, salad, bowls, smoothies, and dessert. They were all delicious, fresh, and beautifully executed. Great spot to take out of town guests for lunch or to grab sandwiches to go and take to the beach. In addition, we have ordered the to go dinners which are excellent.

My daughter took us here for lunch and we had an exceptional meal. The staff and owner were very friendly. I had the Melt My Heart, which is debatably the best grilled cheese I have ever eaten, along with a cup of delicious and fresh tasting tomato soup. My iced tea sweetened with simple syrup was a perfect accompaniment to quench my thirst. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. Will definitely make it a stop every time we visit.

My aunt picked up a bowl for me for lunch, so I haven't been inside, but I've been following this place on Instagram for several months now & have been wanting to try it. I can say it was worth the wait! I don't remember the name of the bowl, but it had quinoa, spring mix, dried cranberries, & some other stuff. My aunt got some chicken to go on it too. It was all so good I didn't even need the dressing. 10/10 would eat here again!

One of the most amazing places in the treasured North End of Virginia Beach 🏖️ VA. Not only is it nestled at Cayce's A.R.E. but also is an amazing place to enjoy a delicious break in your busy day. I highly recommend the sunrise sandwich or the Tico bowl. Best chef...amazing staff...best experience because you deserve it!

Their motto is Seasonal. Local. Memorable. Yes. Yes. Yes. The space is impeccably clean with an old beach feel, without the shabbiness that often comes with age. The windowed porch with an ocean view is refreshing and bright, overlooking the large brick labyrinth and terrace. The food is made to order, so take 10 minutes to exhale and appreciate the view. I have found the staff to be cheerful, welcoming, and gracious— just what you would hope for. My European vegan guests were thrilled with the distinctive options. The Tico and Sweet Hash bowls are certainly memorable. I came back soon to enjoy one on my own. If you have a sweet tooth, Empowered Plant Cakes are a don’t miss. Flavors vary, but you’ll find each a clever blend of flavors. Expect a creamy texture, satisfying and quite filling.

The smoothies are the that best we've ever had. Give this place a shot if you're looking for healthy food and a great time.

Had a great meal with my family. The roast beef and sweet potato salad was a great choice. The lemon and blueberry cake was absolutely fantastic! Service was great and the atmosphere was perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful day! Great job on creating a great little spot to get away.

Such a tranquil environment! Love the view from the balcony and the Garden party burger is delicious! My daughter is with me today and she is getting the farm stand chop with chicken. Will keep you posted! Update : the food wasn't that good this time around. The salad was beautiful but not very tasty. The veggie burger wasn't much better and the chickpea side had a hair in it. Very disappointed this time. 😞
