Food taste was wonderful and services also. Actually while i enter inside from gate the outer coast part was very nice and pleasant with garden oneside and the parking place also huge . After entering inside also was calm and peaceful to have food without any sound and rush. The service also good and quick response . Here we ordered starters like Nethi kodi fry,and main course was Zamindari SPL chicken pulao.these both dishes are amazing in taste who would like to have spicy can quick order Nethi kodi fry...and they serve this dish with green chutney was also nice combination to taste. While we comes to Zamindari SPL pulao was made chitti muthyala rice and the aroma ,flavor of it will make us have again when we hungry.finally we ends with cool ,sweet lassi. The menu style also different from other resturants to spell. Perhaps overall the ambience or atmosphere ,food taste and services are all good and nice .😍

Tried their Special Zamindari Veg Pulao. It was good. Ambience takes you back to rural roots. Nice arrangement for cricket lovers. The atmosphere was cool and vintage.

Some of the dishes which we ordered weren't upto the mark. There was an ant floating in the paya shorba. The staff was kind enough to get us a fresh one but we refused. The tandoori prawn wasn't tasty. The masalas didn't soak inside the prawns and they became too hard. It wasn't tasty. The mocktails also was average. We ordered pineapple mint punch and mango pop soda. The pineapple mint punch tasted of mango and the mango pop soda tasted of oranges. We were already disappointed with the food here and took our last try at bagara rice and mutton veppadu. This dish was the game changer and the reason for 4 stars. The rice was very mild without much masalas. The only spice elements were green chillies and some cloves. There was mutton veppadu which were small cubes of mutton in a semi dry gravy with essence of all the Indian spices and masalas. The amount of spice complimented the bagara rice well. We were curious about the chicken kottu parota. It was a mash up of chicken chunks and parota with some cilantro and spices. This was so tasty. There were some crunchy and crispy bits while chewing. The main course is amazing in this restaurant. The ambience and aura is so beautiful enhancing the dining experience.

The place gives a rustic feel, set up in a old colonial bungalow. Interesting decor and menu. Food is good without adding colours and Ajinomoto. A good place for group dining.

A good place for dine in. Talwar chicken kebab was good and later we tried zamindari chicken platter in that malai chicken was good. Sea foods were bad. Good ambience and taste.

Authentic food they said...but i didn't find it very tasty! Few items were truly to be rewarded for their uniqueness! Drumstick soup - quite aunique relaxing taste not spicy but something mild and unique flavours, expecting a little more to work on it. 😬 Kothimeer paneer - a hit one💘must try as it's steemed and tawa fried over banana leaf. It's taste is nice! ✅ We tried Talwar chicken kebab which was good tender pieces and juicy ones which is quite good one!💘 Coming to mokka jonna Vada which is corn vada was okayish..bit sweeter due to the addition of sweet corns!😬 Sambar rice - totally yummm💖 Biryani...we ordered chicken biryani with chitti mutyalu rice which was an utter flop it didn't taste good at all..rice was dry chicken pieces were saltless and totally tasteless! To be honest it spoiled our taste buds 😔😭 expected a lot but didn't reach its expectations 😕❌❌
