Nice place , perfect ambience, cleanliness 5 stars , food 5 stars, place 5 stars , cleaning staff 7 stars but reception 1 star as didn't inform me reg the charges for the complementary break fast in prior, confirmed to send bell boy but no one turned up to carry luggage at check out. Carried all my heavy luggage by myself check your cameras. Perfect place to stay but staffs to be trained to be professional.

Been coming here since my childhood. Very good staff and amazing food. The buffet in the afternoon is actually good but what beats it is Horizon restaurant at night. With live music it's just a bliss.

First lets just get the breakfast out of the way. Simply Delicious. The spread of options was also great. Definitely check it out. Room itself was good and spacious with a city view but seemed a bit old which was understandable but they should invest in renovating it if they want to continue charging a premium for it. The location was central within proximity to all major attractions, amenities and shopping centres.

Loved our stay over there.Staff is very polite.Room was super clean.Complimentary buffet breakfast had a good spread and even the taste was good.Pool is big and maintained. Pls make sure you are carrying swimming costumes with you otherwise you need to buy there. One more thing I wanted to highlight that in the lunch buffet you have only veg option although non veg can be ordered separately from the menu. I stayed here with my friends and our experience was really good. The swimmingpool was also well maintained. We went there in rainy season and it was quite chilly at times, but the pool water always maintained a warm and comfortable temperature. All the facilities in the hotel was good and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also good, however they had the same menu everyday, so it got a little repetitive.

Amazing Stay at this Hotel , one of the best hotels you may not want to miss if staying at this city and the Restaurant on the top floor is an excellent choice for dinner with live music and great food. Breakfast spread can be better. The parking space becomes a difficulty at times and will be a non-welcoming experience for stay-in guests.

I and my family are very disappointed with their poor service, the hotel is far from friendly contrary to their motto. They are least bothered about customers. Took almost 1 hour to prepare phulkas and serve. No accountability, wasted a lot of our time. The hot and sour soup is something else which is not at all spicy. The curry in main course served is very small quantity hardly enough for 3 people, however the rates are sky high. Very bad and disappointing experience. Have seen another table also having to wait to get served for a long time. I feel at this price range unless you want to waste your family's time and money, there are many options in the city

The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and the staffs are really well behaved. Only thing is that there are some flies and mosquitoes in the rooms. They should take care of that area.

It was a great stay at Dolphin Hotel. The food is amazing here, especially the breakfast buffet.. I have been to this place for a meeting happened in vasundhara hall which accompanied 200 people the service they provided was good. Beside this hall there is a swimming pool along with open space for out door dining that place was so pleasant one.for meetings this hall would be the best one

Food is tasty. But slight over pricing. The restaurant and bar in 7th floor has a good view in the evening. There are singers who sing Hindi songs for the audience. Birthday celebration features are also available. Function halls are also good. The fountain in the lobby is a good photo spot

Wonderful experience on a sunday afternoon. Not much crowded. So had the peace of mind all through our time we spent. Restaurant in the 7th floor horizon has good menu if you are a regular menu person. Tip: book a table near the glass for an amazing view.

Absolutely lovely experience. Courteous and helpful staff. Awesome food. But they can work on the menu as it is a bit overpriced especially drinks cost a bomb. They also need to have a shop inside the premises for small things like biscuits and chips. No outside food allowed. Better to go for the buffet as Al la carte menu is too highly priced ( though good in taste) swimming pool is well maintained along with rooms. Absolutely loved the experience. However the location is not that exotic (as Palm Beach) . But compared to room costs of hotel near beachside, it's reasonable and only two kilometres away from the beach. Full marks to the staff and will come again

Very clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. We were 3 people and they provided 2 single and one trolley bed. The rooms had a mini fridge, TV, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, safe etc. Each staff greeted us with a smile all the time. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice but if you are having lunch or dinner at the rooftop restaurant, that can feel a bit costly. However, the food quality was good. It is close to the railway station(around 1 km) and it took us around 20 minutes to reach the airport. However, the outside of the hotel is quite congested.

Nice option for economic stay. Rooms are spacious and have all regular amenities of a hotel. The staff is courteous and friendly. The food is great, and one could expect an authentic Andhra flavor.

We had a superb time here at Dolphin hotel. The staff were very helpful. They even guided us about local sight seeing and shopping. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet. They pay a lot of attention to ambience. The rooms though old were well maintained.

Visited this property on 20th October 23 for a short family trip. It was a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Property is located inside Vizag City and very convenient location. Staffs were very cordial and food quality was good.

Pretty satisfactory with their banquet services. Hosted a Wedding Reception party for 200 pax and every arrangement was super smooth, the staff were super friendly and hospitable. Thank you Hotel Management and staff for a successful event.

Good hotel in the middle of the main city and very near to the Jagdamba Square. Beach is at bit distance and you need wheels to reach. Overall good hotel with their food which is amazing and delicious.

This review is only for Horizon Restaurant located at 7th floor of Dolphin Hotel. It is a nice place for families, couples and friends alike but the setting is more inclined towards semi-formal. The dinner time lighting is pleasant on the eyes and the live music is an added treat. Overall the ambiance is remarkable and worth experiencing. The food cost per head for vegetarian non-drinkers is around 1.2k.

Went there to attend a marriage function. The decorations were so mesmerizing. Pool side view is awesome for dinners and the disheswere also great . The wedding hall flower decoration was so beautiful. Spent a very good time here.

It's a great hotel. After a long time, a hotel with no drawbacks. Priced perfectly for the worth. Overall a great stay.. location too is good, close to airport, railway station and even bus stand. City beaches are also close by.. just one feedback,i don't understand why they put so much chlorine in their shower water. After high exposure to chlorine in pool, took a bath to sooth burning eyes, but it burned even more and became almost blindning at one point. That needs to be taken care as we stayed very troubled the whole day because of chlorine water.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I always had the best experience. But this time I was disappointed with the service and even the room they provided me. The room provided was located just above the hotel foyer and windows were of lower height than other rooms in which I had stayed in the past. Also, I experienced poor service this time.

A very good hotel at the heart of Vizag which reminds us of vintage times with a touch of modernity. Houses various restaurants with different cuisines. Horizon is my all time favourite. It has got a makeover with woodwork making it look like a salon. You can enjoy light music with your meal. Pool side is a lovely location for conducting events such as Marriages, Reception & Birthday Parties. Staff are polite and supportive.

Located in heart of the city very near to railway station and about 30 minutes’ drive from airport. Rooms are large and well appointed. There are two restaurants one in top floor where live music played in the evening. Better to reserve a table, as this bar and restaurant is totally occupied in the evening hours. Breakfast is served in poolside coffee shop and spread is okay. Staff is courteous and services are timely. There are many new properties in Vizag but this hotel is like grand old queen !!! Food after ordering was served late and is cold on both days when I had dinner. May be food was prepared and kept and there is delay in serving. Hope management will address this issue.

A very old property which has been renovated to cater and give comfort to guests. Rooms are well laid out and their hospitality is good. Property is bang in the middle of the City and most businesses are around it. Food is good. You can plan to stay at this property for your business or pleasure trips with your family.

Overall a good hotel. Rooms are good. Pool side is nice to sit and relax. Only thing i didn't liked was to pay for all the room service at that time itself. To add those charges in bill, they asked to pay a deposit of Rs. 2000. Otherwise, everything was nice. A little far from the Airport, approx 45 mins.

One of the best hotels i have ever visited. We had a wedding functions at their hotel for 4 days. Had an excellent buffet for all the days including their on spot room service. The staffs are super friendly and helpful

My experience of the stay was excellent. They followed all the covid protocols. Staff was really helpful. All the restaurants inside were incredible, clean and the food was tasty. Horizon had a very good ambience. Enjoyed every moment of the stay. Would recommend it to everyone
