The worst ever store I visited till now. 1. They don't have a tailor to do the alteration 2. They don't know how to redeem the gift voucher and the manager gave a mind blowing answer saying that they didn't get any info to redeem the voucher 3. They don't have enough coins to return the change back. Instead of coin they were asking to take a carry bag.

Nice place to buy clothes. Always love to visit trends.

Staff are totally untrained Initally there told offer is available for all chosen clothes and only one of which was selected did not have. But again after waiting 30mins in line, they said most of the clothes are not having offer. They should be trained more or else write something on clothes or tag so that we will know which have offer.

Decent collections of costumes. One store for all family members dressing needs

New stuff need to be stocked. Sizes not available. The trail room area is always in a mess with so many clothes piled up. Staff is not attentive. The store is not not kept clean. It stinks.

Worst customer service and the worst branch . My wife and mom shopped for an hour. We had an item to exchange as well. The cashier started making excuses that exchanges are allowed only in afternoon when it was already afternoon. Then I asked to call the manager and the manager comes and says the item can’t be exchanged since they don’t have this item which didn’t make sense at all. Any item purchased at any trends store irrespective of the availability in the store can be exchanged . Then at the time of billing , they placed an item not eligible for discount in the pile of clothes eligible for 40 percent discount. Unfortunately we picked that item and our order wasn’t eligible for discount due to this . Poor customer service and management by this store and manager and no response from the manager to correct his mistakes . Wish I could give negative stars

This is the worst store ever. The person at the cash register made a mistake in transaction and was asking us to purchase more instead of giving us our change back. Its all related to coupon redemption. The problem is not that they made a mistake the problem is that we had to wait for 45 mins for the issue to resolve with them who were constantly terming it as our flaw especially a lady out there who has no sense on how to talk to customers. I’m never going to go there again. I hope the management out there is retrained to perform transactions not in haste but carefully.
