Good and affordable place in vizag,Near Vishakapatnam Railway station. Well maintained rooms and clean sheets. Lift facility available and it's budget friendly.

Very very small room, can't even keep one suitcase ... Suitable only for laptop bags . No hot water, no charging point in the rooms . Terrible stay. Only advantage is near to railway station. Area is too crowded and always noisy... Rooms are smelly, bedsheets were very bad condition, dusty rooms. Better to avoid. I want to give negative star but do not have option hence only 1 ⭐

Their receiving was nice but property was not nice and they need to change beds and everything need to be changed bathrooms were not good if they maintain well it will be good and the photos show are old photos don’t get fooled by pics Tnq…

rooms are ok, but the area is very bad and i experienced a bad behaviour from the receptionist of that hotel, he is very rude and speaks sarcastically and I do not reccomend this hotel for women travellers especially.

This hotel is near to railway station. The main door of the room doesn't close and the electric sockets are bad. The cleanliness is good. The staff in this hotel are very cooperative but they ask for extra money apart from the hotel fee.

Room was tiny. lift was even more tiny it can hardly occupy two people. Hygiene was okayish. Water was not available in washroom even after complaining, they just said that motor is on and to wait,but we had to checkout so we couldn't even get to freshen up. The behaviour of receptionist was not welcoming. Over all very bad experience. won't recommend to anybody.

Avoid it definitely if you are going with Family. We were all males and stayed for a night, so it was manageable. The room were not very clean and are okay.

Smelly, untidy rooms. Hotel staff are impolite. Room service always demands money even for luggage escorting. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DON'T RECOMMEND STAY.

Worst rooms and worst service ever I faced….the rooms was not at all clean as out check in time was 12 pm but we checked in by 6pm even though they took 15 minutes to give us tht shorty rooms and we told thr cleaner tht room is not clean and the beds were dirty he told this is how u get the rooms not at all recommended..:: all later he will ask for room cleaning charges for the uncleaned dhirty rooms 🤬

Horrible rooms. Rooms had no ventilation, hence was very stinky, can't emphasize this enough, how bad the smell was. Bedsheet and pillow covers were very filthy. Just awful.

Only good thing about hotel is it price and location, if you want to sleep only and for the rest of day you stay out. Room size in 80 sqft hardly and room are not so clean.

Scrap staff . Please change the staff of the hotel and hire staff with minimum common sense ,clean the rooms ,or else be ready to face the consequences like you business will get effected .

Very poor experience..the room was very very small & bathroom also very small..even they didn't give towel instead of that they gave bedsheet..they turn off the lift we carried our luggage to 2nd floor..complete waste of money

Somewhat cheap rooms (non ac, 800 per room) near railway station. Stayed in room 103 and 101, in 103, 2 sockets both not working. No amenities (soap) provided in both rooms. In room 101, flush was defective and shower head was leaking and toilet was overflowing with water upon flushing. Both room bedsheets and wall had some discoloured spots and mould, we brought our own bedsheets so didn't face much issue. Overall, sasta tha toh seh liya ek raat k liye, warna room 800 k layak nahi tha facilities ko dhayan rakhte hue.

This is not a hotel first of all rather a lodge. Actually, I did not book it but I was shifted to the place from lakshmi residency hotel (seems both of Lakshmi residency and lakshmi grand are linked) due to their exhausted Full booking. The rooms will remind you of 90s flop cinema's lodge scene. But yes the staff was good and helpful. You won't find good restaurant nearby, so prepare to take walk or ride of min. 2 km.

Worst place. You won't realize until you experience.the photos looks good but the rooms are very bad.

Don't have a proper electric boards.. unable to charge my mobile.. they not provided much needed adopters, he provided only one adopter for two rooms... Better to carry universal adopter.. coming to the rooms... One room is sufficient for two persons... Hot water facility is available but they are not providing 24/7. There is no fridge.. when we asked the owner, he said fridge is under repair..so better you call the management before booking this hotel to enquire all the details.

Room is very small, bathroom is very small, not very clean, lighting is very shallow and depressing did not felt the comfortable while staying and environment there. Only giving two Star just because the owner was humble and nice.
