I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
concern
regarding
the
behavior
of
some
of
the
CGHS
staff
at
the
dispensary.
I
have
visited
the
dispensary
several
times
over
the
past
few
weeks,
and
I
have
observed
that
some
of
the
staff
members
are
consistently
rude
and
harsh
to
the
patients
who
come
for
treatment.
On
my
last
visit
to
the
dispensary,
I
witnessed
an
incident
where
a
staff
member
was
shouting
at
a
patient
who
had
asked
a
simple
question
about
their
medication.
The
patient
looked
visibly
upset
and
was
clearly
intimidated
by
the
staff
member's
behavior.
This
is
not
the
kind
of
treatment
that
patients
deserve,
and
I
strongly
feel
that
action
needs
to
be
taken
to
address
this
issue.
I
understand
that
working
in
a
healthcare
facility
can
be
stressful,
but
that
does
not
justify
rude
or
unprofessional
behavior
towards
patients.
Patients
who
visit
the
dispensary
are
often
in
a
vulnerable
state,
and
they
should
be
treated
with
respect
and
empathy.
Therefore,
I
would
like
to
request
that
you
take
appropriate
action
to
address
this
issue.
It
is
essential
to
train
and
counsel
the
staff
members
to
ensure
that
they
treat
patients
with
the
utmost
respect
and
professionalism.
I
believe
that
this
will
help
to
create
a
positive
environment
in
the
dispensary
and
build
patient
confidence
in
the
services
provided.
