Beautiful Buddha park at DR NTR Road. Park is small but on the beach. Parking spaces is available. Small children park is there, it's a not a must to have on your visit list, but it is good to have on your list.

Good place for kids to play outdoor games. Kids have fun and we take rest. It was just opposite to our hotel and we found it quite helpful visiting it and spending time there. Kids have open outdoor gymnasium and other sets to play with or inside an area for fun activities.

Located at at an approx 300m walking distance from appu ghar. Buses will drop you near at appughar. Direct buses from rtc complex & kailashgiri are available to appu ghar. Peacefull place with buddha in the center & pillars around it. Entry fee rs 10/head . Along with buddha statue & pillars, there is a very beautifil garden around it with one corner as sea beach. Though you can not access beach from here. Park maintenance need to be focussed, as there are no security guards . Swing / hammocks are available. U can easily sit & relax in the park. No food counters were available inside. Toilets are available but at literally worst conditions, toilet seats are broken, doors don't closes and you have grab the door, while anyone can push & barge the door. Water facility availble at mens toilet & but not in female washrooms. Men's toilets are mostly clogged & smelly. Highly maintenance required.

Its a lovely place. Beach view and park maintenance is good. We went in a lovely weather. There is no entry to beach from here. Little more cleanliness inside the beach is good.

Charges differ according to the vehicle. It's a good area to shoot photos nothing more. Visit just before sunset. It's amazing to see.

Entry to the park is 10 rupees and for DSLR camera 50 rupees is charged.

The park is situated in the area once called as Appu Ghar (in the 1990s). Initially I was a bit reluctant to go in as I thought the sewage treatment plant next to it might play a spoiler. However this is not the case and the park is free of any such smell and also very clean and lively. Dedicated children's play zone and if you want to get into the shores, just take a way next to the park via the temple route. Loved the park. Cheers

Waste of money entry ticket is 10 rs and parking fee is 5 rs ..but i think its better to not to call the park because it is so small.and nothing in it ..some things are there children's to play with it , but very less benches are there to sit ..the park was neat and clean but its not all give relaxing mood , may be parents are enjy bcz there kids are busy in planing with those things ...but otherwise its not at all good thing ...there is a pond in between gowtham budda statue... and some water and lotus are also there ....its better to skip if anyone want to have peaceful park with low space and low rush may be it can be suggested..
