Not so good. It's lower than average hotel. For solo travel, it's ok but for family tour it's very bad place to stay. Also there's too much disadvantages like - hotel rooms are dirty, caretaker behaviour was too rude; he directly refuses to carry luggage or servicing the room or any help told to do; bathrooms were too unhygienic & faucet of the basins were loose, so much problem in water supply, no hot water facility, door locks are broken & chairs too; very bad rooms. I'll suggest you to carry your personal lock and key if you're planning to stay here. Only advantage is that it has sea view otherwise nothing else. Very very bad experience.

It's my humble request to everyone ... Please don't book rooms at this hotel.. I booked room from 27/9/23 to 30/9/23 Let me explain why I'm not suggesting this 1. I didn't get the room as expected... they have two sea facing room... fan wasn't working properly in one of them and another one was booked earlier. 2. The whole building contains smell of laterine. 3. Staffs are very rude except the lady manager ... even one of them was drunk on one night and was walking on our floor. 4. The windows are totally open there no iron made structures on the windows .... 5. The outdoor fan of the ac is set inside the washroom 😢 .. that means if you're taking ac room and you want to go washroom you have to turn off ac and then only you can go washroom. 5. Bedsheets are very dirty. 6. Staffs don't understand hindi or English. 7. Bugs are there in the bed. 8. Cctvs are not working/damaged. 9. We changed our room thrice .. bathtub is just a show off in room no 202. In our room there was no shower 🚿 10. On the rooftop you can enjoy the sea view by sitting in the broken wooden chairs. 11. No wifi, No breakfast or anything.. they charged 1700/day from me 12. Door locks are also damaged ... Not working properly It's not my suggestion, rather request please don't book rooms there. This hotel doesn't deserve even one ⭐.

Extremely very bad experience for this hotel. Hotel staff were very rude. When I was booked this hotel online, we paid for AC room but when we check-in, they provide me Non AC room. I was booked my room on 24.04.2023 at 3 PM. for 24.04.2023 09:00 AM to 25.04.2023 09:00 AM. I was reached hotel at 01:00 AM at night. I tried to call hotel staff for provide room till 1 hour. they was not replied to my call. Breakfast was very low quality, hotel was charged 400/- and provide only tea and 2 bread piece. I suggest to all, not booked any room in this hotel. If you are interested to tolerate, misbehaving and rude behaviour, then you will go to this hotel.

A very good and reasonable place to stay. It is very close to the beach and has easy access to food and recreation. The rooms are pretty comfortable and spacious, with a spacious bed. The usual rates for NON AC Rooms are 2000 INR per night. And for AC Rooms the prices may differ. If you are staying here, it's easy to call and book rather than use third party apps.

One of the worst experiences one can ever have. The receptionist was barbaric without any common sense, it's not even worth taking a room in that guest house. Don't degrade yourself by going there.

Pathetic experience during night. Overall look is good from outside but after night you cant sleep as there is lots of bugs in your bed. And the bengali receptionist will talk very politely with you during your booking. And they will took the payment in their own account and in the register they will show that you are staying for one day. And the money they are taking from you are not send to the owner.

The room price is higher.. We paid around 1500 per day and the service was very bad.. Rooms are not in good condition, more ever the service persons won't respond fast they neglect and in this place when I was taken a room the ac not working properly and the blanket are fully dusted. The rooms smells like dust and the infra was below average.. May be the beach view is good at outside and all this are negative

Not too much to say apart from the location as it is just opposite to the beach. Try to book room no. 301 ( can cost 3000 -3500 /day *non ac offcourse*) which is on the top floor where u can stay with 4 -5 persons otherwise it will be utterly disappointment...all the rooms apart from 301 is too small to stay. check out time is 9 am. So if u have train at evening u have to pay extra bucks for smaller room which we got for 1000 rs. Lastly DONT expect any basic amenities like towel, soap, room cleaning, changing of bedsheets or even wi fi....because THEY DONT PROVIDE THAT..... just go, sleep and leave......

Don't stay here untill it's urgent/necessary bugs all-over Bed,hotel staff/owners are very rude with outsiders especially non Telugu speaking customers

Very bad attitude, the way they speak to customers is very bad, and they speak on top of their voice, it is not they are giving rooms free of cost. The person who spoke claims he is a manager there, if the manager is so egoistic, how would other staff behave. I recommend to anybody with self respect not to check-in this property. Worst behaviour. We went with 2 kids and a pet, even after advance booking they have cancelled our booking and in turn was screaming at us. I had proof of booking also. However good the property is, if the staff behaviour is not good what is the use. For anybody self ready is important. This person was not ready to tell his name also and was screaming at us like we were beggars.

Going for vacation. Hotel location is great. Charge is also reasonable compared to the location. But hotel staff other than the owner lady is very bad. There is no elevator available. Guests have to carry their own luggages. No one will help.

Location is superb. Rooms are not so big.. Good for staying with friends.. But with family you can manage.. Never forget to take mosquito repellent from reception

Best location best view.. 2nd floor corner room was too good and beat room with 2 side view. bathroom is too small but clean.

Very rude receptionist, unhygienic rooms, and broken amenities, but most importantly the most insensitive and impolite women who was the he receptionist. I wish there was a NO STAR option here, because they are completely undeserving for 1 star too. This is the last place in the whole world you want to stay in. Help yourself and find another place but not this.

Rooms are okay. Bathroom is very small. But neat and clean. Wifi wasn't working. An average sea facing hotel with low budget

The faucet in the basin was loose. Door Lock Was Broken. Room service was worst. Average hotel.

The location is good, and the rooms are fairly well. But the staircase is terrible in this guest house. They do not have any kind of elevator and that stairs may be problematic to you specially if you have any kid or aged person in your team. Other room services are also not satisfactory, they do not have any kind of fooding service of their own, if you ask them, they will bring you food from outside and sometimes it takes too much of time. Specially for morning tea or coffee, sometimes it gets irritating.

Worst guest house, dnt go fot it... Worst rooms, no water no ac.. Never go for it. You can't stay here. Never do advance booking for this guest house. They won't return money though it's worst.

It's average and budget friendly guest house.. View from the balcony is awesome.. Beach Pleasant view just road away from it.. Sounds of the sea is very calming to sit in balcony.. If u need good experience if beach u can opt for it. However quality of the guest house has to improve alot.

I have called this guest house for booking purpose. Don't know why the receptionist doing misbehave with me.

I stayed at this guest house for 3 days. I have never been to such a bad hotel before. So dirty. The use of the biggest staff is so bad that there is no other hotel. Those who want to go to Vizag and stay at Rock beach ... Please don't forget to go to this hotel. most 3rd class hotel in RK beach (viazag)
