The Temple of Maa Kali is designed similar to that of The Dakshin Kali Temple. It is located just infront of RK Beach and is a must visit place if you come across the beach area.

Kali Temple The Kali Temple located on Rama Krishna Beach road is a modern architectural edifice built on the model of the skeletal structure of a coral using bamboo reinforced cement concrete. Constructed in 1984, this shrine of the goddess of power (Shakti) is famous for its splendid architecture depicting tall pillars, arches and minarets. The temple complex houses an office, a quarter for the priest and a temple kitchen. Adjacent to the Kali temple there is another temple dedicated to Lord Siva. The uniqueness of Siva Temple is its 'rasalinga' which is made of 10 Kgs. single stone.

The Kalimata temple on Ramakrishna beach is inspired from Dakshineswar Kali temple of Kolkata. Because one of the famous priest of Dakshineswar Kali temple was Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansadev, who was also the teacher of Swami Vivekananda, the beach infront of the temple is named as Ramakrishna Beach. You can offer puja and can get prasad from here. The temple is maintained quite well.

Actually no religious and spiritual places like temple, mosque, church, monasteries, gurudwara can be reviewed. Anyway, this temple is located just opposite to famous RK beach of Vizag and is considered to be a landmark itself. Entry fee is free and entry timings are 6am-12 noon and 4 pm- 8 pm. The architecture of the temple is inspired by Dakshineswar temple near Kolkata. There is a temple of Lord Shiva also in the same premises.

U can the marble and architecture unique in the location. Temple is open from 6am to noon and form 4pm to 8pm. Though photography is not well, you click some stealthyly.

"Jai Kali Maa". Pleasant Temple opposite to Ramakrishna beach. It was opened by Badal Banerjee (a resident of Calcutta and the Devotee of  Kali Mata) on exact day on 18/10/1984 hunder years after the date 18/10/1884 Dakshineswar kali temple Kolkata was opened. It is replica of Kolkata kali temple. A unique feature of the temple is that the sun rays in the morning touch the feet of Goddess Kali maa. There will be no Hundi in the temple and No entry Tickets.Timings : 6:00 am to 12 pm & 4:00 pm to 9:00pm
