Staff is not at all responding, simply they are chitchat with other staff, they are laughing in front of customers... product is good but I feel very uncomfortable with their behaviour

I purchased one rose gold chain from Khushal, but immediately after one use I.e for around 15mins only, the chain turned blackish. This was in a AC room, so no chances of sweat as well.

I bought small hoop earrings from them which has no guarantee or exchange.i tried them there itself while purchasing I told the girl there that the hoops are so loose..she told me that they fixed it..I purchased them.later one day of use they are broken..not at all trustworthy products.i bought them for 550rs..very very bad
