We had an amazing trip to Turkey. We decided just 2 weeks prior to visit Turkey and everything was organised and customised so well . Hotel accommodations were all 4 star and had awesome breakfast,lunch and dinner buffets . Very economical , well planned and well co ordinated . This is my first trip with My Fero holidays Travelled to North India for 10 days along with my family. It's a customised tour, availed LTC from my bank (SBI) They are very flexible with dates and places. I recommed My Fero holidays for those who are going to avail LTC/HTC. He has Arranged Everything perfectly on time and handled Every situation in a cool manner and also like family member and he arranged tour With Quality food and Decent Accommodation for families. *didn't face any food problem. *food is accommodated in indian restaurants. We have nice experience with my fero holidays Europ tour for 16 days from 23-4-19.They provided good accommodation , luxury coach for transport and good indian food,all for reasonable price. Hotels very good, MAP very good. Transfers very good, flights very good. (Except: one vehicle not in good condition - for 2 days). Ratna Garu is very cooperative.

It's a good experience for me with MyFero. Best things: Experienced and Professional driver (Irfan Malik). He made me feel like having him as cab driver for next trip as well. Ratna Sir's response was very well, he addressed my problems during the trip. Hotels given in Shimla, Dharmasala and Dalhousie are very good for 3STAR. Response from staff is excellent, food is awesome, rooms are well maintained. Average things: Hotel Aura Grand Amritsar in Amritsar is said to be a 3STAR and delux room, but it's not. Food is not so good. Room is very small not even have space to keep luggage, very narrow road, parking is extremely difficult, staff response is not bad. Worst experience: We stayed 3 days in Manali in Hotel Himaliyan Spurge Manali. Room is good but room service, response from staff and food was worst. Room has balcony but security wise the other room members can come into our balcony so easily. It happened to us even. Reviews of this hotel made us feel like it's a good one but after going there we had worst experience. I had this experience with this hotel, not everyone may not have the same. But I don't prefer going to this hotel. It's upto individuals. Overall: I would have given 4 out 5 for this trip but giving 3 out 5 because of worst experience in Manali. MyFero either should have taken some more money if required to provide a better hotel in 3STAR in Manali or atleast should have done little research contacting local people to look for the better which is in the budget, So that travellers will enjoy better. I prefer MyFero for my next trip as well. I liked overall experience.

In our 10 days and 9 nights vacation schedule, we were able to cover Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Amritsar. Major schedule went as per itenary without much changes. Whenever there is problem, Shri Aswin from My Fero Holidays immediatly attended the issues and solved them on time. Overall it's a very good experience and a great Trip filled with many memories.
