Worst service....They take your money promise you to for all site seeing but ditch you at last moment. His manager Shiva is fraud and doesn't know how to talk with customer.but at first he will talk very politely n ensure u for everything,but it will be a trap only!! Plz dont choose them. If you're going for 1st time I personally suggest to book your trip at station itself there were several people who don't cheat you and the ppl on rly stn costs very cheap rather than them and you don't regret by choosing them. I've the photo of his driver, smoking outside the car. And i also have the audio of his owner misbehaving with my sisters, they don't even cooperate with you, even if you want to have your dinner parcel. They want more money than only they will wait for your parcel.

Our driver Srinu was amazing. He was kind and respectful. Srinu’s driving was really good. The Condition of the Tempo traveller was great. It was new and maintained really well. The AC was working really well. Overall we are very happy with the travel arrangements.

We booked a tempo traveller for 2 days during our stay in Vizag. Mr. Siva is very professional and responsive. The price was also competitive. The vehicle that we got on day one was not very clean. However, we got a nice / clean vehicle on the second day. The drivers were very flexible in accommodating our requests. On the second day, the vehicle was delayed by nearly 40 mins (and we had to go through moments of frustration). Thus giving 4/5 ... otherwise, I would have given 5/5 rating.
