I came here one night for my first time and I will not be returning. I came here with a few friends and the drink servers were very disrespectful. One server with black short bangs and the other server short with glasses treated me with so much disrespect and attitude, I do not want to come here again. Something tells me they treat all their customers with attitude. If it were me, I would have fired them and hired on better drink servers with better attitude. If someone hates their job that much, that means quit. Very disappointed. I will be contacting the manager.

So far soup is great, the server could have been a bit nicer but she is an older lady and perhaps was just a bit tired. The hot chicken was great no sauce needed for seasoning or a hint of spice but salty.. My noodles were burnt but the other dish noodles weren’t, not sure if maybe I was unlucky or too complicated to deal with. Made a request for steamed rice instead of pork fried rice is all. One eggroll was super yummy for my tummy ! A bit oily but it’s expected for something as delicate as a egg roll. The fried shrimp also super oily. If you’re curious about what I ordered it’s the number one on their menu. The fried wonton were the first items I ate off my plate lol super delish. Flipped over a rupturing egg roll only to discover it was super burnt at the bottom…. The others super salty not sure what happened that one was good light salt a bit oily but still good ….. Very disappointing ….the restrooms were terrifying for me long long walk in a dim light hallway I basically sped walked through it ….. (doors super squeaky ) I was spooked lol

Ordered 2 items through door dash, and was only given one of them. The food that we did get was very bland with nothing really in it. Got pork fried rice as one, but it was basically just dirty rice with what seemed like specks of pork here and there. 1 out of 10 easily. Will never order from here again.

Chicken chow mein and pork chow mein takeout was nothing but a little bit of meat and a pile of greasy noodles. I've ordered from them many times in the past. The last two times the food was horrible. The prior takeout order was honey walnut shrimp and the "shrimp" was mostly breading that was very greasy. All 3 items tasted like old grease.

We’re from out of town and wanted to try some Chinese. We saw the Hong Kong restaurant and decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE. This was the worst food I’ve ever put in my mouth. The chicken had to have been old and very chewy. Rice was old and had no taste. Overall the meal was absolutely terrible. Server was equally terrible. Be warned: This restaurant has the absolute worst food you will ever put in your mouth!

Stopped in while traveling through the area. The chow mein is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and hot. If I'm in the area again, I'd stop by again!

The carpeting is very old and smells rotten. The ice tea was the absolute worse tea I've had, it tasted dirty. Everything had a layer of filth or sticky to it. The fried shrimp and wonton was ok.

This place has horrible customer service. The place is infested with roaches, climbing on the table and on the bar top. Roaches in the chili sauces. The bar manager is a drunk he's rude and disrespectful, the 2 girl bartenders are rude

I've been going to this place for so long that the lady knows my voice over the phone when I place the order. I usually get that Shanghai special and I absolutely love it

Maybe I was there on an "off" night, but the bartender (female) was extremely rude. I don't think she likes her job. One drink, and we were out of there.

Ordered food at 7 :49pm Food was on my door step at 8 : 05 delivered . Only way that food can be that fast is if they have it sitting around already pre cooked . And trust me after two bites all i can say is nasty nasty food . Your better off buying frozen Chinese food and heating yourself . Never again

We tend to go for a few drinks being fairly good priced. I must say it has been recommended to eat there from friends. Personally not really appetizing to eat there, there is a strong odor, bathrooms are in need of some TLC locks don’t work in women’s.

We love Lum Lums! Great Chinese food at good prices. We usually go for lunch. Not too crowded and great service! I love the Honey Walnut Prawns. Best I have ever had!

Had dinner with friends. Food was average. I ordered sweet & sour pork to go. When I got home there was no sauce on the pork. Zero. I called and they wanted me to drive clear across town to pick up sauce. I asked for some kind of credit. They would only give me a credit for the sauce. Lol. The meal was $15. I will never go back.

The best Chinese food in the central valley 😋 and the owner Theresa couldn't be sweeter, we go here twice a month. Get the Shanghai noodles and twice cooked pork!!

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years and there have been changes but the service and atmosphere always feel the same. The dim lighting and brick throughout make the dining area cozy. I have always loved the hot tea when dining in. Ordered the Shanghai special family style to go. The food was hot and didn't take long to prepare. Noodles were a little spicy but very good. Sweet and Sour chicken is crispy and not drowning in sauce. Fried rice was a little bland for my taste but overall the food was good and not very greasy. I think the atmosphere is what keeps me coming back and the friendly staff. Located downtown and can be busy during the week. Closed on Christmas.

Mer here with our Bible group for dinner. We chose to go with the Lum Lum's special dinner. We started with soup and spring rolls which were hot and tasty. This was followed with chow mein, fried rice and several more dishes. It was delicious and we discussed come ng back again. Service was excellent!

Went here with my husband and a few friends on Saturday 7/30/22. They took it upon themselves to charge my card a tip even though a cash tip was left. Will not be returning. Very unprofessional.

Service was good but food tasted awful, like it was in the process of spoiling. Made us sick. Will not be returning any time soon

It was not busy at all had to wait for my refill because the female bartender was sitting at the bar talking most of the time to other customers and not once came to check on us and their was only 5 ppl in the bar

We were the only family in the restaurant. We shared three family style dinners with extra rice and it was more than enough food. What an interesting experience for my children, and not more expensive than getting full meals at Chick FIL A
