I couldn't give less than 1 star. Reasons to not book this hotel. 1. There is no security at the gate for parking guidance 2. Staff doesn't respond properly and they don't care about anything 3. Rooms are awful and smelled very bad 4. The blankets were not proper 5. Standard room has no view, infact the glass covered with some black film, no natural light and room felt very suffocating 6. Free breakfast options are very less for the price charged and the taste was not great 7. Cockroaches everywhere 8. No proper maintenance, you can see that in the images that I provided. Water was leaking into the room beside the bed. Please do not book a room at this hotel and waste your money.

Mustaf front manager is a guy who behaves like lord of this hotel and even not taking care of the guest . He behaves like this is his own premises and we came to beg for a free room . Very worst behavior, tries to contact management , they are even worst . Not even attend the call . Very worst experience. After reaching the room find that it is not a hotel , it's a booth banglow . Maintenance is a very poor, bad smell in rooms , room surroundings are so bad, some staff members are very arrogant, they charge for breakfast and they close at 8.00 am no courtesy to inform. The swimming pool is like a drainage, towels, and pillow covers are maintained like cheap hotels . It is not at all worth what they're charging, It is better to stay in 900 Oyo The quality will be much better, hope owners are not checking, no staff is behaving with small concern.

I visited Visakhapatnam last week and during my planning with my family, the only hotel which striked onto my mind was The SUPREME HOTEL. It really matched our expectations. Everything was very much well maintained. Staff behaviour was also good, but the main problem we faced during our stay was that we were unable to watch the t.v. in our room. The set up box was not recharged. We had to call them everyday to recharge it. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very rude and kept us waiting without giving any response for an hour in the hotel lobby. Very disrespectful management. Would not recommend this hotel. We booked 2 rooms and paid the full amount in advance, we had to find another hotel to stay losing our money.

The location is very good, there is no problem of parking too. 1st floor has a swimming pool in which you can see the sea view while taking a bath.the food here is expensive.The sea beach is visible from the window of the room.Gym is also there but machine is not working, free wifi available, overall good experience. Worst hotel. there is no negative or zero star hence gave this. Visited on 25th Apr 2023 and booked for 4 nights. While they have put this as a 3 start hotel, its nothing but a filthy lodge. Rooms were so bad, broken windows and beds all over and filthy sheets, cockroaches running everywhere, They offered to change rooms but neither of the rooms were decent enough to stay. Finally the duty manager agreed to refund if we vacate and we managed to get a room in another hotel and vacated immediately in explain within an hour. While the hotel told me that they will refund in full, however cleartrip when contacted, was told they will deduct one night charge. Yet to get the refund back. Pl. dont go with any other reviews as it could be a paid one. While this hotel location is good, they should do an complete overhaul of the rooms and also service.

The rooms were neither good nor bad. Staffs were friendly. Pool was not clean. The dine area had a stink to it. Though we were not able to get the sea view room. The experience was not something very amazing. We were there for two days where majority of the time we were out and would return just to sleep. So it was okay for that situation. Outside food is not allowed may be for the dinning place but we did sneak in some food to our room 🤭 and they didn't had any issue.

This hotel used to have high standards, but only the beachfront views seem to be appealing these days. The room amenities and services are subpar, with several complaints that go unresolved. The cuisine at the in-house restaurant is a little pricey and of mediocre quality. You can go a few kilometers to get some fascinating roadside beach restaurant cuisine with a wide range of selections. Only one thing. We can only enjoy the beach view from the hotel, but I would recommend going to appreciate the views, which are just a few steps away.

Very very bad experience. They dont care abt customers and dining is super worst...they dont serve n even they dont come to take orders.. V have to go to them n tell pls come n take order..rooms are horrible n not tidy. Dont trust online room piks.. bed sheets n towels are yuck...in person they look like trash. I recently stayed at Hotel Supreme, and while I liked its good location, I was surprised by their misunderstanding of some cultural practices. For many women, wearing sindoor is more than a tradition; it's a daily thing, like wearing a wedding ring. Sometimes, a little can accidentally get on things. But the hotel charged us extra when some of my wife's sindoor ended up on a pillow and towel. This showed they might not be aware or considerate about such things. What shocked me more was that the hotel said the sindoor wouldn't come out in a wash. This seems silly and shows they might not get or respect common cultural habits. It's sad to see this from a hotel that serves many different people. If you stay here, be prepared for extra charges and maybe some misunderstandings about cultural habits.

Hi, selecting your hotel for stay is my biggest mistake, having worst experience in your hotel. 1- lots of flys in waiting area, 2- no early check in, 3- kitchen is dirty, (watched kitchen while using common washroom in ground floor) 4- toilets are not clean, 5- no cancellation or refundable policy 6- phone are not working 7- rooms are too small. The only thing- your hotel is on beach view (if you pay double) apart from that noting is their to appreciate or say good about hotel hemas supreme if you want will share pics or you can check your cctv * if they are working. I hope you will do something for this. *will never stay again and not recommend your hotel to others.

Only the veiw from was nice when i visited the hotel there was lot of bedbugs which was irritating we complained to staff and there was no response or refund i dont suggest this hotel

Very nice hotel. Right in front of the sea, you will get to enjoy the full sea. You can see half the view from this left and right room. And if you stay in the front room, then you will get the whole view of the front as it is found in Novotal Hotel, the cleanliness here is very cool and you will see very less traffic. There is good facility of parking and security.

Very worst hotel and service too, rooms are too small, furniture is around some decades old and no basic amentities provided without asking, has a problem with almost everything the doors, chairs, wifi, bed, hotwater 😤. And the pool is not cleaned since some months which reflects the green coloured water, what else left to say good??

The check in time staff was really not courteous. The bed quilt was stained really bad, a few lights in the room were not working as well thereby dimming the ambiance and looks.TV was not working , water leakage from the AC Staying at a 3 star category I expected better experience in terms of value, courtesy, and a feel good factor. I didn't get a vibe neither found the cleanliness or welcoming feeling in the room or from the staff. I travel to Vishakhapatnam alot of times a month but maybe i will think twice or thrice before selecting The Supreme as my choice to stay. Please improve your service & behavior of the staffs.

Worst experience ever, there is no maintenance at all, as we checked in there was no water in washroom till the next day morning, reception is polite but they don't care, everything we have to tell 2 to 3 times, house keeping is worst as we asked for a towel it really smelled like oil, bedsheets are not clean, and they did not pay the tata sky bill due which tv is disconnected, we asked the reception they said that is another department and least bothered. Soap they kept was smelling rotten egg not meant for use. Hotel stay is not only location, don't fall for that, zero maintenance,staff are irresponsible. Food/restaurant is good. for restaurant only i gave 1*

The hotel has a very friendly staff who always go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable.I had stayed here for two days for a client visit, the property is well maintained. House keeping made room was clean and neat. The food was delicious. Swimming pool is cleaned on daily basis. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Eagerly looking forward for my next visit

The beach facing view is very small as the building is bit far compared to beside buildings and they didn't clean the outer glass. So no more beach view. The room smells bad.

Hi, the third class hotel I have ever stayed. ZERO service , staffs are very rude , they don't know what is hospitality , because I belongs from the same industry & working with a reputad brand ... Bangalore. I was asked for a bottle of water & it was server after 2 hrs. Hotel business doesn't means only making money , that's why it is called hospitality for giving the service . I found no professionals were working there. Sorry ...

Had stayed for 4 days with parents Worst experience . Only positive thing was the location, staying close to beach. Hotel management didn't even scrutinize the rooms before handing it to us Tv , kettle, refrigerators were not working, even after informing no proper attention. Hotel might be of bengali community,but they shouldn't be showing those differences in terms of food and behavior with customers Firstly hotel doesn't have any South indian food items and even food kept is of not of quality, hotel service members itself were saying to order from swiggy and zomato We had an evening train, since parents were there requested for couple of hour late checkout . Even though they were no full bookings, hotel staff didn't even let us stay until we pay the complete 1 day tariff. When I was coming back after so much requesting, one of the service guys was saying that it's common request for customers with late checkout but these people shows partiality with there community folks. There is person in reception (not mentioning his name, starts with "Mastu**") one of those disrespectful persons in your life P. S : Am not generalizing or bringing in diversity matters, but south indians might feel bit uncomfortable here.

It was a terrible experience while staying there. I don’t even want to give a single rating for this hotel, but as I am bound to give a rating, so I’m providing a star. I’m sharing our experience while staying in this hotel with my family 1) We booked two sea-facing business class rooms with the help of our travel agency, but we got one sea-facing room and from another room, we could see the side view of the sea. And most importantly, the second room was not business class from far away. When we told about this in the reception, they talked to our travel agency. (We later came to know from our travel agency that they were not professional enough and they were saying that no money has been provided for such booking, until the travel agency sent them all the bills as proof). The next day we went out to Araku Valley. 2) When we returned from Araku Valley, we were provided two sea-facing rooms on the 6th floor, but the condition of those rooms was pathetic. a. In the washroom, there were cockroaches. b. The door lock of the washroom was broken c. The bed sheets were not clear d. The combination of the tap and shower was malfunctioning e. The mirrors were very dirty We told them to change the rooms, but from the reception, it was told that as the housekeepers and not available right now, so we have to stay there that night on the next day they will be able to change the room within 8:00 am – 8:30 am 3) The next day, we waited for them to change the room, but they didn’t change the room within 8:30 am. When we went to the reception and told them about this, they told us that they cannot change the room before 11:00 am – 11:30 am. In fact, the receptionists have attitude issues too. The receptionist (who has French-cut beard) told us, “humlog ayse hi chala rahe hain, pahele koi complain nhi kiya, app log hi ho jo ea complain kr rahe ho” with a huge attitude. So, definitely the receptionist has attitude problem. 4) When the room was changed, I found the issue that the basin was not clear properly. 5) The waiters were quite polite in nature and not to mention, the food was really tasty, but they must think of making some more verity for breakfast. 😊 So, I would definitely recommend the visitors/ tourists of Vizag not to book rooms in this hotel, if you don’t want to spoil the experience of staying in this hotel.
