Even though he was having shift at 10 am but still he came early to serve these beautiful dishes .. 10/10 to dedication. 10/10 to services .. 10/10 for food and tastes .

4am Sunday morning... if u r writing this how good your staying experience could be...MARIOTT the brand..I was so happy to book 4 rooms to have a great stay... BUT Key things you need to keep in mind before you Check-in - No proper sit out area, we just got locked in room, somehow found some space in Gym - Basic bathroom items are missing, just body-wash liquid was provided. 8000₹ Paid extra during check-out just because booking.com portal mentioned 1adult and we were couple.

Pretty compact place, has multi purpose halls and can host a small guest list. Rooms are decent in size. Cleanliness is not completely up there. Can do with such a hotel for the population it's serving

The room was spacious and quite comfortable. Staff were courteous. However was not that happy with the in room dining food, we ordered club sandwich bread was brunt from one side, asked for an extra plate as the one they(gave had black spots) never arrived. Breakfast spread was good with many options to choose from. Checkout was very smooth.

Luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel is located 10 mins away from the airport and is easy accessible by a cab. The staff is extremely courteous and the the breakfast buffet has a large enough spread. Best for business trips.

Stayed for a week. Official purpose. Rooms are quite small and congested for the price you pay. Barr minimum facilities are provided in the room. Food is average. Menu is average. Very poor variety available. Repetition of menu is seen. The only plus point is it's very close to the airport.

I have been to this hotel for 3 days for a business trip. Following are pros and cons Pros: 1. Very near to Airport 2. Specious rooms Cons: 1. Had bad experience for payment. Hotel reception staff asked to me pay full advance payment on the arrival. I never had such experience in similar hotel all over in India 2. They are not providing basic amenities like Toiletries. Even after requesting many time it was not provided. I think they have doing cost cutting activity. 3. TV remote not provided. 4. In room dining menu card no provided. 5. In room dining service is too late. Had to call Couple of time to get ordered food 6. Buffet- Options are very less as compared to other similar hotel. I don't like the taste. Had to visit outside restaurant. 7. Airport deop and pickup is not free of cost and charges are too high. They are charging 699 for just 4km.

This hotel is hygienic, and pleasant place to stay. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The room kept clean and refreshing time to time. However, my advise is food items and stay in prices are bit expensive. I would like to see if you could welcome with discount prices especially for families. I love hear it soon and I wish to stay with you again.

Sprawling resort, great place to relax. Good swimming pool, restaurants and proximity to the beach makes it a beautiful place to visit. The staff is very courteous and will ensure your stay is comfortable. There is a handicraft store with really good local items.

Love their Buffets & excellent service. If you go for buffet. Ask for Takir. He is used to be head chef & has been to different department now. But he still is in the restaurant and will definitely ensure your stay & food is above the per. Would love to back again for amazing hospitality....

What I liked: reasonably priced, staff were friendly (overly so) and helpful, room and bathroom were clean and free breakfast. What I didn’t like: staff were “nosy” (it was none of their business, how I got to the hotel or how I was going to spend my day, but for some reason they thought it was their business), I also would have liked someone from the hotel restaurant to show/explain the buffet offerings, and finally, they were quick to bring my bags to my hotel room, when I arrived, but were nonexistent when it came to bringing my bags to the lobby the next morning.

It is one of the best hotel in the town. The hotel service is good, they were always available and they have taken good care of the hygiene. The room services are really good and what they have maintained is really upto the mark. The food was nice and especially the sea food was soo tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Location of this hotel is great , i was looking for something close to the airport (10-15min). The view from the terrace and the infinity pool overlooks the hills and is quite lovely , especially in monsoon times.

Pros - good rooms, good service/request attending. Cons - food (quality a little bit BUT MAINLY THE VARIETY ON OFFER) needs betterment. Music is loud at lobby, restrooms, restaurant. Location didn't like. For location probably best at Vizag will be Novotel

We booked this 4 hours before we checked in. We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was great. The hotel manager checked us in and walked us to our room. The restaurant staff were attentive and happy to explain the dishes at the dinner buffet. We did not each breakfast and asked for cappuccinos on 2 mornings. They were didn’t charge us for the coffees. The rooms were as expected of a Marriott/ Fairfield; clean, modern and comfortable. The gym was adequate for my partner. We will stay there again if we come back there.

Beach is 14 km. But near to airport. View on terrace is spectacular. Great buffet food.

It was an amazing experience. Really hygenically maintained restaurant, banquet hall and dining hall for the guests. Service could have been slightly better however overall it's good experience.

Very good hotel, small improvement can make great difference, Food is very good You get everything south Indian, north Indian, continental. The main part is , food tastes homely, especially the dinner buffet curries.

Need some more improvement, in corridors cleaning need to be improved. I would like to specially mention about Mr. Suresh (Executive), who takes care of us during dining. I keenly observed him, he went to most of the guests trying to fulfill their expectations. The way his reception, he tried to satisfy us during our long 15days stay here. He made most of the days with lovely yummy recipes.

This hotel is nice and awesome for travel towards shimachalam temple or towards achuthapuram. There is a parking arrangement. The area is also near airport hardly 10 min from airport. And travel to industrial estate is also easy. The hotel has a pool on top floor nice and cosy, with a view of hill. The kava restaurant is good and don't feel over stuffed. The live counter on restaurant is also nice. The travel desk and other arrangements are nice.

I stayed here recently and I had a pleasant stay! The staff was really kind and greeted us with smile always! Service was excellent! The food was good (they can do much better), which I’m sure they will. Great ambiance and well maintained hotel. Small parking place with no valet parking. Close proximity to airport, courteous staff, varied packages for stay [may include early check-in and/or late check-out, buffet dinner inclusive etc.], clean rooms [not so big and spacious, but not congested either], clean linen and neatly maintained washrooms too. Stay was excellent. Food was good, buffet, a variety of items, and lots of desserts. And a good/helpful Travel desk staff. A sincere word of praise and appreciation to the management and staff for arranging breakfast to all from 6 am, considering the plight of many doctors who were to attend their NEET PG entrance exam on 11th Sept and were to report to the centers by 7 am. A big thank you.. Three things for your serious consideration and implementation: 1) Provide toiletries like tooth paste, tooth brushes, comb and perhaps a disposable shaving kit. 2) Provide at least 1 pair of washroom slippers. 3) Provide hand towels plz,, When most of even the non-star hotels are providing the above, i dont see any reason why you should not?? Hoping to see the above being implemented soon.. Overall its a great place to stay .. 5 stars

Yeah it's good. Didn't explored much. Just been to my friends marriage. The Utsav 1 function hall is good. Rooms for the bridegroom are good. The taste of food served could be better. Overall it's a nice experience.

One of the finest hotels in Visakhapatnam. It's right next to NH16. Outside view is great with the Mountains in the Vicinity. The hotel rooms are kept spick and span. They are taking care of all COVID protocols. Rooms are spacious and sanitized. The food at their restaurant is also nice. They have an excellent spread of breakfast and dinner buffet! Room service is prompt as well. Bit far away from the beach but it takes 30 minutes to go to the beach and all modes of transport are available. Only thing which I observed is parking is limited, I don't know if I missed to see valet parking. Will definitely recommend the hotel.

Clean rooms, express service at a reasonable price. Amazingly fast and personalized service by Saddam, Kunal at restaurant Kava. My tastes buds are best satisfied with North Indian food. For which chef Guru at restaurant kava provided customization of dishes and I never regretted of his recommendation.

Nice hotel with good service. Restaurant haa fairly good options. One block has nice view facing the road but the other block is facing an apartment.

This is one of the best places to stay near the airport. Best in class room service and they also allows outside food. So in case you want to order something from swiggy or Zomato you can do it. If you order from the hotel they actually serve quite large portions of meal sufficient for two people...

Had a really bad experience here, i ordered a glass of mojito and my order was acknowledged by one of the waiter but not served and when i went back after a certain time to remind them again, they told its being prepared but it had been 45 by that time already inspite of being reminded twice they did not get me one. When i decided to leave i went and asked the waiter again and to my surprise he has no recollection of me placing the order twice and they did not have the courtesy to say if they can serve it or not, very disappointed with the service and i had been a regular customer here and this is the worst experience i had in here.

Brunch is not different from regular buffet. calling it Brunch, no breakfast menu as well included. only the breads that are served on a regular buffet are included. Nothing new. No good amount of starters and the soup bowl, they fill only one and the other is empty. but still it lies there. only different kinds of salads are filled in the display. no one will reach out to your table to ask yo for the soft drinks that are included. People start picking up the food but still the staff keeps re arranging the name boards to point the correct item. the food is also not so so yummy. if someone wants to try a buffet here, do not wasts on Brunch. go for the regular buffet instead, at least you will save some money.

Excellent hotel for business stay. Pretty busy one too. Rooms are great. Service is good. Pick up and drop service is also excellent. Well organised. Sometimes we need to ask a few things repeatedly, as the stewards become over-occupied with serving a few guests. Would have loved to give 4.5, but there isn't an option to do so. A little bit of bias is observable in dealing with guests. Hope to see improvements in future.

One of the best hotel in vizag. Location is good , it's only 10 min from airport and very near to Main road. Lots of amenities are there, specially roof top swimming pool. Food was also good and staff members are friendly.

The best part is its location and its food. Worst part is you will have no option to adjust the room temperature to higher degrees. If you want to drink lukewarm water, then you will not get hot water bottle. Hotel staff told me to use electric kettle. How can one do it every time he want to have lukewarm water😇.

If you visit the terrace, you will encounter the beautiful hill nearby. Service is very good. You have large halls for family functions and Office gatherings and parties as well. The same goes for the terrace.
