Room could have been better. Service was terrible. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement, location is on main road. Check-in takes a lot of time

Bad experience with RItz comfort recently visited Vishakhapatnam for two days for official work, due some reason I requested for extension of one day, they made us to check out six hours earlier, so that the room can be allotted to other. I was on the roads because of such issues. It feels very bad such type hotels are there .

It's definitely not worth the price. Room stinks. Partition glass in bathroom is broken. It's glued using tapes so that it does not move making the whole bathroom wet. Very difficult to change clothes even in the stipulated dry area of bathroom. Soap dispenser is empty. Shampoo dispenser is also empty. But the buffet breakfast is good. In short, its no better than an ordinary hotel but at almost double price.

Very nice place to stay, booked deluxe pro room for 2 days. Nice and clean rooms, 24 hrs check out facility is available if you book directly. Breakfast tastes good. Had lunch on checkout day, Food taste is awesome. Quantity provided for one person is good enough for two persons. Without any hesitation you can book this hotel. Overall very nice and budgeted hotel

No car parking at all for the visitors or dine in customers. It seems poor Administration in handling the load. Food is OK but not great. No peace of mind with respect to parking. Rest all OK.

This is very good place for stay and it has complimentary breakfast. Recommend to book rooms here. We had car and parking space was also available at basement.

This hotel is at a prime location and just 2 min walk from Diamond park. After reading the reviews, I booked this place. The hotel is good and the rooms are decent. Their service is prompt and good. The breakfast spread is very food and comparable to hotels of much highly priced. Given 1 star less as the hot water supply in the bathroom is a disaster and also the bathrooms are very old and needs revamp. Other than this, it is a very nice place and a family-friendly hotel.

The room and the sanitary are best for the price. The people of reception were terrible .Don't know how to recieve , respond . The boys / waiters of restaurant were always roaming in the hotel lobby as if they're gonna hit us with their speed. Verdict: The best stay with poor standards of the personnel.

Absolutely loved dining at Satyam! The ambiance was very peaceful, the service was top-notch, and the food was an absolute delight. I highly recommend this restaurant in Vizag.

It has a great ambiance and good food. I mean the quantity of food justifies its pricing. The aroma and the beauty of biryani are quite attractive.

Fell in love with the delicious taste and experience. We ordered a hot and sour soup, chicken dum biryani, and chicken kebabs which were all served for two persons efficiently at a reasonable cost. I think it's worth it for the taste and the amazing experience. The taste was superb. Don't miss this place if you are in Vizag and looking for a great biryani meal with a decent ambiance.

My first preference hotel in Vizag, stayed here twice. Worth the money. Quality rooms with all basic amenities available. Wifi is good. Their buffet breakfast is good, however could become routine if you are in for longer stay. Car parking is available. They are located at good strategic place. Having said that, felt their quality got bit down compared to my earlier visit. Staff could be little bit more proactive & helpful.

Very poor behaviour of receptionist. If you have book through online than pls avoid it they will charges early check-in than upgrade charges than thy I'll force you to check out when you have check-in for eg:- if you have check-in at 10am and your paying extra charges than too you have to checkout at next day 10 am. Just in simple avoid it.

Highly recommended the banquet hall for birthday parties or any family functions. We have celebrated our kids first birthday recently, Manager Ramesh Garu has been very helpful from the day of booking to the event, Suggestiong us best dishes for the menu and taking care of it as a personal event. Mr. Pradeep was our go to person during the event, Always ready to take our calls even during late hours. Appreciate all their efforts, commitment and hospitality in making our event successful.. Food quality and taste is awesome as always!!

Good location but unkept rooms.Toileteries & linen stinks.Rooms require major renovation. Breakfast is very basic.No food available in room service.Disturbance due to faulty door lock alarm and also noisy guests.

Quality of the room is exceptional and I felt it is value for money. The amenities they provide justify the price for it. Room service is top notch. They have their own restaurant which serves quality and tasty food. The only thing I found odd recently was their complimentary breakfast. Earlier they used to have a huge spread in the breakfast section. But this time almost 40% of the items were missing in the section. But since it's complimentary, I don't think I have much to complain. Overall, decent room with decent amenities, will make your stay in vizag cozy and pleasant.

The food quality is really very tasty. They provide good customer experience & service. The atmosphere is also amazing. It is a good place to have dinner with friends, colleagues, team, and family.

Pros : Room hygeine, bathrooms were good. Buffet breakfast was ok.. Cons: Reception staff have no clarity in the process they carryout. No staff to carry the luggage to room (at night) . Restaurant staff (supervisor) tried to show his attitude. We have booked 2 double rooms. So, they need to offer complimentary breakfast for 4 people. But the restaurant supervisor is saying that they will offer complimentary breakfast for only one person per room..Doesn't it sound stupid?? We said if we book a double room, that itself means there are 2 members, then how come they can offer breakfast to only one person?? Please don't mistreat the guests..Everyone are quite aware of the policies /conditions of the restaurant..If they are not, help them to understand and try to create a positive vibe during their stay..If not, atleast behave yourself...

No such suit amenities available! No mini bar! No fridge!! Not impressed! Also, the restaurant charges as equal as 5star hotel! Average!

Hii, This is the 3rd time i am staying in Ritz Comfort. Definitely value for money, morning breakfast is very nice. Room are very spacious and wash room also separated with glass partition for bathing. Room Service is very good, quick response. Laundry service is available with pressing. Spoke to one Mr. Ramesh Hotel Manager at 10:30pm, in that night time also he is very happily listening to me and took my feedback very politely. Its a 5star Location just 0.5km from bus stand and 2kms from railway station 2k is worth for their service and quality rooms. Will give my 1st preference to Ritz Comfort, in my every visit to vizag. They give 100% comfort in your budget. Only thing is while bathing water is floating there itself on the floor for few seconds, its going slow. Not in all rooms i found it in room no. 322. Only 1 person shows attitude at the reception.

Very bad service 1. In room getting lot of bad smell 2. I have ordered veg panner, but they served prawns. We are pure vegetarian. I have given complaint to General Manger (Ramesh) but he is not care about my complaint. 3. It is not good to stay for Vegetarian people.

Rooms, Hall nice. Service is good. Near to RTC BUS STATION. Safe place. Food quality is very good. For any occasion one can opt this comfortly.

Went for buffet breakfast. Good service. trained staff, food is also okay they can add butter milk, ragi malt and cookie or biscuits. We also booked conference room. It's very good for having business meetings. We can have zoom meetings over there it's set up with projector and required connections. Meeting room furniture is apt for meetings up to 15 members in person.

Stayed for a night as a transit stop. In make my trip, they said they have bar. But no bar in the hotel. They have mentioned mini bar in the room, but not even a fridge in the room. Receptionist was very rude, as if he is doing a favour. Not suitable for hospitality industry. Room had cockroach. Food is decent. Location is good and room service staff were good.
