I went vizag. There are so many good thing to tell my friend and family but if u ask about bad thing is only that hotel. Stay in railway station stay in logde Or stay in footpath but never book this hotel. In this hotel staff are like we are giving you that room without any charges. Neither then are provided any towel bed sheet nor single bottle of water. My rating is zero

The rooms are too old not even a single socket works there. The sweepers always keep asking for money. They don't even provide you with drinking water. The bedsheets seems as if they have not been washed since when they were bought. Even the flush doesn't work properly.

I have booked online room from oyo app in this manikanta residency as per cost of 449/-.And we went to hotel and we show the booking ID. After that he said we can't give room on bases of oyo prices.so you need pay 300/- rupees extra. Otherwise he said we can't provide room for us . And also hotel management didn't provide the oyo benefits. So, oyo management or staff solution this issue Otherwise your brand value will be collapsed.

It is a pathetic hotel.do not book it .they want extra money. Agoda refunded me my amount.So hata off to agoda.Per room they have demanded 300 rs extra.do not cheat people. No tv no ac no service no cleanliness. Owners should sell their property rather destroying it or damaging reputation.

Unhygienic places to stay, unclean hotel not just room, broken parts of washroom, cupboard, window, chairs, bed. Never ever recommend to anyone.

My rating is 0/5 I booked and paid room through Agoda. When we reached, they refused to give room and demanded excess payment by cash. After 2 hours of discussion with customer care and hotel staff they gave 2 ugly rooms, Toilet was terrible, public toilets are far better than that. So please don't book there.

The worst hotel.. not suitable at all for families.. they don't have taps and electric bulbs in the washrooms.. Rooms are dirty with bad smell all over..

Very bad rooms, pictures were very different from originality, no cleanliness, smells bad, washrooms very bad, beds haves stains and spots, floor is slugish.

Worst experience, I booked the rooms online and when I reached the hotel they said that the rooms are not available so u can go to my friends hotel which is close by and then they charged us a loot of money in the middle of the night.... Worst and the hotel they took us is even worse, The rooms are not good and the bathrooms are not good. Please do not let this happen to u and the Oyo department doesn't do any of helping for the refund they are even worse....

You idiots@OYO, hotel room auto booked without my involvement and without cancellation option. After noticing mail on "hotel room booked" tried to cancel but no option and tried customer care multiple times but no response from customer care.

Rooms are good for friends and couples .. a/c and non a/c rooms available in manikanta residency..not provided in foods and drinks.We have to get it from outside.. experience was good..

One of the Worst hotels in Vizag, They are asking for an extra money 300 - 600 per room even if u are booked from Any one of the applications, Service is the worst and they are not providing any one of them mentioned like 1.Bed Sheets, 2.Hot water, 3.Wifi, 4.TV 5.Towels, 6.Soaps, 7.Charging ports also not working. 8.They have 4 Heaters for the whole 4 floors of rooms and around 12 - 1 am they came and asked the Heaters. Once they collect money they are not responding even if u ask many times they are saying like 2mins.

Wrost property dirty rooms none of linens are well cleaned none of kind maintain hygiene, totally having a bad experience at all

We checked in 9 in morning, the room was stinky and with seepage smell, asked 6-7 times the manger to get the room cleaned but they didnt cleaned, then asked for room fresheners they denied saying its over, No nakpins, fan was not regulated, asked for warm water to drink as i was having fever, they said it will be at room... but its on the way😞😁

Worst place to stay.. I booked online in Agoda app but after going there they are asking extra money to pay.very rude behaviour. The rooms are very dirty and windows glasses are broken in our room. Lot of mosquitoes 🦟.I firmly doesn't recommend not to go there...

Some rooms are good and some are bad just check it but price was low. If you stay in this hotel, please visit the roof top in night. It was an amazing view of vizag city in night.

Accommodation, maintenance, neet and clean. And crispy-spicy foods are near by and also hospitals-medicalstores, besides park with good environment and lot of positives are there and near so I liked the hotel manikanta with bottom of my heart 💜💜💜💜
