Hotel is too good And it is in a good location. Service is excellent and ambience is marvelous. The hotel room is spacious , ambience is aww and with no mosquitoes. Buffet breakfast and dinner they provide with no added preservatives. Must try poori, upma, idly with chutney's. Bathroom is too conjusted in hotel room for deluxe room, door locking system from inside nothing provided, and the bathroom taps are not working fine.

I would give 5star rating but needs some improvement.. Pros- Very accessible location. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Clean and hygiene rooms. Cons Washrooms are very poor in hygiene you can see stains every where. Food was average, not to the standards and over priced buffets for lunch and breakfast. Staffs are good but not so professional. Good one but not cozy as their Moto.

This review is based on the genuine experience : Recently i visited this hotel for a birthday party conducted my neighbour. Good ambience Buffet dinner was delicious Live counters for Dosa was fantastic Good and Tasty food Bravo to chefs Polite and professional staff AC hall was perfect for a birthday party. Overall verygood.

A decent Hotel to stay. However it has been closed for a while because of Covid-19.

A hotel with potential. Club room is spacious. Food is good. Can do better with fresh looking towels and linens. Staffs need more training in customer handling. I'm sure with some right training of people, it will get 5 🌟.

The hotel is ageing and it is evident from the stains in the bathroom. The commode area is small. Infrastructure should be maintained otherwise it will become worse over years. Observed a shell of a bed bug on the mattress and on reporting, house-keeping staff was prompt to change the room. No running hot water through-out the day (It is in specific timings only, it has to be informed during check-in,). Breakfast is good. Overall it is below- average for the money paid. Staff are really good, willing to help and trying their best to make customers stay pleasant.
