Well McDonald's that actually has Ice cream machine that was working when I got there 😂 Good place to hangout but was very crowded around the afternoon hours of around 2-3.30 Even then, the staff was friendly and did ask for confirmation before going ahead and booking extra sauce packets instead of giving change which was nice because I've to a lot of McDonald's where they simply add it without consulting or informing in anyway.

McDonald's in Vizag offers a fast and convenient dining experience. The menu has a good variety, catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff is friendly and service is quick. Cleanliness is maintained throughout the restaurant. However, during peak hours, it can get quite crowded. Overall, a reliable spot for quick bites.

Was here for peri peri fries. Fresh and hot. Had soft serve and chocolate swirl from Mc Cafe. Vanilla ice cream wasn’t tasting like vanilla. It was more like cold water. Disappointing. BK Cafe’s were cheaper and better for those. Liked the self service kiosk where you can order what you want and pay without waiting in line.

The only bad thing about this McDonald's they don't have proper air condition. So smell of the food you can feel it. Otherwise food and services all the things are good. Only McDonald available in the City as of now

Good to have a quick bite of snack. However the location is not suitable unless you have leasure time to visit and spend in the mall. Covid precautions are poor. Food is average and you can try combos with burger and finger fries. For children the special attraction is the toy they offer along with burgers. Icreams must try. Sunde and McSwirl with waffle cone must try.

The view is AMAZING from the top floor and makes for a great time. The staff is nice and also relatively quick, while the food is just like any McDonald's. The internet is a huge issue near the billing counter because I couldn't get any signal to pay via UPI so keep that mind. It's nice but end of the day it is still just McDonald's.

More than Mc Donald’s , I love to have their Mc cafè, the taste of the coffee is simply crisp and clear, the aroma was awesome.

I've ordered a medium size Mc Meal. The Italian chicken burger wasn't worth it. French fries were too salty and not so fresh. Cappuccino was the worst decision ever. It had no froth in it and tasted like water. I'd never recommend Mc.D anymore.

Two main points: Cold Burger and Staff answering my question. Staff (even though they were polite) were not as helpful as I hoped when I was placing the order using the machine. I had to figure it out myself. They actually told me the wrong info to the question I asked while placing the order using the machine. Worse than that is even I though I ate there (not delivery or take out) my burger was so cold. This isn't the first time. It's actually the 3rd time this month. Why does this keep happening? Please I hope this doesn't happen again I absolutely love Mcdonalds. It's my go to Fast food restaurant. I usually score 5/5 because I never got sick eating here and everything is so tasty and satisfying.

Open restaurant, on top floor. One can enjoy the tower view, as most of the tables are set up along the glass. Standard McDonald's food. Tasty and well maintained. Expect rush on weekends. Recommendation - Mc Aloo Tikki with Cold Coffee/McFlurry.

Chicken burger with nuggets and French fries are the best combination with a Mc Cafe beverage, such a great taste ever..I love McDonald's..

The service was great, great staff and all. But man, McDonald's here is just as pathetic as it is in the States and Canada. The chicken burger I ordered has the same patty I despised during my time abroad. It was still good there because it was cheap. For how expensive your food is in India, you better change your menu and add some real chicken instead of the processed chicken patty's you make out of shredded meat. Not returning to any McDonald's for a burger again.

I wouldn't say this kind of food is good. Occasional cheat should be ok. Don't get addicted.. These are basically frozen, stored for long, hence, lots of preservatives, flavour enhancers, etc.... Dangerous for regular consumption...

We had a very bad experience at mcd. Everywhere we all get a combo in 99 rps but at this place , this offer doesn't exist. They charged us very high in the name of this combo.. They charged us around 300 rps.. Let me tell u about the taste of burgers here... Absolutely tasteless burgers they are serving.. Request the owner to look into ...

We had Cold Coffee and Ice Cream. Ice Cream is the best and cold coffee is good. Atmosphere can be worked to make it a best experience. Service is beyond imagination, one of the finest and the best service so far. Keep up the great work team. Kudos.

MC D is awesome for its own taste. Have a Mc Maharaja, that's it you are done for the day. It's taste is impeccable. Located on the top floor of CMR CENTRAL.

The go to order whenever I go to this outlet or any outlet is fried chicken and nuggets. I mean KFC has good fried chicken but sometimes I feel it's a bland not much of taste. Even the peri peri hasn't made any impression. But Mcd fried chicken is spicy and I like the taste, a total different to KFC. Burger not all the times, I like their egg burgers, not to heavy. And normal Mcd chicken burgers.

Didn't know until recently that McD has table service now. The food is, as always, quite nice. And the joint is also quite spacious, we got a table easily even on a Sunday evening.

Not that great... This is my second time in three days and they don't have peri peri sauce the first time and to my surprise they don't have chicken nuggets the second time... that iced coffee and chocolate are disgusting and the worst I had in my entire life... not even close to standard and taste I used to have back in Sydney...

Food is not good, Ordered 2 Burger meals one chicken and one veg. They are horrible, cold and soggy. Couldn’t eat chicken burger, left it. It didn’t feel fresh, too much mayonnaise (though I said less mayo).

In CMR Central Mall...ordered McD fried chicken and chicken burger.. Burgers are always special in McD..Fried chicken is not upto the standards..It has a private space for birthday parties🎉

The first ever McDonald's in Visakhapatnam with Great Food and Cool Ambiance with a cityscape view from relatively top of CMR Central. Love the Mc Maharaja Burger! And, of course, the Fries!

The burgers are fantastic and the cheese fries are amazing...but they don't have bevrages like Coke zero pepsi black...diet coke...so that's a draw back ..

I always had a pleasant evening spent whenever I visit this place, a pleasant view with lunch and peaceful place to have your lunch or dinner, and about taste ofcourse MCDONALD'S always tastes great!

not very good, went here yesterday, patty was too salty, service was weak.. #notworththemoney for sure. air conditioning was worst and cleaning is bad and late. the way staff has excuses ready for all the complaints is kind of illogical. also staff begs for good reviews, pls dont mislead people.

First of all it's hygienic. Price is moderate. It has awesome view. Good place for hangout with friends & family. It has kid's menu also. I like the food taste. Sometimes it's very crowded but I like it anyway. It's the only one outlet in Vizag.

This Mc Donald outlet located in the food court area inside CMR central. Place is spacious, decent seating arrangements, staff is polite, quick to serve & mc cafe offers some great drinks to choose from. Pricing is decent keeping in mind its inside a mall. Ordered a Mc Veggie Large Burger Meal with cheese & swapped my soda drink for chocolate milkshake. Paid the additional price for this. They offer a free peri peri shake bag if you order any large meal which was a bonus. My Bill amount was 273/- incl taxes. This Outlet is clean, with decent decor, ambience & the view from the window during the night showing vizag at night all lit up was pretty good. As a non resident i found the place pretty good for a meal. Veg burger with cheese was superb, large fries with sauce & peri peri sachet mix, along with my chocolate shake which was thick & yummy. Had a lovely time here. One request to mc donalds , please upsize/ increase your burger size as well . Not just the chips & drink size. Please give it a thought.
