Just look the pics i shared along with this review,i honestly felt not to visit again ( this is a time where COVID 3rd wave is still mild and no lockdowns) The main reason for the discomfort is the cleanliness and there's no water provided .. I've seen atleast one drinking water provision at every Domino's i visited and here all you find is a attached short length pipe touching the floor 🤢 and YOU NEED TO PAY FOR EXTRA SAUCE PACKETS this is the most annoying thing anyone could find .and look at the AC inlet leaking water which is left without clearing it

Poor service, very lazy staff. I was told to wait for an hour for one pizza. Poor hygiene. Not maintained at all. Even a normal pizza shop would have high standards than this. However location is very good. I hope they'll focus on hygiene. No one is there to clean the tables. I am attaching the pics, hope it will help.

Over the period of time I stopped having Dominos. Simply started having Cheesiano pizza back in HYDERABAD Because I was in vizag for work, I had no option but to go for Dominos. Having dominos after 1 year was not bad 1. Ambience - As usual, regular affair at any dominos outlet, absolute lack of comfort and hygiene 2. Taste - The bread is hard, again, regular affair at Dominos. It always feels like Maida in my mouth. 3. Price - The pizza was 4 cheese pizza, stuffed garlic bread and a sprite costing me 970. For 2 people, with 75% stomach full, THATS A LOT!! All in all, I recommend you visit pizza hut or some other pizza place unless you dont have an option

I do not why, but the ambience is poor if not worst.. the pizza of dominos is always tasty and this one is no different... taste is 4/5, ambience is 1/5, there are around 7 tables and only 2 are allowed to sit per table for dining.. this is such a hotspot in the city and expected a lot more hospitality and ambience.. this place is crowded during the evenings.. parking is bit difficult with only limited parking space available on the main road.. hence, look out for parking.. i suggest order online from here instead of visiting the store.

Worst response from the staff. I think they are loosing it to competitors. Ordered on app for contactless delivery which is excellent. Received message withing 15min that my order is ready. But once i reach the place they took 15 min to respond another 20min to prepare my order. Never expeted this from dominos.

Staff are very less. Tables and chairs become shortage. They are not cleaning the wastage from tables after dining. I had experience in Domino's @bangalore. But maintenance wise this branch has to be improve. So finally I wants to say one thing about Domino's near Sampath Vinayak temple is not up to the mark.

Taste is good but takes time to get delivered. Limited number of tables(around 7)and chairs(15 or 16). In busy hours you can't find seats. Not recommend for group as you can't sit together. Finding area for parking is difficult, don't park on road (fine is Rs.1335 for car).

Always love to visit Domino's and love their pizzas but is just too bad. Cleaning is not done. Pizzas are taste less. When I visited i asked for midium size pizza , receptionist simply said they don't have but when I said ok i will order online then she said ok we will give you one medium size but was very bad. No taste at all. Located first floor. Totally disappointed with service.

This pizza place has everything I ordered. Generally few items will not be available at other pizzerias. Everything they served to me was hot. Dominos takeaway order app was fantastic. Place have large separations between tables. It wasn’t crowded for lunch and I had a peaceful time with myself. Service was good as they cleared tables as they are finished. They had a washroom and I find it super useful.

Zero responsibility from the staff and no minimum respect towards customers. They take it for granted our time and no proper response. Utter delay of time with arrogance in the attitude of staff. The bathroom has no tubelight and is not properly maintained. Check the cctv if you want, they made us wait for 30 min. So pathetic and unsatisfactory.

Food is good but not the the ambience, I don't know why most of the Domino's outlets are very poorly maintained. The glass walls are full of smudges and dirt. The seating is also not well maintained.

Staffs were very rude when asked for cleaning the table and didn't clean even after asking many times. Very unhygienic place. No water in washroom. also not suitable for elder people, Giving 3 rating only for pizza and the making time was promising( in 15 min) .

Place was ok. But inside it was stinking like rotten fish smell at times. Dine in food was good. Saw bubbling of the cheese topping and the bread was prepared right in front of our eyes. It was so softly cooked to perfection.

Amazing place to have a pizza 🍕, Lovely taste but slow service also well maintained. The ambiance is amazing for party and get-together.... Would love to visit again.

Firstly very bad experience with the store and staff. Rude behaviour The store is not maintained well. Just updated that the order is ready but gave food after 30 mins of ready message. Only good part of any is the food is good though served late

Worst Domino’s ever, reception is horrible. Previously, We had to wait for too long to get our food. Even though, we went there today to give them another chance, today it was too horrible. We spend 10 min deciding what to order , after all the hassle staff told us that they’re not accepting the orders. I mean they’re watching us the whole time deciding what to eat and on top of that, no sign board that says anything about them not accepting the orders. It’s like they’re ridiculing us. I’m never going to any Domino’s again in my life. Worst service etiquette I’ve ever seen. Good bye Domino’s.

Easily noticed from main road. No parking. Parking at own risk. You can order via phone app and also you can order directly. Before ordering via phone app ask the executive for out of stock items. Because after ordering he might say it's out of stock and he shall refund it in wallet. Self an replacement , instead of refund. Toilets stinks and not maintained. Unhygienic toilets 🚻.

Staff is very unprofessional. Despite being in order line alone I had to call people up for an order, staff is just giving me a look and chit chatting. After 5 minutes, a good lady comes and tells she can't take order as the time is 2030 hrs, I asked her politely then why the hell OPEN sign in lighted up on the door, to which I got a rude reply that it's the restaurant wish to take the order or not. This is not just the matter of this domino's branch, other branches in Visakhapatnam city also have this high headed behaviour. Waiting for some good pizza alternative to Domino's.

Typical Domino’s like the other franchises. Wide range of options to choose from. This branch used to be the best. However, in the recent times I’ve visited this place, it’s not very well maintained. As you look around, you’ll see everything unclean. Even the tables and chairs. Looks like they are prioritising just the deliveries. I’d suggest to choose this if you’re ordering or taking away. But if you want to dine in, avoid this place.

One of my favorite hangout spot whenever I crave for a pizza. It serves the best pizza in the town. Be it a delivery, dine in or take away, Dominos is the best

They are not at all polite with the customers. Worst cooking and more over they are not at all keeping the place in hygienic way. That are not at all interested to clean the tables and asking the customers to take away, if they are intrstd to dine also..they are telling that no one is there to clean the tables. Worst cooking I have ever faced... I felt that spending money to this type of cooking is not at all worth

Service is too worst in this branch … reviewing after my third visit ,never had a pleasant experience…. Store is being operated by just one counter and making people to stand in Q for much time …. If they stuck up with existing customer ( money change issue , swipe il are issue , unavailability of stock ) then the Q line people needs to wait for much time .. after ordering a pizza they consume again 20 more mins and after getting our turn they say pizza is out of stock . … on an average for the pizza to reach your table it would takes 40 mins atleast .. and being in this COVid times things would have been much better … they just sit and time passing inside the store not sure they are monitoring the staff with cameras or not …. Never feel like to visit this store again …

The taste of the pizza was awfully bad and when complained regarding the pizza, they simply replied in the negative saying the taste of the pizza is such. I was highly disappointed by the manner in which the staff responded. I would certainly not recommend visiting the store ever again.

Worst experience... Not at all good also hygienic No proper amount of chairs for customers to sit and the funny thing is the customers who gave order over call didn't get their orders even after 2 hrs . No drinking water available and also my order was late . When I was in dominos there was 4 issues happen . Time on 6th Nov , after 21:00hrs .

Its good place to eat pizza, however it not clean always like other domino's. Its present in very nice location. You can go for shopping and enjoy some delicious pizza too.
