Tried BK Cafe for the first time after ordering softies from the Mc Cafe n number of times. Chocolate and Black Currant Sundae was the best out of what we took. Berry blast was okay. Chocolate dip cone can have more chocolate covered. It was lite. Mango Sundae, artificial flavored, didn’t go well. Opt for other sundaes instead!!

Tastes worst. Wings are only hot and good. Wait time to get our order is horrible. They dont keep sause. And how can we eat french fries if u serve like this. Every thing except wings are tasteless. Manager is not bothered about the customers waiting and having a chitchat at back of kitchen. Very irresponsible and semi cooked burgers. I hope they would improve.

There were many branches in vizag. But here the service is too bad. They will only serve meal boxes at offline. Another product we have to order in burger King app. Anyways the service and rules are not conviently to all.

The food, service and atmosphere is really nice , the staff greats and treats you really well....the management skills during the most busy peak hours is really commendable. The person in the service station named Sidhu is really nice and warm to the customers. Overall it is an amazing experience here 😊

They are giving the order late (1hour) and talking rudely , and if u say them to give fast they are saying to take money and go to some other place to eat , and if u want order fast give 300rs

Waste of money.whooper burger and crispy burger both are the worst 👎👎👎👎tasted and smelled like as if they have served stale food.never seen someone putting mint chutney in a burger. Cold bread ,a piece of cheese and mint chutney and chicken I don't think this is crispy burger. Whooper burger has sand in it. The meat was smelling and the bread was cold. Stale food!!!!!

The food is really good and tasty. Both Non-veg and veg options are available. The waiting time was too much maybe because of the chicken wings but still should be little less. 1-2 tables were rusted are the bottom and one of them had fallen over. They really need to change their furniture. The atmosphere is good.

Order the food and have a short errands in the nearby shops. You’ll still get back to the restaurant before your order gets ready for pickup. The delay is too much but they really put effort in making the items tasty is really good and great atmosphere.

Sometimes there's no coffee. When there is coffee there's no coke or any other beverage. Staff at the counter do not inform you about this before you order. Instead they do this while you order and cause confusion. Food for thought: If you guys could put a board saying no coke available or no coffee available as per stock availablity that'd be great instead of misleading customers. If you could actually look into customer feedback/reviews from here and work on them instead of the standard generic replies to write an email to your support team that'd be even better.

BK burger always better than McDonald's. food is great but the place is not well maintained. tables are not clean. garbage can wad overflowing. I found this many times.

Her name is Akhila and she is so rude in talking and even during delivery of the order she just kept it like a hell and she haven't given our soft drink until we got to her about it ..... Even though she is not well mannered and ate the food while in duty

Ordered chicken bucket @279 rupees and the taste Is oily and stale smelling...worst experience, didn't expect this from a reputed brand like burger King

Well I only recommend whopper burger 🍔 because this is one of the few places in vishakapatnam you can eat true burger I won't say it's awesome but atleast you can experience what burger might taste like for first time than eating dry bun with some dry chicken and sauce

Disappointed.. I ordered for 2 burgers and French fries for my kids through swiggy at 7pm for my kids.. Had been tracking on the app which was showing as food being prepared. It never arrived till 9:30 pm. When contacted the assigned delivery guy.. He said the restaurant wasn't taking orders. I have not got any msg stating the order would not be taken from restaurant either.. Horrible service I must say..
