    We made an early morning trip to Ponmudi. On our way back we were looking for a good place to have breakfast. Luckily we found this restaurant. The friendly staff welcomed us nicely. We ordered Appam, egg curry, dosa, pothu fry. The food was really awesome and budget friendly. Even their tea and coffee are quite good. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a good eatout close to Ponmudi. 😋

    Awesome food.. Tried Appam amd Egg vurry in morng. Very tasty food. Tried parotta, pothu roast, beef fry and lime juice in Lunch. Beef fry is too good that we ordered again.. pothu rost is also good.. poratta was soft and tasty.. and finally cool lime juice was awesome.. must try when you travel via vithura

    Malabar restaurant have been one of my fav food spot during the ponmudi expeditions and when ever i get nearby this place i try to try their beef and porotta along with the hot tea... though the porotta is okay and normal the beef and the tea along with it makes it a bumper combo.. a must try if going nearby

    Best spot for breakfast or lunch if you're visiting ponmudi or nearby attractions. Good quality food and their beef is famed too

    I went to the hotel and had to wait for a long time for around 10 minutes. No body was there to take order and to clean the table. Most horrible experience ever at a hotel. Just came out of the hotel and nobody bothers over there. Pity about the service and atmosphere. I couldn't review about food because I got no food from the same.

    Used to love the food here. When I was in IISER, I used to frequent here. But visited here hoping to evoke my nostalgia recently and was disappointed by the total lack of quality. How things can change in 2-3 yrs!!! PS: Price also increased
