Si tienes la libertad de pedir una reseña, el cliente tiene tmb la libertad de poner lo q estime oportuno, y aceptar los comentarios, y en vuestra mano corregir si algo no estáis haciendo bien, desde luego con esta atención al cliente no volveremos

Cada vez que he ido, es como si les molestara, como que se enfadan, que si no mantengo la higiene... y lo lavo todos los días, pero sigue igual, y es molesto. Una vez por desinfectarlo, me cobró 10€, a una amiga en otro sitio, no le cobraron por eso. Un poco excesivo, no? En navidad, me dijo mi sobrina que le ocurría lo mismo, y le pusieron un "palito" mas largo en el pendiente y se le curó, en la misma tienda. Para mi sorpresa, fui ayer a comentarlo (con mi chico, al que había puesto en antecedentes y que confirmó el trato) y como las últimas veces, a parte de desagradable en el trato, me dijo que no era una solución, pero tampoco me dio ninguna otra, lo único que dijo es que si quería hacerlo, eran 20€. He decidido acudir a otro sitio que me han recomendado y no volver aquí, ni recomendarlo. Así se lo dije y al ver mi enfado, quería hablar. Yo ya no.
