We stayed here for a long weekend and unfortunately had to regret our choice. We knew it was an older hotel, but our room was very noisy and had a somewhat damp smell. Also, the bathroom appeared to have been cleaned only superficially. We did not expect anything special, but this was really disappointing and the staff did not really seem to care about our experience.

Decent Hotel to be fair, std rooms very clean, small TV with ample channels, SKY TV I believe although I didn't use it. Nice Pub type bar to walk through with some nice beers, anything purchased in the Pub/Bar cannot be charged to the room & is cash only which is a bit out of date for 2022! Breakfast was plenty from the continental cold buffet but only scrambled egg & bacon for a hot breakfast. The hotel is in a nice location with some really nice local bars/café which serve nice beers & food. Prices per night is €99/£85 which I think is reasonable.

The hotel rooms could do with a new carpet and the odd repair. Sheets were clean as was the bathroom, so it was ok to stay. However nothing special.

I enjoy the time that I spend in Wesel. I always like the places that are happy to see you. After our first stop at the restaurant we were greeted with a hand shake and a smile every time we returned after that. The steaks are perfectly prepared and everything that I tried on the menu was quite tasty. They even have the menu available in English.

Nice and friendly , rooms spacious , good Wifi just what we needed . The only thing to remember , it's not the uk ..no kettle .so either take your own or take a good flask and get them to fill it in the restaurant . Breakfast was great and staff very friendly , parking good too

The Hotel is situated in the city center, very clean, warm comfortable, very quiet, excellent food, exemplary service, more than adequate car parking space, secure and safe cycle parking. Have stayed there three times , never had any complaints. Hotel of choice. Five minutes from city shops and attractions, two minutes from banhoff, (rail and bus) station. Easy to find as the landmark is Tall Henry,, a bit communication tower, Will be staying there again on my next visit next year.

Beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located. The staff was friendly and professional and made me feel welcomed. Great experience. Would recommend.

The hotel was lovely, there was only a big hole and a blood stain in our curtains, but it was a good expirience.

I booked the hotel for 2 nights and my experience was bad. Old and outdated - refrigerator, Tv, nothing was working except lights. Its dirty and not a good room service. Lot of noise from outside. I asked for room change after 1 hour entering the room, he was ignorant and not friendly at all. Not suggested to book in summer, It was very warm inside and the one at the desk is very rude and reluctant if you request anything. Only advantage I see is near to train station (hbf). Decent Breakfast

Rooms pretty cleam, slightly old, but everything was ok. Not much noise from outside during night. Restaurant was good, typical german meals and beer. Staff was slightly slow.

We had a nice 3p room, split in two sections. With a bathtub, refrigerator and large windows. Breakfast was neat, lots of choices. I can recommend this hotel.

Brilliant, wonderful food, nice rooms, couldn't be better. Over 20 years I've eaten here at various times, not once have I been disappointed. Without a doubt the finest steaks I've ever eaten.

It is unfortunately not to be put into words in what worn condition these rooms are. From the not friendliness regarding a room change one was recommended to go to another hotel. Really well done Hotel Kaiserhof... Kaiser is really nobody and nothing!!!

Great location you can walk to all in the area. Staff is VERY accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here!
